Fantastic experience: Excellent business and great instructor who had me driving from the very first lesson. Despite very staggered driving lessons throughout the year due to Covid and lockdown rules kicking in every few months, with the help of Doug I was able to pass my test on the first try. He was very good-humoured and patient anytime I flubbed my drives, and explained to me in detail how the rules of the roads work whenever it escaped my mind. I'm a very nervous driver so he would always take care to pay attention to when I was struggling with my drives. During these cases, he would have me drive out to roads I was more familiar with so that I would grow more comfortable before tackling more difficult routes. Would highly recommend this business to others, well worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Jonathan was my driving instructor, from day 1 I felt at ease. Friendly, patient and professional. If there was something I didn't understand, he'd find a new way to teach me so it made sense. No short temper when I did anything wrong, just a conversation over what happened and why it happened. I did an intensive course 4 hours a day for 9 days. Glad to say I passed my test yesterday with 0 faults. Could not recommend Jonathan enough!!

Fantastic experience: I started driving with George who is a fantastic instructor. He is kind, patient and friendly and takes his time to teach me how to drive. He also explains how to do manoeuvres very well. I never felt rushed, pressured or nervous when I was with him. I passed my theory and driving test on my first go with George after 5 months of lessons (once a week). I absolutely recommend him. He makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet him. He's a fantastic person with great banter. 10/10. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service with Roadwise. My instructor Steve Clegg was brilliant, very patient and great at telling me what I had to do to improve. He helped me pass first time with only 2 minors and was a pleasant change after getting lessons from a different company. Couldn't recommend Steve and Roadwise enough to anyone wanting to start driving from scratch or to get them ready for sitting a test!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Steve enough! After having some lessons with another company I felt nervous and panicked when driving. I decided to change to Roadwise and couldn’t have made a better decision! Steve instantly calmed me down and assessed my driving skills, he fixed things that were causing me to make mistakes and taught me patiently yet effectively. I just passed first time all thanks to him and am extremely happy with only receiving 3 minors! Can’t thank him enough!!

Negative experience: So this instructor decides to do a u turn on the road at rush hour next to westburn Park Aberdeen no indicator nothing not even a look over his shoulder directly in front of me on my motorcycle in the wet....... His excuse "have you not made a mistake" sorry but as an instructor that's pretty poor driving not even an apology would expect that from a student not you sir just goes to show anyone these days can be an instructor for these big companies, if your reading this thinking about booking I'd look else where

Fantastic experience: So after 11 hours of lessons I passed my car driving test today with two minor faults. Well chuffed!!!! Thank you to Doug and Roadwise Driver Training for making this a relaxed and awesome experience. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their license!!!!

Fantastic experience: Following a road traffic accident, I was an extremely nervous learner driver. After three previous instructors, who did little to help build my confidence, I met Chris. From lesson one, Chris helped me to relax and trust in my skills as a driver. He is an enthusiastic personality who wants nothing more than for his students to do well and If you are looking for a caring and understanding person then I couldn't recommend anyone better! Thank you, Chris, for building my confidence and helping me get my license, something at one point I didn't think would be possible. You're the best in the business

Fantastic experience: I am so overwhelmed with joy. Today I have passed my driving test for the very first time. My driving instructor Chris, he is the BEST. I remember the first day I started to learn how to drive with Chris. I was so scared even to move the car. BUT he encouraged me, gave me the confidence and the I CAN DO IT attitude. Here i am, I gained it all, looking back I can’t say how thankful I was to have a driving instructor as great as Chris. I will definitely recommend him 5stars and beyond☺️

Fantastic experience: I normally don't write a review but I decided to write one as I would highly recommend Roadwise. I have used other instructors in the past, but they were not as patient as Bob Giles from Roadwise. Bob is always punctual, which I really appreciate. He would correct my mistakes calmly and politely. After failing the first attempt on the new test, Bob encouraged and reassured me and two weeks later I passed on the second attempt. I'm so grateful to Bob and I can't thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take the time to give some feedback on my instructor after recently passing my test on Monday (20-08-2018) with my instructor Andy Cummingham. I started taking driving lessons because I wanted to be more independent but hard a bad experience when I was 17 with driving instructor which put me off for nearly 20 years. I was very lucky to have Andy as my instructor. His calm way of explaining things and different situations made me relax and willing to give learning to drive another go. I didn’t pass my driving test first time because I am always extremely nervous when I have an exam. But I did not give up due to Andy’s encouragement and 4 weeks later passed. So, I would like to say a huge thank you Andy , it was a pleasure and a privilege to learn from him and such a credit to Roadwise. Would gladly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a patient, calm and knowledgeable driving instructor but most of all just a nice guy.

Fantastic experience: The Roadwise 'Headstart' training for 16+ year olds was an ideal way to give our son some experience of driving in a controlled environment with no traffic at the AECC car park before he starts his 'on road' lessons in the coming weeks once he turns 17. Dave's instruction was excellent and provided all the essentials with insight into what the test involves. Great communication from Jonathan throughout the booking process and highly recommend as a valuable and safe introduction to driving before heading out on the road.

Fantastic experience: Today after many years of learning on and off and going through several instructors i finally passed second time with 3 minors with Chris at roadwise . Chris is a excellent instructor with such a positive attitude. Never have I met someone with such a can do attitude .You will always feel at ease with Chris as your instructor, he doesn't doesn't raise his voice or make you feel inadequate he is all about positivity and getting you to that goal . I am so pleased I found Chris not only is he just lovely and understanding man but he gets the job done and gets you at that goal with practically zero stress ! I can't recommend enough and I will certainly be recommending him time and time again . Thank you Chris your a legend!! x

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a Headstart lesson with John Graham in April and loved it. The two hour session had her driving around the AECC car park mastering steering and control of the car. She was very nervous at the beginning but ended the lesson on a high resulting in two further Headstart sessions being booked in before she starts her official driving lessons with John in June.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was George and I was passed in just over 2 months first time with no minors and with around 2 lessons a week. Exellent driving instructor really picks up on the little things and nags you about them until you get it right. Didnt have a problem with arranging lessons. All together brilliant company and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The skid training session is fantastic totally recommend it. The instruction is great and the training was so useful and such an eye opener you won't leave disappointed. It should be part of everyone's driving lessons. Watch out for Frank!

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test at first attempt with no minor faults. Roadwise and my instructor Dave Watson were excellent and ensured I was ready for my test in the quickest possible time. Both my brother and I passed first time and quickly using Dave and I would highly recommend him and Roadwise.

Fantastic experience: Can't tell you how happy I am with roadwise. 13 years ago I passed first time in my automatic car with Dave Watson. And now this year I passed my manual test with Dave Watson. If you are thinking of lessons there is only one place to go and that in my opinion is roadwise. Thanks Dave ...

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Steven , straight away he made feel relaxed while driving , he's very patient and knowledgable , when i used to do mistakes and he'd fix it quitely and discuss it with me later . Always on time never late .great instructor and great school ,highly recommended .

Fantastic experience: I booked with roadwise after reading some good reviews online and because they had great availability. I had previous experience but hadn't had lessons for many years. My instructor was Richard who was really professional and friendly. He was able to schedule appointments to suit my busy work diary and was really patient with me which was important as I was a really nervous driver. I was able to put in for my test within a couple of weeks of taking lessons - as my confidence grew and knowledge improved (thanks to Richard) and passed first time. Would highly recommend!
