Negative experience: Poor service. Company is falling to pieces. Instructors are very unprofessional- lack professional views and engage in what I would class aa inappropriate conversations. Lots of hidden costs. Would not recommend this company. I have since passed privately with an ex employee of the company. Who I would class as professional.

Thank you for your somewhat informative but incorrect review Bethany. As stated to you already, you did not inform us of the specific dates that you are unavailable for tests and as such our test team has offered a date you cannot attend. Additional costs occur as a result. It is not the responsibility of the instructor. Please refer to the t&c's agreed to at booking and when making your test application. The unprofessionalism you are referring to is your instructor being admitted to hospital during your course week. We feel your resulting judgement very unfair.

Negative experience: Completley disappointed with the Bury St Edmunds branch. Completed the 5day course and passed the theory however had to wait for a test date. Once received my son continued to use the same instructor privately to keep upto date with what he learnt. We are now 13 days from his test to be told the car usnt available and was also told to source another firm. Reply ... Your T&C's state 'The hire car is supplied without charge on the 1st test booked and every effort is made to supply the car that was used for training. The instructor must have felt he is practical test ready otherwise wouldn't have advised to use another vehicle.. he clearly stated the vehicle is not available. My son received a text about an assessment however it was short notice and due to university commitments couldn't do it. No other correspondence has been received. Could we please get this resolved.

Thank you for your review. The pupil was advised that in line with the industry norm and further to our t&c's agreed to at booking, if the instructor does not feel the pupil is ready, they can withhold the use of their vehicle for a test. The pupil has been offered a complimentary assessment lesson prior, unfortunately however, both parties could not agree to a mutually convenient time.

Fantastic experience: I booked an intensive course with 5day in Norwich which I did last week and passed my test today. My instructor Greg was brilliant, he made it a really positive experience. I had previous learning experience in London from 12 years ago so wasn’t a complete beginner, and I had already passed my theory test so I believe that made my experience a little easier as I could focus solely on the practical. I also had a really good experience with Donnie, and him and Greg were really friendly and helpful. I’m so thankful, as because of Greg I have overcome something I had been putting off for 12 years!

Negative experience: Absolutely awful feel ripped off will never recommend only saving grace is the driving instructors you pay all this money to sit in a class on a free app you could do why you are at home. get your self a good private driving instructor instead and save your self time and money I had experience driving and tbh I dont believe this would benefit any first time drivers not to mention you have illegally used my photo I told 5day you where not aloud to use my image as I was not happy with the service you provided I will be seeking legal action

We have received no correspondence from this pupil since the end of their course and are somewhat disappointed that the pupil has not contact our Customer Services team before leaving such a review. Please contact our Customer Services team, we would like to assist you. When pass photos are taken, it is confirmed that it will be used on our website. By cooperating, you gave consent.
