Negative experience: The app connected to me with instructor Mali (from Gillingham). Worst instructor ever I have known. Booked and paid for 10 hours lesson package. She just wasted my time. Always tried to finish around 10 minutes before. Just trying to waste time on showing pictures and unnecessary things. She said to forget everything I learned before from other teachers and only learn from her. Wastes time and forcing to add more lessons. On the final day of my lesson package she just asked when I will pay her for additional lessons. I don’t recommend that instructor. Thank god I requested app to disconnect from her. I learned from other instructor and passed driving test. If had continued learning from her, I wouldn’t have passed test yet and still would be commuting by cycle. I still recommend to use this app to find instructor but check the ratings of the instructor as well. It also depends on instructor how quick we learn.

I had to unlearn some practices from my Indian driving experience and learn the rules and ways of driving in the UK. Manju was a great instructor and helped me focus on my areas of weakness. She gave me good feedback on control of the car and maintaining my speed. Her instruction on observations while driving and parking/moving were really helpful. She was patient and helped me with practicing on the relevant routes that was really helpful. And most importantly, she was always very cheerful and constructive. I managed to pass the test with just 1 minor fault within a month which is testament to her skills as an instructor. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great instructor. Luckily Manju offered me a last minute lesson 2 days before my test, and in 2 hours Manju gave me an in-depth lesson where I learnt tips that I did not learn in my 25+ hours with other instructors! Fantastic experience: I recently left my previous driving school and was sceptical about this app, but after recommendations i signed up and was paired within 15 minutes with an amazing driving instructor called Liban he is very calm patient and a fun driving instructor if anyone else gets paired with Liban i can promise you he will be the best instructor you will have i am looking very forward to more lessons with Liban and would like to thank rated driving for this amazing experience! Fantastic experience: I just had my frist lesson with Manju and I did the first 4 hours of my intensive 10 hours. I’ve learnt so much and covered a lot of areas today. Positive experience: Rated driving eliminates the process of having to find an instructor in your area, you have quick results and I like that I don’t have to deal with cash. The new upgrade is great and I can tell they’re trying to improve things and add more features. Only thing I would change is that you can only have one instructor (to my knowledge at least). I wanted to find a different instructor for trying automatic car but I couldn’t use the app because I would lose my old instructor. Overall, would recommend.

Positive experience: I was very happy with the service that I received from Rated Driving, I was placed with a experience and competant driving instructor within days of making contact, as part of the service was able to make contact regarding and questions or queries via phone, they effective app and via WhatsApp at any given time of the day and received a feedback within hours, which I find very helpful. They app also allowed me to make contact with my instructor and keep track of my payments.

Fantastic experience: Excellent app, had my first lesson yesterday with Kay. It was my first time behind the wheel and was nervous, but within the first few minutes Kay helped to calm me down and made me believe I could do it, pushed me enough but no pressure, excellent instructor and have now purchased more lessons.

Within few minutes the app got me the best local Instructor. I even got a call from the customer services to make sure if I was happy to take lessons from the instructor I was assigned and Within few lessons I was ready to hit the road. I passed successfully and all thanks to Rated Driving. I personally recommend the app for first time drivers who struggle to find Driving instructors who are much more expensive. Rated Driving is absolutely a reasonable price.
