Fantastic experience: Jam was fantastic for me throughout the whole process. Accommodating and truly professional with a clear emphasis on helping learners become skilled for life and not just for the driving test. Approximately 30 hours of lessons and a first time pass out of the Speke test centre. Couldn’t recommend Jam and Evolution enough.

Fantastic experience: Jam was a brilliant instructor. Helped massively in getting me test ready and beyond, making me confident in handling any road to come. Passed my test first time so could not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Ste, I started my lessons having been messed about by a lot of other schools and instructions so I was anxious on how it would go. I was an experienced learner by this point but I hated driving and was very nervous. Just after my first lesson with Ste I felt so much better! He made things make sense to me that didn’t before and we could have a laugh a long the way. Instead of dreading each lesson like I used to, I would look forward to having a laugh and gaining the confidence In the process. Ste has a way of making things make sense in the most simple way. I can’t thank Ste and evolution enough. And who would have thought I could pass with a faultless test! Highly recommend Ste and evolution to anyone looking to learn. Especially those older more “experienced” learners who just need to get it done!

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my test thanks to the wondeful Jillian as my instructor. She was absolutely amazing, I came from another company and instructor who was rude and never explained anything so i was apprehensive about starting again, luckily Jill was utterly perfect! Explaining everything clearly and concisely, whilst showing everything she says as an example to learn from. She was always a good laugh to be in the car with, and it truly felt like being taught by a good friend! She was a truly wonderful instructor to whom I owe all of my success! If you are looking for a brilliant and fun instructor then she is perfect!

Fantastic experience: Paul is task master and bants lord. He got me to pass first time after six months at the age of 37. I miss our lessons. Paul had lots of helpful frameworks for thinking about approaching situations and mnemonics for building habits needed to pass my test and drive with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Ste at Evolution enough, thanks to him I passed within a few months! I've had two other instructors in the past who weren't clear with instructions and tips or near enough as supportive, but with Ste's guidance I was able to not only pass first time, but greatly improve my road knowledge and confidence. Ste helped me identify any mistakes I made on my drives and concisely taught me how to avoid these and become a better, safer driver. Lessons with previous instructors felt like a chore, but I looked forward to and enjoyed lessons with Ste thanks to the positive environment during lessons. Anybody that I know forward looking for instructors will be pointed in his direction. Thanks for all the help Ste!

Fantastic experience: I had Jill as my instructor and she has been amazing, her patience and calmness helped me to develop the skills I needed to pass and become comfortable driving in a large city after initially starting my lessons in a very small town in rural Wales, I felt like I was driving with a life long friend in the car, she really put me at ease and I would recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had Neal as a driving instructor, after already having a few lessons back at home he understood what level I was at and when having lessons they were very productive and got a lot done. I was nervous for starting lessons again but he was very easy to talk to and was very constructive putting me at ease making me enjoy driving lessons. Finally his way of remembering manoeuvres and how to observe was very easy also. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an instructor.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed 3 refresher lessons with Neal as I hadn’t driven for a number of years. Neal is very calm and patient and gives clear instructions. My confidence in driving increased straight away and I’d highly recommend Neal as your driving instructor.

I was very nervous before my first lesson after 14 years out of driving, but as soon as I got in the car Paul made me feel relaxed and had great tips and refreshers in the theory of driving. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Evolution Driving School! Without Paul’s help, support and guidance I honestly don’t think I would have ever had the confidence to even pursue driving. Even though I often masked my anxiety and nerves, Paul was so aware and emotionally intelligent to know when I needed that extra bit of support or reassurance. My lessons always provided me with the necessary knowledge and skills to be a competent and safe driver, all whilst working on my self confidence. Even down to my last lesson before my test, Paul helped me maintain a consistent focus on the end goal resulting in a first time pass! Honestly could not fault the expertise and genuine decency of Paul as an instructor and at times my own personal therapist, helping me confront my negative self talk and doubt! Thank you so much Paul for all your help, I would be lost without it! :)

Fantastic experience: I had Paul at Evolution driving, extremely professional and brilliant method of teaching. He really gives a personal touch to his way of teaching. He made sure i was safe and test standard. We managed to get a pass 1st time with short course. He took me on although very busy as he was very understanding of my tough situation and need for a license. Would recommend evolution driving as the best in the liverpool region having been with a few other instructors and them not being as considerate in my personal experiences. Evolution driving provided everything you would look for in an instructor.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Evolution to get refresher lessons as I haven't driven since passing my test and was really nervous/anxious about driving. With only three lessons with Neal my confidence has improved 1000%. Neal was so patient and took the time to encourage me and reassure me that my driving is good as well as giving me advice on how to improve. We also did a motorway lesson as I had never been on the motorway and I feel like I'm ready to drive independently now! Thank you so much Neal!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Paul's teaching. I've learnt to drive as a 40-year-old and was pretty anxious about the whole experience to begin with, but learning with Paul has been a pleasure. I get a strong impression that his tips and advice are tailored to the individual learner - whenever something was particularly difficult or causing a problem at first, Paul found a new way of explaining it to me or provided a handy tip, and this always made a big difference. I'm sure there are loads of things from the lessons that will stay with me forever as guides to driving safely. In addition to being a great communicator, Paul is a lovely fella, and this was especially appreciated on those occasions when I needed my confidence building back up. I'd recommend his classes without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I found Damian after an unsuccessful block with another Instructor. I felt I was being held back, and after I met Damian, I realised I was. Damian was able to push me the right amount to give me the confidence to go on and pass my test. He is patient and friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Paul goes the extra mile when it comes to teaching. Excellent training and always on hand any time of the day to answer questions. Paul trained me to an advance level of driving. And got me through my part 2 driving test to be a driving instructor. I honestly wouldn’t want any other instructor teaching me other than Paul. Strongly recommend! Very professional.

Fantastic experience: I would strongly recommend Paul as a driving instructor. He is very patient, explains improvements very politely, where you can understand and learn. He will also ask you where you feel you need more practice and focus lessons on those areas. He takes notes which makes it easier to pick up from the last lessons and is very encouraging. He behaves very professionally, reliable and fair. I've had a few driving instructors that were not the best and gave me anxiety. I was very nervous and Paul was very calming and helped me pass.

Negative experience: Paul is very passionate about his job. I would rate him well for his knowledge of the test. However, his conduct is very poor- He has temper issues, misses lessons because of ''waking up late'' and cancels because ''he forgets''. He also tends to raise his voice unnecessarily. I hope your experience with him will be better than mine.
