Negative experience: Well time to leave a review. So i missed my first day CBT. Genuinely got the date wrong. Anyway, according to Mark, they're really busy and they are keeping all of the £200. That's ok, I'm glad I didn't waste any more of my money on a bigger mistake of going through the whole license, then buying bikes, bike servicing etc, because what the integrity of these cowboys taught me was, I'm going to fleece you of your money and it's all your fault for putting in the wrong date, so I'm glad I'm going to look for a better company, who actually care about people, want the customers to actually enjoy everything about bikes, even learning, and actually be understood than just a mug for £ sign. Now I do accept my part, I also accept that they're running a business, but it's not about the physical materials, it's your character, it was your lack of a phone call, a email to let me know. Even when you said that I have to accept I've missed a day, you never did what you said you would do, which is contact me to come to some sort of agreement. That says a lot to me about the characters of the people working there. So keep the 200. You won't get another penny out of me. No I don't want a refund, because I don't like your character. The city is sick of cowboys who don't serve others and do the right. I hope people understand that we all make mistakes, but this is my warning for you to discern. If you are asked to pay more, please go for a second opinion, whether that's for extra lessons or anything to do with your bike servicing because it's best to get 2 or 3 opinions to stop those who rob you. Fantastic experience: Visited yesterday to have a look at an Africa Twin. Really helpful staff. Kieran (hope that's spelt right) spent ages helping my wife and me. And though he knew I wasn't yet ready to buy. He was more than happy to show us the bikes. One of the management team (didn't catch your name sorry). Was also incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be buying a bike from you guys early next year

Negative experience: If you want training in how to undertake, cut into anti another lane without indicating, not show any regard to other road users and completely ignore the fact that, as an instructor, anything happened then this lot should be perfect for you!!!!

Positive experience: Tiger in for a repair to the gear shaft. Very good service as usual. However, the wait of over a month to get a service slot is a real pain.

Fantastic experience: Compared with a lot of other motorcycle dealers in Edinburgh the staff are much more attentive.

Positive experience: Used this dealer for servicing both my triumph bikes. Free coffee available. Good clothing department and plenty of bikes to look at. Service was completed in a timely fashion. I took advantage of a courtesy bike scrambler 900 at a cost of £15.

Negative experience: Shame really. Insurance money in pocket. Looking for a light weight toy. Sales Manager CBA even looking up when speaking to him. His 2mins, was 12 minutes... then he starts with the unhelpful arrogant attitude. Very limited knowledge, doesn't offer any information on the bike i was interested in. Useless, walked. Saltire so much better experience. And j & s accessories for clothing. Two wheels have dropped the ball with their sales staff. Parts was helpful.

Fantastic experience: First class customer service from Stuart. I asked for a Honda Grom last Saturday,. asking to pick it up the following Friday. The bike was ready and paperwork dealt with within 5 minutes. Thanks for your help.

Positive experience: It's OK but no-one to ask about buying so just left.

Positive experience: Good selection of bikes and have been in several times but have yet to actually have someone from the shop ask me if I need help with anything.

Fantastic experience: Whilst I didn't end up committing to the bike I saw with Two Wheels, the level of service I received whilst deliberating was fantastic. David picked up my enquiry on a GSX-S, was incredibly quick at responding and provided all of the information requested. The timings just didn't work on the bike for me, but I know I'd happily contact Two Wheels again on other bikes in the future.

Positive experience: Bought a brand new honda from here and took for a service a few months in as required. Got the bike back but a month later chain loose, head gasket leaking, valve clearance off. Had to get new tyres as the factory ones are cheap and started having slipping issues and some bald patches. Bike not a year old yet Great sales department but workshop not so great

However, on this occasion the service received was outstanding. Above and beyond my expectations. David L kept me in the loop at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. My new machine was prepared perfectly and Two Wheels even supplied and installed an Optimate charging lead for free. David said this was a small thank you for purchasing the new machine from them. Negative experience: What can I say was quoted £197 For a sensor, asked to check the price and that was it. Ordered the exact same part from a honda dealer in the US for £120 delivered to my front door in.less than 3 weeks. R

Negative experience: I have been in here 3 times and every time I have been treated like dirt. They are only interested in talking with you if you are looking to spend alot of money Every time I was in the had rows and rows of bikes that said sold sold sold on them and when I asked questions about the bike I was looking at I was basically told there were cheaper bikes in a different shop along the road . My advice is stear clear and spend your money elsewhere

Robert helped me choose my Tiger that I decided on, very helpful and easy transaction, even got my bike a lot sooner than expected, service department is outstanding, arrived soaking wet for the bikes 1st service, was supplied with many cups of coffee free of charge and offered to dry my clothing out, fantastic experience at Two Wheels, everyone is so friendly, best customer care experience, thanks guys and hope to see you again soon ....but not too soon

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Arranged a courtesy bike and on arrival advised that there may be a delay in completing the work due to staff sickness. Confirmed when it was convenient for me to collect and that courtesy bike was mine until my bike was ready. Managed to complete the work despite staff shortage and price was good as well. Went through full details of work undertaken at service and any issues found.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best motorcycle dealership in Scotland. Top-tier brands, lovely selection of used bikes, fully stocked clothing department and high quality workshop. Most importantly, the staff are all bikers and they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I don't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Always like a walk around Two Wheels, unfortunately I usually end up buying something that requires an explanation to my other half. Bikes are gorgeous and the team there are friendly, helpful and happy to help you spend your hard earned money wisely.

Fantastic experience: Buying a new bike remotely from a dealer you've never visited was a concern. However 2 Wheels made the whole process so straightforward, simple and stress free. No pushy sales, it was very relaxed, they kept us informed and even managed to sneak an early slot for PDI so we had the bike delivered before Christmas. David and Stuart are most excellent people to deal with including sorting out fiddly admin post sales with the same positive responsive attitude. We would certainly do business with them again.

Fantastic experience: Nice bikes, very friendly staff and a wide range of clothing to be seen , was after rst clothing , got jacket trousers and back insert ce level 2 upgrade for 190 , best thing is the staff are up for a wee haggle , couldn't recommend enough, great outfit bargain price , will be back for a helmet after Xmas all done and dusted

Fantastic experience: Did my cbt yesterday 11/11/21 I had no riding experience before. the guys made everything very simple and easy to understand and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing something. You are given as much time as you need but don't hold you back if you are picking it up I went from no experience to driving round Edinburgh in one day.it felt great I cant recommend the guys enough I will definitely be using them again Cheers guys

Fantastic experience: .hi, just a little mention for both motorcycle instructors kriss, & fraser i have just finished cbt training [a lot of cbt training] both intructors have shown a lot of patience & understanding in teaching so very grateful to both. on another point i don't think i would have bought my bike @ two wheels or my friend for that matter had it not been for the training we received . i will certainly recommend them to anyone learning to ride a bike .

Negative experience: Recently took my bike for a service here. They changed the oil, lubed the chain and ran through a checklist, which they went to great lengths to explain for some reason. The reason became apparent when they gave me the bill £192. I feel this is way too much for the little work they did, what a rip off - I don't plan on going back.

Positive experience: Wonderful store with lots of bikes to see, Originally wanted to buy a bike on credit but they asked that I being a parent in before I can complete my order. Given i am 21 I found this rather degrading and insulting so I ended up just buying it in cash. But other than that staff was nice and informative.
