Fantastic experience: Passed first time today with Chris. Can’t recommend him enough - he conveyed information in a clear manner so I understood everything, and was patient when my mind went blank during lessons. I feel confident now to drive by myself, and it’s all down to Chris and his teaching style. Lessons didn’t feel rushed and I felt my improvements were noticeable each week. Thanks Chris!

Fantastic experience: I passed with Steve in September and haven't looked back! Driving solo for 2 months, I feel that I can take on any driving challenges with confidence and every passenger feels safe. This is all because of the patterns, skills and driving mindset that Steve instilled in me. He really cares about his students wellbeing behind the wheel and setting them up for the rest of their lives. Great instructor, rubbish jokes!

Fantastic experience: Passed first time with Vinnie Crewe. Cant recomend enough. Made lesson calm and enjoyable and doesnt continuiously chat down your ear which ive had issues with before. Explains what you need to do and gives you the space to figure things out for yourself. Give him a go guarentee you will be happy.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Gary Jones enough for driving tuition. I’m a very anxious person and Gary helped me pass my test after 10 years of not driving. His expert tuition and calm demeanour helped me get back behind the wheel. Thank you so much mate.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test recently with Catherine, cannot recommend her more! From the very first lesson, she made me feel comfortable and confident. She was brilliant with helping identify how to improve my driving and gave really insightful constructive feedback that helped me improve each time. She is so friendly and kind, and was a very patient and clear when teaching, which really helped to make learning so much easier and even enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I learnt recently with Catherine and I couldn't recommend her more! I returned to driving lessons after 12 years and Catherine helped my confidence and understanding so much. Fantastic experience: I was so nervous at the beginning of my lessons, however was put straight at ease when I started my lessons with Cathy! She’s amazing, I learnt so much so quick and was surprised how fast my confidence grew on the road! I passed my test first time in a short space of time (3 months) all thanks to Cathy, could recommend her enough as an instructor and so happy to now be on the road!

Fantastic experience: Peter Anderson: I passed my practical test on my second attempt after plenty of hours with Peter, who took me from almost being a beginner to now feeling like a very confident and comfortable driver. Fantastic experience: Passed first time with Peter as my intructor. Couldnt of asked for a better experience. Very techinical in his approach to teaching the physical aspects of driving and the workings of todays roads which have changed drastically in recent years. The mental preparation required to gain confidence on the roads and to sit the actual test was next to none. Peter was a great instructor, instantly made to feel at ease. Youd expect a driving instructor to feel like your teacher at school but that wasnt the case at all. It was a bitter sweet feeling passing my test knowing our lessons had come to an end. Anyone who has anxiety about starting driving I would highly recommend passfaster.

Such a lovely person to get on with and a really great driving instructor. Catherine is patient and really reassuring and helped me build my confidence. Fantastic experience: I had driving lessons with Catherine and recently passed my test at Speke. Catherine was a great driving instructor. She allowed me to drive without constantly giving instructions (which a previous instructor at another company had done) and this left me feeling really confident in my abilities as a driver. She also shared some great tips for passing my test and was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had around 30 lessons with Catherine at Pass Faster and I cant recommend her enough....passed my test today! Fantastic experience: I have recently passed my driving test after learning with Annie Stephenson. I’ve had many other instructors but always had to move location for work (or run out of money) before I could finish my lessons and then Covid happened. Annie is by far the best instructor I’ve ever had and i would recommend her and by extension passfaster to anyone looking to learn to drive. Annie has bubbly and kind nature which combined with her great sense of humour puts you at ease to help learn with growing confidence. She’s calm, fun, and makes driving lessons something you look forward to. I could not have had a better experience and I will forever be grateful and thankful for finding Annie to teach me. 5 stars and then some!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just passed with an instructor from pass-faster called Denis, he was one of a kind! So so patient with me as with my previous experience this has not always been the case but with Denis it was a pleasure to be his pupil! He is always on hand to support and just a general nice person and If anyone if looking for lessons please go with passfaster and if your lucky to get Denis then your in for a treat as he is an amazing person ! Fantastic experience: I CANNOT thank my driving instructor John Wrigley enough. He believed in me more than I believed in myself. I had doubts and thoughts that I'd never be able to pass but I did and it was all thanks to him not letting me give up despite all of my tears. He's an amazing person and goes above and beyond for all his students, me included. I truly cannot thank him enough and I couldn't recommend a better instructor. Thank you John for everything!

Negative experience: Do not book in lessons with Alan Callaghan. I have never met such an unprofessional, unreliable and arrogant person. Taught me absolutely nothing, cancelled every single lesson, made up numerous lies and couldn't even finish the whole course of 10h which I paid for upfront. Left me with no instructor few weeks before the test and sent me an aggressive and insulting text message at the end of it. Seeing multiple people on here being let down by Alan should really make you think whether this is a person who you'd like your driving school to be represented by.

Fantastic experience: I passed with Peter last month and couldn't have wished for a better instructor. Peter kept everything so simple for me and we managed to have a laugh along the way. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test at the first attempt yesterday after a great course of instruction from Peter A. Peter is a fantastic driving instructor; patient, knowledgeable, and crystal clear when conveying what it takes to drive, both technically when it comes to controlling the car, and mentally, as it relates to building confidence and improving decision making on the road. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by PassFaster. Peter and Chris are great representatives of what I believe is a fantastic company.

Negative experience: Do not book with Alan Callaghan. Extremely unreliable, unprofessional and left me with no instructor weeks before my test with no explanation. Would cancel 90% of lessons on the day with excuses that others have also mentioned.

Fantastic experience: John has spent the last few months teaching me everything needed to drive safely on the road. He walked me through all of the parking manoeuvres used regularly and would be checked during the driving test to make sure I knew how to do them efficiently and safely. John walked me through everything that would happen during the driving test ahead of time and the test itself was exactly what we'd be learning

Fantastic experience: Annie in Liverpool has been the best driving instructor I could have ever asked for. I had some previous lessons with other instructors but not many. Annie was so approachable and understanding from the get go. I never felt judged or disrespected. I felt at ease and actually looked forward to my lessons with her. She is an absolute credit to the pass faster team. I’m so happy to be her first passed practical test of 2024.

Mal told me what I needed to know and do, to become a safe driver. I had previous lessons with another instructor, but never learnt anything until I decided to go with Mal, best decision I made. Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving test, over the moon can't stop pacing up and down. A massive thank you to Peter Anderson absolute legend of a man/instructor. Guided me from a zero experience novice, to now passing my test. Throughout my driving journey, I feel so greatful that I had an instructor like Peter who will always have your back, patient (which was hard at times when I've had a fuzzy day) and most importantly would always have a laugh. Will always remember the help Peter gave me and look forward to staying in touch, now time to get myself a whip.

Negative experience: Started lessons in the spring with a certain female instructor called Jaimie, very inconsistent availability, half the lessons were always cancelled by instructor for different reasons each time. Fair enough, things can happen I get that, but for every lesson I had the next 1 was always cancelled and never had 2 booked lessons in a row. Each time it was me having to chase up getting the next lesson rescheduled which could easily mean a break of a few weeks to a month between lessons which is no good for anyone trying to learn to drive, but I tried to stick with it as the lessons themselves when I did get 1 were fine, but it just grew tiring with the constant cancellations and long gaps between lessons. Then out of nowhere come late June\early July she informs me that there is nothing for several weeks as she then decided to inform me she has some intensive driving courses booked in that had been booked in for months. Yet even if true this was never mentioned previously or when we had discussion for booking a driving test date for which I informed Jaimie weeks before about the diving test date & we agreed the date and never was any potential issue raised with regards to the driving test. This break or pause for that last reason alone would have meant near a 2 month break when I needed the lessons more regular ready for my driving test. Such breaks between lessons are crazy. As a result Jaimie never got back to me to pick up on lessons after that last reason. I even raised these issues and concerns directly with the driving school to ask for an alternative instructor that is available via the contact details on there website. But the issue and concerns went unresponded to. As a result I now missed my driving test which should have been last week, so thanks a lot guys some serious money wasted there on both lessons and a lost driving test!.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a crash course with all of my lessons in the space of a week, and passed first time thanks to my instructor Julie. Julie was incredibly patient and supportive, and helped me calm my nerves and stay focused! I am very grateful to have had her as my instructor, and would highly recommend her, and PassFaster to any beginners!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test with Steve Roberts first time and wouldn’t have done it without his patience and support. I was the most nervous driver I think he’s ever taught, but with his relaxed manner he put me at ease and we had a laugh on my lessons. I’ll definitely miss those lessons but I’m so pleased that I passed with only 4 minors. Would definitely recommend the company Passfaster and especially Ste. His lifetime of knowledge and experience is a quality that’s sought after. I can’t thank him enough for the past 18 months of memorable tuition.

Fantastic experience: I've been having lessons with Sarah. On my first lesson, I cried! I was a nervous wreck: buses, HGVs, bikes and don'tget me started about roundabout ... everything had my anxiety going through that car roof! But Sarah did not give up on me. With time, advice, encouragement and patience my confidence grew and today I PASSED with only ONE minor! I can't thank you enough Sarah for all you have taught me. You're fabulous!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Eddie . I was a previously banned driver who had driven long enough to have some very bad habits. But after a long battle with my self and eddies patients we got it done, couldn't have done it without him and highly recommend him to any other new drivers or if your like me, can drive and are just needing to get back on the road properly again, eddies your guy. Negative experience: Please accept my apologies. It was in Manchester, I mistakenly thought that I had booked through you. The Driver was called Amir My daughter had lessons, then extra lessons. The instructor said that she wasn't ready for test (which is a fair one). However, after this, we were just blanked. Great way to treat folk that pay thousands for the service.

Fantastic experience: I passed first time with Steve Spencer after only 4 months of lessons. Steve was extremely patient and talked me through every step as many times as I wanted to. He always asked me what id like to do with the time I had with him and what I’d like to practice. I felt very comfortable with Steve as he made me feel as though he was more like a friend than an instructor. I can’t explain how highly I recommend Steve to anyone as I have gone through plenty of instructors from a different companies that never fitted to my learning style, however Steve was the perfect instructor for me! Thank you so much Steve!

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Peter ANDERSON - legend! I went from being petrified of driving at 15mph, almost choosing to go automatic due to my nerves, to passing first time at 26 on a manual test! With Peter you’re going to get an experienced professional who will teach you skills and techniques way above and beyond the minimum requirements. I’ve learned so many useful tips and tricks that I’ll no doubt continue to apply in my driving after the lessons. Learning to drive can be stressful and it’s not always going to be smooth sailing, but rest assured you are in safe hands and good company in the grey car with “ugh” on the plate. You might even find that you’ll laugh a bit, or a lot, on the way. To Pete, thanks for your patience, sometimes hilariously brutal honesty, but most importantly your belief in your students! I honestly do not think I could have passed first time with a different instructor. Money well spent.✌️

Negative experience: I would like to say thank you pass faster for the worst driving school I have ever seen! Almost 3 months to booking classes and my instructor had cancelled with me one week before my driving test and when I spoke with him he said he isn’t obligated to take me! My driving test was today I didn’t come because I didn’t find anyone to bring me thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I was having difficulty finding an instructor because the waiting list was extremely long. However, this company quickly located one of the best instructors, John Wrigley. I started out very nervous, but John has taught me to be confident because it's all practise that he's here to teach. Negative experience: Instructor I had from here was awful, didn’t seem like he was bothered about teaching me, as he was very unprepared each lesson, he never kept track of my progress and he forgot what we did last lesson every time, and any questions I had he would shut down and patronise me. Would make me park up and start talking about his personal life and other unrelated nonsense which took up most of the lesson time. Never kept track of lessons or planned future lessons, and would “let me know” then text me weeks later, despite him saying he had lots of availability and was committed. Kept cancelling lessons last minute (then I’d have to wait weeks later again for another lesson, so my progress was very inconsistent), and the times he actually showed up, he was always late, but ended the lessons early. In the end after cancelling a lesson, ghosted without a word or even trying to pass me onto a different instructor. I emailed asking for a different instructor or to change to auto and never heard anything back. No effort from the company at all. Really bad experience, don’t go with this company. (Anonymous for confidentiality because I know Chris will pull the “you’re not a PassFaster pupil” schtick like he did with all of the other bad reviews, the response to criticism just says it all really.)

Fantastic experience: Passed my test on Friday all thanks to Mike! He is so calming and such a lovely person. He always made me feel at ease and he helped me gain the confidence that I needed to pass. Couldn’t be more grateful to Mike!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant - Shout out to Graham Campbell for helping me pass my test. Had many issues with my driving but Graham fixed it. Put me at ease and I became a confident driver. I would recommend anyone to Graham if they need to learn to drive and pass their test.

Fantastic experience: I passed my theory and driving test first time with Nicola Orme and I would highly recommend her, she's a brilliant driving instructor. She calm, makes you feel at ease and explains instructions really well and clear until you understand them. She's very approachable and more than happy to give you time at the end of the lesson to discuss how things went and gives you confidence with her praise that you can pass your test when your doubting yourself. Fantastic experience: I did have a few driving lessons in Ireland about 14 years ago - nothing since.  John was able to spot my bad habits and I was able to learn the correct and safe way to drive in the UK from John's teaching and advice. I had sixteen one hour lessons with John and managed to pass the first time around - really pleased! John is a commensurate professional and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to learn how to drive safely. Perpetually patient and punctual - you can't go wrong with John!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test with Vincent Crewe. I found his style quite strict initially but later realised it was just what I needed. It more than prepared me for the formal nature of the test. He was able to tell me where I was going wrong and why. He understood my thought process quite well. He is quite good at reading/understanding people.

Fantastic experience: Passed my test first time after around 15-20(ish) lessons with Vinnie. Thank you so much Vinnie! I’ve had lessons 3 separate times in my life and never enjoyed driving as a process, and always ran out of steam before I got test-ready. Fantastic experience: Took a 30 Hour course with John Keehner. He was always early, car was always very clean and looked after. Great car to learn in as it was easy to drive. John was very knowledgeable and I passed first time with only 3 minors.

Fantastic experience: Instructor Mike Wells Truly the best instructor I could of asked for, he made me feel calm at all times even when my anxiety wouldn’t allow me to be. His knowledge, experience, punctuality, and banter just made it an amazing experience. Fantastic experience: Wanted to pass my test fairly quickly. I booked with pass faster in February and my driving instructor was Nicola, I have today passed my test! Nicola was amazing, not only did she make me feel at ease and comfortable, she kept me sane and listened to my little rants I would recommend Nicola to anyone wishing to pass their test and you won’t be disappointed! Fantastic experience: After a previous bad experience with a driving instructor during my first lesson, I was assigned Paul Quayle as my new instructor and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to teach me how to drive. I got along really well with Paul, he made learning to drive fun and stress-free and always made me feel calm and relaxed when driving. His encouragement and support throughout learning to drive has been brilliant and I’m happy to say I recently passed my test first time! I now feel confident as a new driver because of the way I was taught by Paul. Would highly recommend him as an instructor!

Negative experience: My son had driving lessons with instructor Dennis 2x double lessons each week for a good couple of months. When he was ready for his test Dennis let him down last minute with no reason why, wasn't answering test messages or wattsaps so simply did not turn up on test day and my son had to find another instructor and do his test in a different car which he obviously wasn't used too and was obviously so lucky to find someone so last minute, but not the stress you need morning of your test. My son emailed passfaster and wanted to put a complaint in, but his complaint was not taken seriously at all, he was just sort of brushed off.Passfaster do not look after there customers at all. And the instructor he had just got away with basically taking my sons money and getting off? Never known a company so unprofessional. DO NOT USE

Fantastic experience: Had driving lessons with Sarah and honestly could not have asked for a better instructor. Sarah is so patient and gives lots of encouragement. After a tricky year of learning to drive in between lockdowns, stopping lessons and learning from previous test attempts - I could not have passed without Sarah! I went from a really nervous driver who was scared to turn around corners to becoming a confident and safe driver. Sarah is an extremally good teacher and I was able to quickly understand how to perform my maneuvers with her help. If you're looking for an instructor, definitely pick Sarah!

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test today with STEVE SPENCER. Steve was such a lovely man to learn with, he was very patient especially putting up with me we had plenty of laughs but knew when to focus when he was teaching the perfect balance!! Fantastic experience: Passed first time with Steve! I'd been learning for years and had a few different instructors but with Steve Wainwright I immediately felt comfortable and that he knew exactly what he was doing. He knows all there is to know about driving, he's very professional and extremely knowledgeable. His patience and belief in me got me through the anxiety barrier I had up with driving and got me through my test easily. Would highly recommend him for new learners and learners who have struggled. He'll even throw in a few jokes if you're lucky!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test today with Jaimie Maloney being my instructor, she made myself a safer and confident driver in such a short time ,after failing my test for 4 times.. she just got my confidence back. I can't thank her enough for her patience and for believing in me! I highly recommend her for everyone! She's amazing!

Fantastic experience: I just passed first time after having lessons with John Wrigley! He genuinely taught me how to drive and not just some of the potential test routes so I would be comfortable driving anywhere. We had some complications with my original test but Passfaster and John worked hard to get me a new test date where I passed first time!! Overall had an amazing experience with John and definitely recommend to anyone looking to drive.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was my driving instructor, she was very patient with me, each and every lesson was structured and each lesson I would come out of it better than the last. She has great knowledge of the rules of the road, the regulations and how to pass the driving test and with her I passed first time.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Vinnie who helped me pass my driving test with only 2 minors. With his patience and calm teaching style, I was able to develop into a much more confident driver, instead of the really nervous and anxious driver that I began as. He helped my clear up anything I was unsure about, talked through all of my concerns, and overall made me feel very comfortable driving during my lessons from the very first day! I wouldn’t have been able to pass without his high quality instruction, so I would highly recommend him and Passfaster to anyone needing driving lessons. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Pass Faster enough! My instructor was Peter Anderson and without him I wouldn’t of been able to achieve what I did in such a small space of time. A first time pass (with no faults may I add). From the very first time I sat in the car with Peter to the last, I felt at ease and without any pressure due to his hilarious humour, kind nature and his gentle correcting. Fantastic experience: I had Steve Spencer as my Instructor, due to Covid it was a long process with many gaps between, but I could not have asked for a better instructor. I came in taking my first lesson at 29 with no previous experience, he took me to basics and built me up to a safe driver. I passed my theory on my first attempt and practical on my second. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an instructor!

Fantastic experience: Instructor: Jackie Wood. I failed my driving test 7 years ago and had bad experiences with instructors so decided to take a long break from driving. Since having lessons with Jackie I passed first time with her, which for a nervous driver like me was a huge achievement. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She really taught me how to become a safe driver, not just to pass my driving test. Would recommend her to anyone, thanks Jackie!

She is the most fab and patient driving instructor, and ensures you remain confident and comfortable the whole time you're driving. Fantastic experience: I passed first time with Ifty. His teaching style is confident and clear and I didn't find myself confused once when learning new things in the car. He also managed to get me test ready within a week after a 6 week gap in my lessons created by the second lock down, saving me time, stress and probably a lot of money! Couldn't recommend him enough to anybody looking to learn in South Liverpool.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend! I have just passed my driving test first time with Sarah at Passfaster and I can't recommend her enough. I was super nervous about driving, but Sarah's calm and friendly teaching style put me at ease, and despite my nerves I really enjoyed learning to drive. Importantly, Sarah pushed me to make progress on every lesson, to face my fears and to believe in my own abilities. I always felt safe during my lessons and from day one, Sarah taught me to be safety conscious constantly aware of the road around me. I had some hairy moments but Sarah never gave up on me, constantly reassuring me and helping me to move forward. Can't thank her enough and couldn't recommend her more.

Fantastic experience: I passed 1st time with Pam Labio after 3 months of lessons. She was brilliant at working on all the areas I needed to improve to pass my test. Always tried to help me with in terms of moving times and days of lessons to fit around my other commitments. Also without the help she gave me with booking my test I'd never have passed when I did. I'd recommend Pam to anyone looking to drive!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Peter Anderson He really boosted my confidence and calmed my nerves driving (especially when he knew that certain aspects used to really freak me out), and he was very patient and straight to the point. He was always up for a laugh as well as ensuring I was always learning and improving my driving. He’s a very experienced instructor who I could’t recommend highly enough to anyone. He always went above and beyond with helping me learn and explaining things, thanks for everything Peter. Made up I’ve passed!! Emily G
