Fantastic experience: After several failed tests at other centres, Rob at Licence2Drive prepped me for a pass in Norwich - he did a brilliant job of showing me the key locations over the space of just 2 days, ensured I was as well equipped as possible, and was very patient with my nerves. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Contacted the driving school to sign up for driving lessons. It took them a week to reply, which happened twice. For the 3rd time, they just simply never reply. I understand there are many people want to learn to drive and the driving school doesn't worry about not having enough clients. But this is too unprofessional

I would suggest that you look back at your email trail. There was a delay with my first response as I was on holiday, my second response was 2 days after your reply (which was over the weekend) where I informed you we unfortunately couldn’t help to which I have never received a response. I will share your review on my social media sites like I do with all reviews. Hopefully other instructors in the area will see your unreasonable review and the other negative reviews that you have left for other non Driving School businesses and as a result will make their own decision as to whether they want to help a pupil with your unreasonable attitude.

Fantastic experience: Passed with Gareth today and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I was nervous to start my driving journey to begin with but even after the first lesson the nerves were put to ease with Gareth and he helped me progress at a good rate, whilst also making it a fun and enjoyable experience, we also had a good laugh every now and then too which is brilliant. I’m extremely thankful for all the lessons and help he’s given me along the way and find that I’ve made a friend in him too

Fantastic experience: I did my lessons with Al and he was the best instructor ever! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is a nervous wreck is an overthinking or doesn’t have confidence in their driving. He is very patient and encouraging while at the same time firm and concise. When I started the lessons, my confidence in driving was very low but from lessons with Al, I learnt how to be confident, while driving safely. He is truly the best! Thank you!
