Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Steve if your looking for automatic car lessons, Steve has got me through my nerves and anxiety about driving in a calm and professional manner with patience that I needed to overcome my anxiety. From feeling anxious and overwhelmed he has helped me to become test ready to which I passed first time. Definitely will always recommend Steve. The car is easy to navigate around and I felt comfortable driving it.

Fantastic experience: Steve was an excellent driving instructor. As a US driver, I was concerned that I wouldn't understand what might be asked of me and sure enough, that was an issue for me. Steve was very patient, explaining procedures and manoeuvres without causing anxiety. We practiced around the testing area so I was familiar with where I was on the day of the test. I drove and tested in an automatic drive vehicle. I can strongly recommend Steve for anyone coming from a left hand drive country and anyone who has anxiety and prefers someone with a calm, professional and humorous personality. I passed on my first go with no penalties.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Steve as an experienced driving instructor for those who really want to drive safely and who want to know how to do it the right way. He was my third driving instructor and the first one who explained to me in a clear, understandable and calm manner how to use gears and the clutch. My main problem was that I had to learn how to drive a manual car on the other side of the road and have a steering wheel from my right side after a 15 years gap when I was driving an automatic car on the opposite side of the road and had my wheel from the left. Thanks to Steve, I understood the idea behind gears but, unfortunately, it was still difficult for me to apply everything in practice. At that time Steve was teaching on his manual car only, so he introduced me to his colleague who teaches on automatic cars. Thanks to Steve's thorough explanation of driving basics, it was easy for me to apply that knowledge and continue on with the automatic car.

Fantastic experience: Best instructor anyone could ask for. Very calm, patient and friendly. He was the reason why my first solo drive was so comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely the reason for my confidence on the road. 100% will continue recommending him to everyone wanting to learn to drive.

Been a student of Steve’s for nearly 2 years now and he’s always been excellent, very welcoming, informative, accepting, calming and always pushes you to be the best you can be. I'm a particularly nervous person, but he managed to always put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Steve was an excellent driving instructor, he ensured I was secure and confident with my driving before I attempted a test and am very glad he did this as I now feel much more confident with my driving ability than if I had taken a test when I was much less proficient driver. I passed first time! Steve was always very friendly and attentive, patiently supporting me when I made progress as well as I made mistakes. He was very careful to ensure I was driving as well as I could and I really appreciated his suggestions and instructions, as well as his explanations, which were thorough. Fantastic experience: As well as being very friendly and approachable, Steve is extremely patient. Steve has extremely good teaching skills meaning that whenever I was having any issues, he would not only find ways to explain things that made sense to me but also addressed the root cause of the problem. I feel that he taught me to be a safe driver and not just how to pass my driving test.
