Fantastic experience: Really fantastic customer service from "everybody" we met at the Honda dealership. We will 100% certainly be back to discuss the purchase of a new CRF1100 in 2025. Whilst in Maidstone we also had a look around the Laguna Triumph dealership next door. Chalk & Cheese comes to mind. I think the staff in Triumph would be better off working in an undertakers. Maybe they should pop along to Hondas for some customer service training ! :-)

Fantastic experience: Had my first service done on my CB650R and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service provided by the staff. Matt & Emmi are a great asset to the team at Honda Maidstone and I will be sure to be back for the foreseeable. They answered any questions I had to great knowledge and very friendly. I would highly recommend, it is a shame that I can’t leave more than 5 stars! Thank you to all the team who looked after my bike & I.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely couldn’t fault Maidstone Honda, turned up and same day left with my bike. They all worked through lunches to sort the bike out so I could leave with it that day. The staff are super friendly and helpful, waiting a few hours for the bike to get sorted and was always checking in on me, giving me updates on the bikes status. Massive thanks to Jack for sorting it all out. Would recommend anyway looking for a Honda to go there.

Fantastic experience: So, I was searching for something very special, and I found it here. From the first phone call with Jack Rawlinson, we enthusiastically discussed my options. Went to view the 2016 FireBlade SP, and with Jack’s help, we shook hands and the deal was done. Smooth transaction and pre-delivery well organised. From start to finish Jack kept me informed, he even personally made sure the bike was cleaned on the day of collection. Couldn’t be happier, so has to be 5* for amazing service.

Negative experience: Not interested in px the new bike I bought off them a year ago for a up grade from a crf300l to a 1100 quick to take your money for there new bikes but not interested in taking them back saying we are not really a crf dealer so why sell them

Fantastic experience: Fantastic friendly emergency support from the team at Maidstone Honda. Saturday ride out and one of our group of 7 women bikers had a little ‘bike nap’ and snapped a peg off. We made an ad hoc peg with cable ties and an Allen key cos the silly Yamaha design meant we needed more tools to remove the gear lever in order to swap over pegs! We descended at Honda. They agreed about the daft design, put a peg on they had out back and sent us off with a smile and no charge! Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: My friend wanted to test ride the hornet 500 and I rode the cbr650r, staff were great, knowledgeable and down to earth. Great vibe and a really good experience..... Genuinely debating the 650 now...... No up selling or pushiness either. Relaxed no pressure environment and located in a good place for enjoyable test rides as there are some decent roads covering every span from motorways, urban and country lanes in the local area. Decent dealership and great experience. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: It may seem strange that I would travel more than 70 miles to purchase a motorcycle, but Maidstone Honda, Forstal Road didn't disappoint. This was the only dealership I could find (in March of this year) who had a demo 2024 Africa Twin AS DCT ES. I purchased the bike the same day and my friend would have also purchased one if they had a manual version (delivery issues from Japan with this new model). I have just had my 600 mile first service and can say, hand on heart, I was really happy that I chose Maidstone Honda for my purchase. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership is well stocked and great for test riding your chosen bike. I also found them to be really fair when pricing my part exchange bike, which is rare. Thanks again to Ian & Tim and all the staff at Maidstone Honda, The Forstal Road branch of Laguna Motorcycles, for their excellent service. Steve

Fantastic experience: In the first service for my CB650, the technician Paul was very thorough, professional, effective and efficient leaving the bike better than new, the braking and shifting was superb after the service. I was so impressed that I decided to leave a review despite not being so keen on leaving reviews. Also, the sales manager Chris has always been helpful and has gone the extra mile to help me with all the questions I have presented to him. Negative experience: Staff were all on their phones and wasn't really interested in helping. I just bought my CB650R from the Wimbledon Park dealer in London, purely based on my experience at the Maidstone branch. Won't ever do business with them.

Fantastic experience: I have bought numerous bikes over a near 30 year span and have often found that the buying experience and customer service to be extremely poor. I have found more often than not that it can really take the shine of what should be a really great day. I dealt with Tim Hayward at Laguna Honda Aylesford, I do not live anywhere near Kent and so dealt with him via phone, email and in person on the day of collection. He was excellent in all regards and helped make the experience and day really positive. This (motorcycle dealers) is how it should be done. Thanks Tim.

Negative experience: You get a great customer service until you paid for bike and the tone changes. I was late to come to pick up a bike a called to apologize by then I already bought the bike so the tone changed, When I arrived, he reminded me 30min slot I was 20min late, made him self look very busy. I was outside for 45mins getting familiarize myself on the bike prep to travel, he was hanging, chilling n making jokes with colleagues n made to 2 coffee. Being polite and honest it should be a basic for any sales or customer service roles.

Negative experience: I'm changing my review of Honda Maidstone as since purchasing my vehicle, I have received nothing but poor service. I recently attended the dealership to test ride the Honda CB1000R, however after spending nearly 20 minutes looking at the bike with no one approaching, I was told I couldn't test ride it. So I left. I attended again approximately 1 month ago again to view some bikes and potentially take a test ride on something of an upgrade, with not a single person in store acknowledging me being there. Just staff chatting away at the service desk. I then recently contacted Honda Maidstone as I have noticed my service book has nothing in it. When contacting them I spoke to Jason in the service department, who at best, appeared to be annoyed at me for inconveniencing his day asking a question. Jason sighed when I asked him to clarify where to go to view my history and made me feel as though I was just looking in the wrong place, when in fact, I wasnt. He found my service history on the digital service records, but refused to send me a copy. Honda customer services eventually sent me a record of it, and they have referred me back to Maidstone to obtain further details. The online digital record for me does not work. It is not me at fault, there simply is no service records attached to my VIN. But Honda Maidstone told me " I don't know what your doing but I can see it fine ". Furthermore, two close friends of mine who have purchased from Honda have similar poor service stories. Shame really because as I mentioned, I'm looking to upgrade to a 1000 and I have now almost certainly, ruled out Honda. Don't go here, they will suck you in with a comfortable sales tactic, and then will make you feel like a huge inconvenience when you return for some help, guidance, support or future services... Unless of course you have to give them money, that's fine.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a Honda this is the place to go. Friendly staff, a wide selection of both new and used bikes. Next door you can also browse Triumphs and next door to that Harley Davidson's (all part of the Laguna Group). I would highly recommend and definitely worth a visit.

Negative experience: Dropped my honda africa twin off for 16000 mile service told it would take all day due to valves etc etc..come back at 1600...got call at 1500 bike would not be ready as unable to do valves as bike is still to hot..I can leave bike and walk home or take bike and have another day off work next day..they could see how utterly annoyed I was so eventually lent me a bike reluctantly..next day got bike only to be told you need front wheel bearing front and rear brake pads chain and sprocket set......I've only had the bike 1 year from them......I got an independent check on all those things and non were urgent in fact 8 months later I've only just needed front pads..sorry honda Maidstone I won't be comming back to you in the future...over all very poor service.

Negative experience: My 125 went here for a service, MOT and head bearings changed. When I got home the steering lock no longer worked. Apparently because these can fail at any time. Mmmm Took the bike else where to have this fixed and they pointed out that 2 the bolts were also missing from the right hand side of the mudguard. They were great at selling me the bike and I chose Honda to get quality not the poor service I received.

Fantastic experience: Great service from start to finish From Stephen and the team. They went the extra mile to get the bike ready on time after fitting some difficult after market fog lights. They made a four year old bike look like it had never left the showroom on pick up day, and young Luke on the sales team was fantastic and a credit to Maidstone Honda. Fantastic experience: I've been a customer for about a year (so far) and I've mainly dealt with Chris and Steve but all the staff are great. When my bike had to be recovered to the dealership after a piece of metal ripped a hole in my rear tire, they went above and beyond to help me. I'd recommend Laguna Honda Maidstone all day long.

Positive experience: Its a fair size dealership with a reasonable selection of Honda motorcycles for sale. But the salesmen all just ignore you when you come in and as you walk around and just keep playing with their computers pretending to be busy. Not very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Chris at Maidstone Honda since 2019 having passed my CBT and subsequent full license. I have nothing but good things to say about the service Chris has provided but also the service staff having used their service plan schemes for the 125 and will also for the 650cc. My full license was delayed for 2 years due to the pandemic yet time after time Chris would happily provide updates to prices and stock availability so I could plan my finances and timescales accordingly. I would highly recommend using Maidstone Honda, especially if you are new and can use their recommended training schools. I understand the store also offer new rider courses to help you learn how to maintain the bike properly, something which I didn't get round to doing but is something I think is worthy of a mention.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all the team at honda Maidstone, espically Chris. J!! Their customer service was the best I have ever received. No stress, no pressure just facts and let me decide what I wanted. The service was so good, both and my mate brought 2 Honda CBR650R's. Their communication is great and you respond in your own time. I will be going back to use them for my next bike, even though they are 43 miles away from my house. The service and deals is really that good. Many thanks to all at Honda Maidstone!!!!!! Negative experience: Worst parts department I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to deal with. 3rd attempt today trying to get help with parts needed. 3rd condescending and rude experience. If its parts you need avoid this place like the plague. One of the attempts even told me outright the partnumber I had given him was not a honda part. Tried elsewhere with same number and shock horror It was right. If zero stars was an option they would have it.

Fantastic experience: Just picked a CMX500 from here and have to say we were very impressed with the help and service we received from Mark and his boss. They fully accommodated our request to take the bike home that day and went out of their way to complete pre purchase checks and MOT. The full tank of fuel was very welcome and meant I could ride home without having to refuel. Even the mystery of the disappearing number plate was dealt with immediately and professionally. Cannot recommend Maidstone Honda enough, just wish they were a bit closer so we could pop in a little more easily! Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I visited Maidstone Honda following a very helpful telephone call with Chris. I was looking for advise and help in planing my 40th Birthday year goal of obtaining my Category A motorbike licence & was looking to get my first 125cc motorbike to start my journey with. Upon arriving we were greeted by 2 very friendly salespeople Mark & Chris who proceeded to spend the next hour + going through every aspect and option available to me fully answering every question I had and really making me feel valued.(I had found at a couple of other dealerships we had visited prior to this the sales person had ignored me just speaking with my husband ) The relaxed non pressurised environment, helpful, Knowledgeable & informative staff took me through everything and offered me a great deal on the Honda CB125F I had decided was the right starter motorbike for me. Mark then helped me through all the paperwork clearly explaining the additional options open to me without pressurisation and the deal was done. I had requested the bike delivered to me for my Birthday which Mark arranged for me through there delivery company. Mark kept us fully upto date with telephone calls on progress including the Registration details when allocated, delivery time slots what to expect etc it was great. On the day of delivery the bike arrived in perfect condition, exactly on time with a full tank of fuel ready to go and Mark and the others at Maidstone Honda had added a lovely touch in attaching a Bow and Birthday Card for me to the bike! I really cant thank and recommend Mark & Chris at Maidstone Honda enough and will definitely be going back when I look for my next bike. Thank you again Michelle

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this place enough! I went in as I had an electrical fault with my bike. They took it in and found the fault within 10 minutes and booked it in for a warranty claim about a week later. Not only did they do the warranty work, they cleaned and shined the bike up! Looked like a brand new bike! Just wanna say thank you to Chris, Brad and everyone else that worked on my bike (unfortunately didn't catch their names) true professionals!

Negative experience: Refused to take delivery of my 2021 Vfr1200x with brake failure.from Honda Assist. I purchased this motorcycle brand new from you. I was not believed that i had brake failure, i was told Honda's don't have brake failure from your service department. Had to take to another honda dealer, there service manager Stuart said what another one, he asked the mileage and said wow that is a record.The bike as done only 387 miles and had brake failure that could have killed me and you don't believe me?. The salesman Mark told me you would service the bike a do any warranty claims. Well the ABS pump as failed and another dealer is kindly dealing with the warranty claim.. Tell Chris Hondas do have brake failure. Both my 2020 Africa Twin and this VFR have now had to have ABS pumps changed.Why does my 2021 registered VFR you supplied new have 2012 dated tyres fitted? These are scrap. Honda's are not what they used to be and Honda UK are useless. My 2020 Africa Twin done only 700 miles as had fog light failure, heated grip not working ( took 13 months to resolve), engine management light on, seat impossible to remove( took 3 trips to the dealer to resolve), cruise control works when it feels like, ABS pump changed on recall and now it is cutting out like it is out of fuel. I welcome a call to resolve your non existent after sales and to resolve these 10 year old tyres. I am not happy.

Fantastic experience: After long research It was a great first cb125f bike i had Maidstone Honda Dealers on last month. I choose to fixed in my mind before I go. Mark shorricks did a excellent service and friendly assist to me. I look forward to continuing their own service. Yes I very much interest to upgrade cb500f next summer. Positive experience: Got range of bikes outside showroom on show currently (minus 125cc bikes), as needing to book to see stock in showroom as social distancing measure. One staff member was kind enough to let us in for 5mins as it was quiet.

Positive experience: Yes they have a good selection of Honda motorcycles, I had a hands on inspection of two bikes and sat on both very pleased about as I'm hoping to buy from them possibly later this year or next? Covid restrictions are in place making it not possible to walk around the dealer, but I still walked away happy.

Fantastic experience: I went in to two local bike shops this morning and the service could not have been more different. The first shop I tried had the staff appear almost indifferent to me being there resulting in me walking out. Where as Chris at Honda could not have been more friendly and was incredibly helpful with his advice for my first bike gloves and helmet. I was a bit nervous about asking to try things on in the current climate but the service was second to none. I will certainly be returning for the rest of my clothing and when I'm ready potentially a bike. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: The staff are helpful, friendly and very flexible when organising a service on the bike. I was able to take a demonstrator out for a couple of hours while waiting, and the they washed the bike. The bike look almost new again.

Fantastic experience: I had totally forgotten to give a review.. All I can say is they are outstanding, all the staff are friendly and I have felt they have really gotten to know me and my needs. They are always on the end of the phone if I need some advice or checking on a purchase. I have purchased 2 bikes from them, my first the CBR125R, didn't miss a beat, even after putting 10k miles on it. 2nd purchase was the NC750X and still doesn't miss a beat, great pricing, great service. Even though I'm no longer in the area, I will continue to return to them for servicing, parts etc. You can't get a better service in my eyes.. Keep it up guys..

Fantastic experience: Today I rode away on a pre-reg, 0 miles CB125R for an absolute steal! From day one, Mark and Chris have exceeded my expectations in terms of service and were more than happy to provide for my individual needs. At no point during my experience with Maidstone Honda did I feel like I was being misguided or encouraged into anything I did not want or need. The bike looks and feels amazing, was immaculate upon inspection, came with a full tank of fuel and ACF'd to survive the winter! Thank you Maidstone Honda!
