Fantastic experience: Great instructor, passed first time Shaziya is very patient and takes the time to explain topics, using diagrams to aide her explanations. She encourages you to explain your thought process so that she can fully explain the part that you need help with and so that she can understand the decisions you are making. If extra lessons are recommended, I would recommend taking them if you can afford to, as they are incredibly helpful for ironing out topics and solidifying your skills, especially coming up to the practical test. My only downside would be that her current car (Mercedes GLA) has a pretty restricted view, especially out of the rear of the car, however this can help certain aspects of driving, for example, being forced somewhat to be slower when approaching certain junctions as the a-pillars block relatively more of the view than the average car. When parking I used spatial awareness to park more than the reference points, meaning it's easier to park in unmarked spaces. Finally I would 1000% recommend passing the mock test as it really helps with nerves coming up to the test and is so incredibly helpful to get you independently thinking when driving and greatly increases your chances of passing the real thing first time!

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving instructor! Give you the perfect knowledge to guide you into passing your driving test and has a brilliant approach to teaching and making others learn. The key to passing the driving test is getting that correct knowledge and knowing why you do the actions and then applying the knowledge and implementing it subconsciously, which she does. She will never yell at you, she will be discuss about why you did a mistake and correct it. The rest of the practice is up to you to get consistent in applying that knowledge subconcisously. I had passed my driving test in 6 days taking lessons from her.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Shaziya enough. She's not only patient, but also reassuring and gave me a level of confidence that helped me feel relaxed and enjoy the process. Filling out the reflective logs and discussing certain concepts with her helped me feel like I was constantly making incremental progress in each lesson and helped me track what was covered in previous lessons. After a while she has prompted me a lot less. Shaziya also judged my mock test style driving to a much harsher standard than required on the actual test. But this helped me pass my test with 3 minors and outlined the aspects I needed to improve on. I would like to thank her for everything she has done for me and helping me feel confident behind the wheel! I wish I had come to her sooner, as I have received invaluable experience and guidance that I shall take forward with me for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: Took 4 classes to improve my driving skills to pass the practical exam. Was given a lot of tips, support and guidance. Passed my driving exam on the first attempt and improved my overall driving skills. Easy to use application which helps with booking classes and reflecting on what was learnt / practiced during sessions. Overall a good experience, will recommend. Shaziya is also very patient and tries to understand your needs to help make best use of the sessions.

Fantastic experience: Shaziya is a great driving instructor. She has been very methodical in her teaching methods and supportive while I built my confidence behind the wheel. Fantastic experience: Simply the best! Shazia is an excellent instructor and communicator. She was endlessly patient with me, I needed lots of practice as I constantly doubted myself and was prone to overthinking situations. I was lucky to have such a lovely person as my instructor and after a few failed attempts I'm delighted to say that with her support, guidance and encouragement I have now passed my driving test. Fantastic experience: one of the best instructors. It was difficult to get someone to help me with driving lessons in such a short time, but she organized her schedule and we managed to arrange 4 hours over the weekend that were crucial to face the exam. The truth is that she helped me understand a lot of the British driving rules and this was what I needed to pass the test.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars. Shaziya has an amazing personality, makes you feel at ease. Gives very useful driving tips - for the test and real life driving- I still hear her voice asking me to tuck into my lane. Takes her time to explain with illustrations. Great feedback process- she highlights points to improve and praises strong points. I found the classes very useful. Just to add I passed my test on the first attempt...thanks Shaziya! Fantastic experience: Shaziya is a really great and professional driving instructor also a great person with good sense of humour who worked with me on my manual driving. She worked hard to personalise every lesson for me to work on my weaknesses to get me not only test ready ahead of time but to be a good and safe driver. She was punctual and worked with me with my busy schedule and changes in drop off/pick ups also she gave me two 4 Hour slots which was really helpful as i was able to do multiple mock tests feedback and i was able to pass first time under a month with not much lessons. I would definitely recommend using her as an instructor to learn to drive as she’s really passionate and patient with her learners.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best instructor i've had (and i've had a few!) Shaziya was always calm and patient over the two years I had lessons! She always explained everything and was more than happy to go over stuff as many times as I needed in order to understand it. We always went at my pace and there was no pressure to rush anything. She would explain the plan for my driving lessons on the first session and outline what she’s looking for in order to help her students pass the driving test. She always answers my questions patiently and explains the rationale behind which I found very useful to practice reflective driving. Instructor Shaziya Sultana at the Manual and Automatic Driving School has helped me gain UK driving experience and successfully pass my driving test with only one minor at my first attempt. She was really kind and managed to accommodate me into her tight schedule as I needed to get the licence as soon as possible. I really liked the picture diagrams and video tutorials as well as reflecting on what I needed to work on each week. The mock tests are so useful in getting you test ready I would really recommend doing this! I started my lessons with Shaziya back in July and since then she’s been extremely helpful and reliable up until the day of my test. She not only teaches but she encourages and motivates you to keep you going. Her method of teaching is not just one way, they are also student led which has contributed to my learning. Fantastic experience: I (Katie) had been driving an automatic in the US for 10 years when I began taking manual lessons with Shaz. She was very patient with me unlearning bad habits, learning how to handle gear changes and driving on the left on tiny roads. Between 22 hours of her lessons and probably roughly the same amount of private practice, I passed my test first try! A massive relief - and as a bonus, Shaz was great and calm and encouraging when I stressed out from the pressure during my second to last lesson. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Shaziya is a very patient and calm instructor who really cares about teaching her pupils safe driving skills for life. I spent around 26hr with Shaziya, working on my driving skills from complete scratch, along with private practice outside of lessons. With her help, I was able to learn how to drive while working full-time thanks to Saturday lessons which not many instructors offer. I was able to pass my test the first time with only 3 minors! I enjoyed my time learning how to drive with her and can wholeheartedly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: She is really good instructor. She’s fun, calm and makes you understand everything by explaining you with her calmness. She understands which parts you can’t get and tries to explain you as openly as it gets. End of the lessons she always says which parts you should study more. The only thing she didn’t do that I wanted to take more lessons as my practical test was coming, but she didn’t have time for me.. anyway, thank you Shaziya for everything you have taught me.

Fantastic experience: I PASSED, first time, with just 1 minor!!! I met Shaziya 2 weeks to my test date after being on the waiting list of lots of instructors in Aberdeen for months. She was kind enough to offer me the slots she had before my test. I had been practicing with family but would have definitely failed without my lessons with her. She quickly noticed my weak points and we focused on those. She’s friendly and but also quite firm in teaching and giving feedback. Her explanations were very clear and easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: Shaziya is a very good driving instructor, unlike some instructors rather than just teaching you to pass your test, she teaches you for being fully prepared for driving after your test. Her lessons can be a bit challenging sometimes cuase she will often focus on areas that you struggle with. Overall would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Shaziya was a great detail-oriented and organised instructor. She helped correct a lot of the points I needed improvement on in my driving and now I do some of the things I was taught by her instinctively. Here is more detail to my review: GOOD CHARACTER: Shaziya is very patient, I actually enjoyed my driving hours with her. I booked my lessons on tuesdays once a week (to allow me to practice the rest of the week before my next session with her), So I really looked forward to showing her all I've been practicing. She will always make me feel confident. When I made mistakes she will point them out including a reason why it is a mistake. Experience: She knows! She knows the area, she knows the speed limits, she knows the theory and she knows ways to make you remember everything. Accesible: The best way to contact her is via Whatapp, this is also the most convenient way to agree on available spots . As soon as she's available she would reply all my messages. Available: Because she's in high demand, I would reccomend to try to book with enough time in advance so you can have more options of her availability, but even when she's busy she'll try to accomodate you in her schedule. Organised: She is very organized and agreed dates and hours are clear. She will always be on-time. She has both automatic and manual cars which provide more flexibility depending on your needs. FInal Thoughts: Before meeting Shaziya I had other instructors, I didn't know how bad they were until I met her and then I had basis to compare. Other instructors will not give you as much information, and will continue to tell you that you are not ready to keep you paying for lessons. Shaziya will tell you if and when you are ready even if you have more lessons to go. I passed WITH A PERFECT SCORE! NO MINORS! All thanks to her teachings. I'm happy I got my licence now and I am only sad I won't be spending time with her. Thank you Shaziya for your time and I hope to cross path with you again even if it's just for a coffee.

She's great at reviewing the student's skills (and reach skill's respective levels) and adapting each lesson based on that, but she'll always hear you out if there's something in particular you want to practice. Fantastic experience: It is very lucky to choose Shaziya as my driving instructor to help me pass the test. She's patient and kind during the lessons. She explained details well to help me to understand the rules, habits on the roads and how to access the different situation to build up a nice attitude whatever for driving test or the daily driving in the future in the UK. She's also careful to make some notes for each lesson to record and help to improve next time. Even though my mother tongue is not English, we can find a nice way to communicate and analyse each course very well. By the way, the car for teaching is good, it is easy to control. Fantastic experience: Shaziya is an excellent instructor who absolutely loves what she does and has the utmost care for her learners. I am a particularly anxious person and had no confidence whatsoever when driving. Within 2 weeks of classes I saw a huge difference in my skills and confidence. I was historically a very nervous driver, but Shaziya put me at ease straight way and helped build my confidence to pass my test first time. It was refreshing to have an instructor who orientates the teaching for what is best for the learner, rather than a dogmatic approach like I've experienced before. Really enjoyed my experience learning with Shaziya - cannot recommend highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: Arranged driving lessons with Shaziya when no other instructors were available at the time in Aberdeen . I had some experience with driving however considered myself a nervous driver due to prior awful awful experience with my last instructor. Shaziya eased me into driving, re learning the basics , communicating well with me and most of all being patient . She understood my character and helped me strengthen what I thought to be my weakness when it came to driving. In fact I ended up liking driving when previously , trust me ,I did not. She is a professional, safe and thorough instructor. Practise makes perfect, literally and you will get that with her . I had a set budget for my lessons and was test ready well in good time .I passed first time , no minors or driving faults and finally after so so long got my full license. Very happy with the service she offers and her teaching style . I 100% recommend. Thank you !

Fantastic experience: Shaziya has a lot of skills and experience to get you ready to drive along with giving theory help too. She’s professional at what she does and teaches but while also being very chill and enjoyable to talk to if need be. Fantastic experience: Took some lesson as I had private practice previously, she was so helpful and explained everything clearly. Shaziya was also VERY patient when I made mistakes which made me feel much more at ease and less stressed. She was adaptive to my learning pace and provided a lot of written detail after lessons. Fantastic experience: Shaziya helped me passed my driving test, first time with 26 hours of lessons with her, i really enjoyed her teaching she made it comfortable as my old instructor knocked my confidence so much i started to dislike driving, but shaziya really helped me build my driving skills and confidence and I started to enjoy my lessons again. If anyone needs a great instructor who teaches you in depth i recommend shaziya, she is easy to get on with and had a good laugh with her.

Fantastic experience: Shaziya is one of the calmest people I’ve met. She can be strict though, especially when you are getting test ready. Don’t be overwhelmed if her mock tests are challenging as she will work on your weaknesses to bring out the best of your ability when driving. She also explains things really well and will take her time to go at your own pace. I highly recommend Shaziya as I don’t think I would have passed 1st time if it wasn’t for her :)

Fantastic experience: I passed today alhamdulilah my driving test.Shaziya came in and polished my skills. I had many mock tests with her, at the beginning it was a constant fail in each one of them. You get frustrated at first because you're eager to pass, but you have to trust your instructor and be patient. She put me through every possible driving scenario, explained the rationale behind what you're supposed to do. Kept on practicing until I passed her mock tests . Honestly, after finishing today's test, I thought her mocks were harder. My advice is persevere and trust the process because if you do , you'll definitely pass! Thank you Shaziya

Fantastic experience: Thank you Shaziya. I got my UK driving license with two minors. I appreciate your patience and constant inputs during our driving sessions. It really helped me to unlearn some old habits and in fine tuning my skills pretty fast.
