After a lot of studying , struggles and doubts , not believing myself , at 35 years old and not long after having to discovering I had to live with Fibromyalgia , M.E. , degenerative disc disease and plantar fasciitis , I got recommended Matt from your driving coach ! With all my insecurities and challenges , Matt just made me feel at ease soon after the first lesson ! With a great sense of humour , extremely patience and great knowledge he guided me through my dreamed and much needed freedom ! I cannot thank him enough for it ! Fantastic experience: I cannot put into words how pivotal Matt has been on my anxiety-ridden journey to drive. I first got in a car about 4/5 years ago, having panic attacks every lesson, and with a less than understanding instructor. Fast forward to 2022 and my first lesson with Matt - immediate calming presence, great sense of humour, great understanding of mental health struggles, a great teacher and so patient. My confidence and knowledge has grown tenfold throughout our lessons. Even after failing my first test he gave me the encouragement to get back to lessons, and helped me to become a safe, prepared and observant driver. I never thought I'd be able to manage the nerves or lack of confidence in achieving my goal of passing my driving test. I also never thought that I'd enjoy having lessons! Fantastic experience: Shaun was so lovely and wonderful, I saw him on two different occasions, firstly an assessment where he made me feel so at ease and confident and then a mock test a few days before my test; He told me a few things to work on but other than that was reassuring and positive throughout! I would 100% recommend him for lessons or anything if you get the chance as he was wonderful on these two occasions so I imagine would be great as a full time instructor. Thank you so much Shaun!!

Fantastic experience: I passed first time today at the ripe old age of 38 and have Bryan to thank for that! He's an amazing instructor. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly and with great tips for improvement. Always ready to accommodate to changes in schedule or extra classes when possible. More importantly, he's someone who trains you not just to pass the test but to be a safe driver in general with a calm and positive attitude on the road and towards other drivers. Learning was an absolute pleasure and I couldn't recommend Bryan and Your Driving Coach school highly enough. Bonus: the app works great.

He liked the relaxed atmosphere whilst being taught, varied conversation topics and support in all Ellis has been involved with this year. I get the feeling they had a good relationship, with Steve being flexible on moving days/ pick up times and places to accommodate college challenges. Fantastic experience: Steve was the best driving instructor I could have asked for I have a bad anxiety and other issues which made me look for a female instructor originally, but honestly Steve will calm any nerves and allow you to take the lessons at your own pace, he will know when you are ready to go the next step and will guide you through it both as a friend and an instructor He has been wonderful to learn from and I will miss our lessons greatly, if you are looking for a driving instructor with patience, positivity and the ability to make every lesson both enjoyable and an amazing learning experience then I would recommend going with your driving coach

Fantastic experience: I learned from Shaun at Your Driving Coach just over 3 years ago and passed with only 1 fault. Nearing the end of my lessons and just before my test, he said that he would recruit me in 3 years time (minimum required time) to be one of his instructors. We kept in touch throughout the time and fast forward 3 years, I've once again qualified under his instruction. I passed my part 2 with just 1 fault again and a first time pass on my part 3! I'm now a fully qualified ADI and have found a career I can happily look forward too until my retirement! I've had nothing but amazing support from him and the YDC team and family. My questions were answered, my ideas were listened and responded too, my feelings heard, my struggles felt and helped. It's been a long journey but it's brought me to a fantastic place in my life and it will only get better! I've got so much too say, but little room to leave in this review, all I can say is, Thank you for everything Shaun and Team YDC!

Fantastic experience: I had a 2 hour refresher lesson with Matt. Lovely friendly instructor, who made those 2 hours fly by! He took me on as many different scenarios as possible. Quiet housing estates, main roads, country lanes and city driving. Any query or question I had was explained and answered in detail. Matt provided lots of stories of past learners he taught, to help me understand and problem solve any issues I had. He made me feel really relaxed and after the first 30 minutes I felt confident in my driving ability again. And we were chatting away for the rest of the journey! Thanks Matt!!

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d get my licence but with Your Driving Coach it became a reality! I had previously been taught by two other driving schools in Norwich but YDC definitely has a refreshing approach to teaching you real life driving.
