Negative experience: Still waiting 7 months since I first called for driving lessons. No phone calls, no emails for updates. Extremely unprofessional.

Hi Rachael, I’m sorry your unhappy with our wait times, we always tell people it is an estimate only and cannot guarantee when a space will become available. I can see you emailed last month for an update and had 3 responses from us. Unfortunately we can’t get learners out as quickly as possible in some areas due to the size of our waiting lists. We are looking at digitising our waiting list to keep people on our waiting list updated. Thanks Scott TDA TEAM
