Fantastic experience: I bought a used 2009 R6 privately which had been left sitting for 12 years, and just didn’t feel right. I took it into their service department for a full service and change of all fluids. The guys in the workshop are absolutely amazing, passionate, helpful people. They went above and beyond to fit me in within a very reasonable time frame (3 days, instead of the 3 weeks I had to wait for my triumph service) The guys were happy to chat and talk me through everything they were doing. They gave fantastic advice and weren’t pushy to upsell. Their knowledge of these bikes is second to none. They even let me store my leathers in the workshop so I don’t have to lug them about whilst waiting. My R6 feels brand new, a completely different bike! Came back spotless and polished. I cannot fault these guys at all, absolutely top notch. As for sales, my brother bought a brand new R7 from them, they were super friendly and helpful, and even called a week later to make sure everything was okay. These people really care!

Negative experience: Called to order parts, was told they were busy and would call me back as soon as a customer was served. 4 hours later no phone call, ordered from another establishment. No customer service skills, won't use again

Fantastic experience: Brilliant prompt service today from Simon and his team, fitted me a new rear tyre, super fast and at relatively late notice too, thanks guys

Fantastic experience: First visit to Tinklers today and what a truly professional outfit they are, friendly, polite, took time to make me feel welcome. Great selection of bike's new and used. Got a deal done with Rob who was an absolute star and rode away the same day on a fantastic new ( to me ) bike after doing a part exchange. Thanks again Rob , and I'll be keeping an eye on Kam Dixon #52 in the BSB super stock 1000 now I know he is on team Tinklers.️

Negative experience: Took my bike to Tinklers after a couple of years buying a mt 125 2021 from them , lovely bike I admit and still do, my first time there was for a service which the mechanic done a banging job priced at £127.00, so I thought fair dues, but I appreciate if a member of the sales team refrain from making a smarmy comment regarding my family member for what reason I don't know why which had nothing to do me whether it was a joke or not, the bloke doesn't know me from the next person, not something you would say on the phone. I am very certain they done nothing wrong, funny how I turned up I felt a bit of an atmosphere from them, I traveled 82 miles there and back home, so a bit of respect wouldn't go a miss. Anyway all"Jokes" aside I asked to get my bike lowered, just a lowering kit which I got quoted at £100 quid for parts and labor,from a sales team member by the first letter 'S' which I thought was quite reasonable and so I booked it in, now again I traveled all that way to have the work done, but then I was charged a poxy £175 quid by Mr G, I thought this guy is taking the P**S, which I paid. As soon as someone plays dumb, out comes the hidden dishonesty of these people and thing is 'I was eventually going sell my bike and go back to them to buy the Mt 03. Now I'm thinking of going to Kawasaki instead which is a bloody shame because I really looked forward to going down there to see their bikes and maybe buy a new bike. This experience has just put me off completely. If I get any reply from anyone I doubt if they give a FK and try to feed me with some ' I'm sorry blah blah like I have seen in the lowest ratings of the comment section. A bit of advice 'don't put the wool over peoples eyes and be honest to them, to their face.

Negative experience: Not sure this lot even know what they're doing? Had to call them as nobody bothered to respond to my eBay enquiry, when they did answer the phone, they found my e-mail in the system? Then they offered me £2500 less than 5 other dealers had offered for my bike as a PX! When I questioned this........ they simply stopped responding! Needless to say I won't be going back to them!

Fantastic experience: Recently bought my XSR 900 GP from Tinklers and just wanted to thank them for all their help with it. Adam looked after me as he did when I bought my 700 last year. Both occasions were faultless and it was a pleasure to deal with someone who is clearly enthusiastic about bikes and the Yamaha brand.

Fantastic experience: It was time for my FJR1300 annual service and MOT on 19/08/22. Loan bike provided, which was perfect. Service and MOT carried out perfectly. Advised front tyre had plenty of legal tread left, but had started to flatten. I asked for a new tyre to be installed ready for a planned tour. All completed in a speedy time. Fantastic experience: Recently went to tinkers to get my mt10 m.o.t, (been dealing with tinkers for over 20 yrs ,) while bike was being m.o.t rob the salesman.. let me take out the new mt10, which I am now picking up next week, have to say rob is very good salesman, very friendly , and very helpful, I've always been treated well at tinkers, and wouldn't go anywhere else, all staff very friendly and chatty, not pushy at all.. very relaxed atmosphere, which has always been the case, 100% recommended, (and do a lovely hot chocolate which my wife has to have evertime we go there) rob anthony.

Fantastic experience: Did my DAS with Zack- the head instructor at Top Notch/Tinklers - and he was great! Patient, positive and very helpful - he transformed my riding over the course of the, well, course, and his input and advice were instrumental in me passing the A licence Mod 1&2 first time, and also because of the bike provided for you to ride(2023 Yamaha MT07) which is the perfect step up to a "big bike". Everyone I dealt with at Tinklers were a pleasure to do business with, highly recommend.

Negative experience: I am shocked at the behaviour of one of the drivers for this company. We were tailgated on the M6 on Thursday at 3:50pm during really bad weather. It was torrential rain and he drove just a few feet behind me, weaving from side to side to try to get me to move over. I couldn’t do that as there was no space as we were all driving slower and I was doing all I could to stay safe. We had children in the car and he put us at risk, along with other drivers. This company should be ashamed of what happened. We eventually caught sight of him at the toll booth. He is an idiot!

Fantastic experience: What a truly wonderful and unique place! The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel in the way or a burden with all my questions. Absolutely no pressure to buy and were more than happy for me to go away and consider the offer. A fantastic customer service experience, I genuinely can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I bought a street triple from these guys last week. From start to finish a fantastic experience. I couldn’t make it to the showroom as it was too far away. But Adam from sales did me a walk round video and answered all my questions. Then when I was satisfied he sorted me a fantastic finance package. Then delivered by Guy who was great. All in all a great smooth experience 5 out of 5.

Fantastic experience: Really chuffed to pass my test after doing both my CBT and DAS course with Tinklers. It was a genuine pleasure to be taught by Zack who is a legend, we had some great rides and I felt the pace of learning was never forced or too much. Also want to mention that all of the staff from the workshop to the instruction and sales team all seem happy and friendly, clearly a well run business. Fantastic experience: Purchased a Tricity 300 May 23. Really pleased, fully meets all my requirements. With Adam's assistance it was a seamless and pleasant transaction. Experienced a glitch with a fob, but arranged a replacement via an amicable conversation with Phil. Grant then attended to patiently program the replacement. Fantastic experience: What can I say apart from 1st Class Service from Tinkler's.I had 99% of my dealings with Rob the sales manager and he did a fantastic job sourcing me everything he promised.i was messed about in other local to Norfolk dealerships and contacted Rob 8 days into looking for a new Bike to purchase along with a PX.I needed to be happy as did the dealership,within 1hr 15 mins Rob found my exact requirements including the spec and additional extras I requested,have me a very strong PX for my bike and made the whole experience a pleasure and without question the smoothest transaction I've experienced to date.i have no reason to blow smoke but I can put my wages on it that my next bike upgrade will probably be from Rob and the team at Tinkler's. Have to give a shout-out to the mechanics because my deadline was tight and they hit the target 4 days early. Fantastic experience: I had a MT07 that I brought else where, this year as I was taking my CBT and moved onto take my full licence with Tinklers own training Top Notch, but the MT07 was just not right for me, so I booked a test ride on a Tracer 9 GT+, Rob sorted me out a test ride on my requested day and off I went, that was it I was hooked with the bike 100% better then my MT07. Rob went through all the finance with me and got me the best deal for my MT07, no pushy sale pitch just full honest chat about the best way to fit my budget. I picked up my bike this weekend with 3 miles and by Sunday afternoon I had done over 300miles, without any akes, unlike MT07. I just wish to thank Rob and Tinklers for the best service nothing was to much and everything was just great from the training to the sale, Rob has gone beyond nothing was to much trouble with contacting me and replying to everything all my quires & emails. Great service and after care to come. Ps I'm coming in just for coffee sometime this week or perhaps every week as that was great tasting coffee

Negative experience: Unless, after 2 days of trying to get to the parts department, they didn't have a tyer in my size so I outsourced one then they said they couldent fit it as they had to stock it. Go elsewhere for your wheels, sps where far less hassle straight to the point.

Positive experience: Had 3 brand new bikes from them and with fitted accessories the mechanic is a credit to company. I just wished you hadn’t dropped the R6 as I probably wouldn’t have gone for CBR 650 R if you hadn’t but R7 just not for me I’m afraid .

Fantastic experience: Had a taster session yesterday with Ricky and enjoyed it very much. He walked me through the fundamentals of riding a bike and in the end I done a lot more than what I thought I was going to be capable of so I'm pretty please with it. He offered me water to stay hydrated and they lent me all the gear except jeans, which was really handy.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking I orded some tyres last week to be fitted and when I turned up the tyres had not even been ordered which then took my time out of work. How hard is it to orde some tyres Absolutely diabolical will not be going there again

Fantastic experience: What a great place to buy a bike, I have purchased a 2017 MT-09 from Tinkler's after a horrible experience from another dealer, it was a treat buying from people who know their stuff. I was treated as a valued customer even though I had never been there before Rob made the whole process easy, I had a 2hr test ride and the deal was done. The bike was put through the workshop with a full service prior to pick up ( it even had a full tank of fuel ) can't recommend or thank Rob and the Tinkler's crew for such a positive experience and will definitely return in the future keep up the great work guys and girls.

Fantastic experience: On a tight schedule due to work commitments. Got a puncture in my FJR1300 rear tyre on route to carry out a work survey. Called recovery service who attended the location and put a temporary plug into the rear tyre. Rode straight to Tinkler's who yet again performed outstandingly. Supplied and installed a new replacement tyre, limiting my bikes down time to the absolute minimum and allowing me to meet with my client for the survey. Absolute brilliant, faultless services again. A big thank you to all at Tinkler's and especially Grant for reacting so quickly.

Fantastic experience: The best customer experience I have received in years! Being a total beginner, walking into Tinklers completely clueless before I had even passed my CBT - I met Rob. Rob immediately made me feel welcome and took the time to understand where I was at and what I was using the bike for, explaining all of options and taking a genuine interest in my training progress. After I had chosen my bike, Rob talked me through the finances - I struggle with numbers and dreaded the finance discussions but Rob took the time to explain in a different way without making me feel stupid at any point to ensure I fully understood each option before making my decision. The day I went to collect the bike originally, I was not quite comfortable with the height (I am quite short) and without any hesitation or pressure for me to take it away - it went back to the workshop to be lowered to ensure I was 100% comfortable. 1 week later, my bike was delivered and I love it! I found the whole team at Tinklers super friendly and will absolutely only be returning to Rob and Tinklers when it comes to an upgrade.

Fantastic experience: Well stocked shop, helpful staff. On my last visit I was looking to buy a new crash helmet. I'd just left work so I wasn't as tidy as usual. The shop assistant was very helpful but he looked rather surprised when after showing me a budget item I moved to something vastly more expensive. I think there was some assuming going on.

Fantastic experience: Great service, very friendly and it's a great shop - roomy and welcoming, lovely temperature. Went to try on some helmets, you need a balaclava (which I brought), they can also provide the hair nets for them as well.

Negative experience: Very dissapointing experience buying a used bike from Tinkler's. The customer service was very poor compared to previous experience some years ago. I won't deal with them again.

Fantastic experience: Bought a MT10 from Tinklers. Couldn't asks for better service. I am 4.5 hours from the shop, spoke to Rob who described the bike and did a walk round video of it. Very happy with the part ex deal. The bike was delivered. Couldn't be happier and highly recommended Tinklers.

Fantastic experience: Words can't even describe how helpful my instructor (Zak) was today. Would fully reccomend him if going to do your CBT or anything, such a chill guy. Greatest thing was he made it feel more of a chilled out journey across Norwich and less like an exam. He was patient, constently fed me information and made it 10X more enjoyable than I thought it would originally be. Can't wait to come back sometime :))

Negative experience: Very stupidly missed a CBT with these guys, kept the whole fee and offered me an insulting £10 off to rebook with them. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Saw the bike on Auto trader, I'm 200 miles away. I couldn't travel. I emailed the shop. They were very helpful and reassured me that the bike was in excellent condition for its year, the milage was genuine (it's an old bike) they sent me extra photos, they put 12 months MOT on it (they didn't have to) gave it a service. They delivered it on time. I'm very happy with it
