Fantastic experience: I cant reccomend Mick enough as an instructor. We had the best time on our lessons and he is clear and precise with his instructions and makes you feel so at ease. Mick made me feel very safe, not only as a pupil but as a woman, I really appreciate that. If you are wanting automatic lessons, I can't recommend Mick enough. Fantastic experience: I recently passed my practical test with the driving academy, an I cannot commend them anymore for how professional an friendly Stewart was with me! More so because I have ADHD an really struggle with my confidence an self belief. Stewart always made me feels as ease an how to approach lessons with me l, as other instructors didn’t have a clue! 10/10 service can’t thank them enough.

Negative experience: my son cancelled is lesson on the. morning he came down with something lesson got cancelled and got charged the full money would not recommend the instructor

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Rachel Nall and I would highly recommend she was amazing! So patient and lovely at every lesson! Passed first time at 37 weeks pregnant and started lessons with rach at 9 weeks pregnant! We got on sooooo well and I cannot imagine learning to drive with anyone else! Honestly cannot thank her enough for everything (even squeezing in last minute lessons to fit around my crazy schedule)! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! love you Rach

I never believed I could pass my test and with Alan’s patience and support, I finally passed my test today. Alan is phenomenal with nervous drivers, and has so much training and techniques to help with the most nervous of drivers. Thank you so much Alan for your help, I couldn’t have passed without you. For anyone reading this who isn’t sure if driving is for them. I promise you it is. A positive mental attitude and an instructor as high quality as Alan will get you a long way!

Fantastic experience: Just passed with Geoff! I’ve been quite a nervous driver and it’s taken me a while because of my anxiety but Geoff was always kind and patient with me. He always fully explains everything and knows when to challenge you and when to ease off and let you get comfortable with something. When you make mistakes he never gets angry or frustrated, just calmly corrects it and helps you understand what you did wrong and give you another go. I sometimes felt like giving up but Geoff always showed that he believed I could do it and eventually I did! I even travelled on the train to meet him for our lessons, as I was no longer working nearby as I was when I first started, but he’s so friendly and I got on with him so well I didn’t want to change instructors. He never made me feel bad or embarrassed about taking longer than usual. I would definitely recommend learning with Geoff, and will be recommending him to anyone else I know who is wanting to learn to drive

Fantastic experience: Passed 1st time with Phil Munro for automatic drivers test! Phil is an incredible motivation for learners. He really knows how to make you feel comfortable and build up that confidence needed to overcome those nerves on test day. His lighthearted approach and brilliant conversations made me feel comfortable behind the wheel every lesson. Phil’s lessons were very informative and well structured. He enabled me to quickly progress and I really do appreciate all of his encouragement. I truly enjoyed the entire learning experience. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: After (12 months ) with another instructor who destroyed my confidence in driving and created huge anxiety within me I took the leap and switched to Rachel Immediately she put me at great ease and slowly rebuilt the confidence I had lost. Rachel Is so patient , motivating and inspiring. She really took her time to explain everything to me step by step and made sure that I completely understood everything before moving on to the next stage. I really can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for me. She is so invested in her students doing well and is truely an incredible teacher. I would highly recommend contacting if you are a nervous or anxious driver who needs that extra support. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience using the driving academy. I had rachel as my instructor. She was very to the point, honest, down to earth, had a good sense of humour and her teaching methods worked really well for how I learn. Fast communication and easy planning of lessons. I learnt in an automatic car, and passed after around 10 or so lessons. First time pass. I wasn't the most confident before starting lessons. I'm 37 so I've never been keen to learn but I felt reassured I was in safe hands, and I'm ready for driving on my own now Highly recommend Jonny

Fantastic experience: Alan A was a great instructor. I found it very easy to talk to him about pretty much anything and my lessons were always a good environment to learn in. Also Alan was very clear when teaching and so it made it easy to fix any errors that I made and I was also given the freedom to make my own mistakes and correct them myself. This is important for me as I was able to drive without stopping constantly. Also when booking my lessons it was not a difficult process. Finally, re-arranging lessons was again very easy as our communication was good. Overall, very enjoyable lessons and a very comfortable environment to learn in. No complaints

Fantastic experience: My Driving Instructer (Alan Almond) is one of the kindest, most patient people I know. He made me feel relaxed and confident enough to pass. Driving with him made it so much easier to learn without feeling embarassed when I needed extra help.Would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had training with Laura, she was so accommodating as I finished work late. She was super patient as I hadn't had a trainer but was learning from drivers and had picked up bad habits. I was genuinely super lucky as with her guidance I passed. Would recommend Laura and the driving academy to anyone 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Stu and the driving academy, after failing my part 3 with another driving school I done some research and found Stu. He helped me right the way through up to my test and still now. Whenever I have a question or I’m unsure of anything Stu is the first person I ring. Without his help and knowledge I wouldn’t have became a qualified driving instructor. How he puts up with me I don’t know If anyone is wanting to become a driving instructor or anyone who is a driving instructor and wanting extra training I can’t recommend Stu enough. Fantastic experience: I am currently learning to drive with Suzanne Obrien from the Wavertree area of Liverpool. After having a few bad experiences with other driving instructors Suzanne is a breath of fresh air. She has learned me to gain confidence , drive safely and got me test ready. Fantastic experience: I have Friday 16,06,2023 1st attempt passed my driving test for and I must Stephen Weir is an absolute outstanding driving instructor. He made me feel at ease and comfortable each lesson . I wasn’t afraid to ask him questions and he always answered then in away in which helped me . He takes his time and doesn’t make you feel rushed or make you feel inadequate. He is a Credit to the driving profession and to the driving academy school . Once again all I can say is a massive thank you to Stephen Weir, you are amazing and I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for you . I will definitely be doing my pass plus with the driving academy and highly recommend the driving academy for anyone wanting to learn how to drive .

Fantastic experience: Emma is by far the best instructor I could have. She taught me a variety of skills and gave me loads of tips to pass my practical test and carry on afterwards. She is a very professional woman who clearly loves what she's doing, as well as kind and friendly. Today I have passed my practical test thanks to Emma. I'd highly recommend her to any of my friends or family. In fact, my wife will start her driving lessons with Emma soon.
