Negative experience: I was blocked by this account as I had been blocked due to my lessons being cancelled and moved so frequently I will be writing my review on this account from my mums account. My lessons were cancelled the day before my lesson, the morning of or in person as I attended my lesson. The most recent incident was that I had a lesson at 4:15, which she had showed up for but had then said it’s not worth a lesson because of traffic which I thought was unusual but as per each cancellation I was very lenient. Ellie had asked me to reschedule the Saturday that weekend and I had made her aware I was attending an event that day 2 times so she had plenty of notice the lesson was on a very maybe basis as I didn’t want to originally do a lesson Saturday hence the booking for Thursday. However I had then decided I didn’t think it would work so I let her know the first following available morning the next day on Friday at 9am to say I couldn’t make the lesson as I had been given no other time for this cancellation due to the very short space she had moved the lesson to. Therefore the one lesson I had requested to cancel I had been charged the £70 for an hour and a half. I had been very lenient to the multiple cancellations and movements of my lesson as anyone would be but to leave me such short time and take advantage that she was aware even if I cancelled that she would have received that payable cancellation and not refunded me for the lesson is just disappointing. And to be blocked as well is very telling.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend learning with Elle. Fantastic teacher, so friendly and patient. I Will miss our weekly lessons but I really would not have passed as quickly as I did if it wasn’t for her. Her prices is very reasonable cheaper than most out there. I will miss laughing together but so happy to be on the road. Thank you Elle

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t ask for a better instructor, 10/10. Elle was my second instructor, and I passed first time with her. I initially felt quite anxious about driving before starting with Elle but she helped me feel much more confident behind the wheel. She’s a great teacher and always explained concepts and manoeuvres really well. She will make you feel really safe on the roads and well prepared to be an independent driver when you pass! Fantastic experience: Best instructor you will find by a mile! Have previously driven with other instructors who would say 'yeah you're close but need a few more' etc but Elle was different. Fixed loads of mistakes in a really nice, relaxed way. Learned more through 8 hours driving with Elle than I did 20 with the others. When she thought I was ready she told me to book a test and kept encouraging me to get one sooner because I was ready - I passed first time thanks to her advice! Absolutely cannot recommend Elle enough, there is absolutely no-one else you should consider. Fantastic support throughout lessons, you're not made to feel like an idiot if you make a mistake and to top it off - she is bloody lovely!
