Fantastic experience: Two of us did our CBT with Big Steve, what a legend! From start to finish he made us feel comfortable, made us laugh and most importantly made us feel like we could do what we needed to do, to pass and go out and be safe on the roads. Steve's teaching style isn't one fits all and he quickly adapted to teach each person on the course in a way that worked for them. To sum it up, we were educated, trained and entertained. Brilliant day, brilliant service, decent kit available (although those headsets aren't the most comfortable) and well priced. I would HIGHLY recommend RIDESAFE and I will definitely be booking in with them to do my DA.

Steve’s teaching style is calm, patient, and clear. He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which helped me build confidence throughout the day. Whether it was going over the theory or practicing on the road, he made sure I felt comfortable and safe, offering guidance and tips without overwhelming me. You can really tell he has a lot of experience and genuinely cares about his students learning to ride safely. The training facilities are great, and the bikes provided were in excellent condition. The team at Ride Safe is friendly and welcoming, making the whole day a positive experience from start to finish. As I was renewing I got through quite quickly, but I could see that the brand new riders were treated with patience and allowed to go at their own pace. Instruction was clear and safety was prioritised, all with a good sense of humour thrown in. Special thanks to Big Steve for taking me on my road ride. Fantastic experience: Booked in my CBT (geared motorcycle) - as someone who has never been on a motorcycle I was slightly nervous and had a lot of learning to do. The instructor’s are first class (big Steve and Cliff), they structure the day so you get time to learn things in order and with lots of attention and guidance. Throughout the day the instructors helped build confidence, knowledge and skills to make you into a safe motorcyclist and ready to hit the road with your L plates! Highly recommend - don’t bother looking elsewhere in my opinion!

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT recently and was impressed with the setup and information/ guidance given by Instructor Steve throughout the day. He made it feel relaxed but truly wanted you to learn and be road knowledgeable, having a good understanding of what to do and what not to do. Despite the weather, I had a great day with Steve. Fantastic experience: I did my CBT today at Ridesafe , and with with big Steve. had a really good day as at frist was nervous till i started talking to them and that . the weather held out was was really good and stayed dry for the day. we had a few laughs while was was learning for the CBT but that make it batter to learn for sure. the advice form big steve was brill and a really good instructor . he new his stuff and will set you on the right path for you to pass you CBT thats a defo .. once i do my theory test i will be going back to do my mod1 + mod2 riding with them that for sure.. Fantastic experience: Recently took my CBT here, great setup and everything you need in terms of equipment is readily available to borrow if required. The instructors definitely make you feel relaxed and there is no pressure, what is obvious is they really want you to get out on the road. After completing the day course, I went away planning to go down the 125cc route for a while however since sleeping on it I have found myself back in training with Ridesafe to get my full licensed ASAP. Why would I go anywhere else! Tuition fees are very reasonable too which is a bonus. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: In my younger years, I rode various 250cc on "L" plates, but then the law changed and I was reduced to 125cc. I've ridden a few times since, but had a 20 year break. So at 59years old I've decided to do my test (maybe a passed midlife crisis). First I had to do my CBT. On the day I was a bit apprehensive and nervous, but this was soon quelled by the instructors reassuring me and encouragement. I found the team at "Ridesafe" very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. So much so that I've now completed my CBT and will be back to do the rest for my full bike license. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: If your ready to learn, then the guys here will get you ready to pass! Each of the gents are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I stuck with them for my CBT, Mod1 & Mod2 to pass first time with confidence =)

Negative experience: Do not use i had the biggest flood through the night of my test, kept saying the would ring me back. Never did. Was willing to pay admin fees for test updates to follow. Ignored me for two days instead of telling the tuth. The cancelled on me two times before this is loss of earnings. Did not count i dont know how big steve gets on a bike but can ring or type back. Management and instructors ignored me absolustly unprofession and a scam. I was so looking forward to this.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Big Ste. Completed my CBT on New Years Eve (Thats right - NYE!!) it was a great day. Having done a couple of CBTs in the past I have to say I enjoyed my ridesafe experience the most. Its was comfortable and relaxed but still very informative and safety focused. I didn't feel like I was getting shouted at every 2 minutes by a Sergeant Major, however, I was gently kept in line when needed to be. Very good interpersonal skills and great training. I would recommend getting in with them while you can. Im currently moving onto my DAS Mod 1 and looking to get booked in asap! Thanks Big Ste for your wealth of knowledge, getting me through my CBT and getting me ready to take on my Mod 1. Much appreciated!!! Will see you very soon!!

Was nervous to start with but with the necessary prompts and encouragement they built my confidence and I managed to go from having never ridden a motorbike to riding on the road and completing the CBT in a single day. Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT with Ridesafe over 10 years ago but went back to renew it today as I'm considering getting a scooter again. I wouldn't choose or recommend anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I did my CBT with Big Steve and Steve and it was amazing! I had never driven a motorbike before and I don’t drive but quickly got the hang of it due to the great straight forward training. I was very nervous to begin with but they made me feel very relaxed which built my confidence throughout the day, I quickly learnt to listen, focus and do as they say. I completed everything on the day but if you are not road ready yet they have you back for more training. It was good to see another girl there too hope this encourages women to ride! Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with Steve, Stevie and Pete. First time on a motorbike so all very new despite driving a cars/ van for years - felt like patting head and rubbing belly but on speed! Great tuition by the Steve’s and big Steve was really helpful in offering alternative strategies to remember sequences. I didn’t feel ready for road test so did some more practice in the training area and returned for road test. Nerves and overthinking in these situations are my nemesis however Pete was bloody brilliant on the road. Calm, informative, gently reminding / prompting, strict on MSM and lifesavers. I wasn’t confident but felt encouraged. I was road safe so got my CBT. Went out the next evening and whilst nervous I loved it. The school use humour and a bit of healthy sarcasm to make the day fun and enjoyable. It wasn’t easy for me and I what o particularly like is that they will not give you your certificate if you’re not Road safe. I would highly recommend and want to thank you for your humour and your care . Nikki

Fantastic experience: Good place, got me through my CBT. They teach you how to ride safely, not just how to ride well enough to complete.

Negative experience: Started off well enough, soon had problems where you agree a time, turn up and you're told you're not booked in and there's no instructor to take you out, lessons are canceled and you're informed very late. Passed both mod 1 & 2 DAS a couple weeks later after switching to Bumpy Ltd.

Fantastic experience: I wanted some training on slow manoeuvring having passed my test many years ago. I was immediately put at ease and Rick listened to the problems I was having before we headed onto the training pad where we worked on some useful techniques to help resolve these issues. Everyone was really friendly and encouraging, with no pressure when I got things wrong. I left feeling much more confident, and able to put my bike on the main stand as a bonus. Thanks guys

With no knowledge at all and experience on a motorbike I became comfortable and confident in riding a motorbike and getting my CBT certificate . All instructors are very professional , friendly and helpful. Massive thank you to Steve, Rick and Pete I highly recommend RideSafe to anyone. Brilliant place to learn.

Fantastic experience: Thanks guy's, what a lovely day and experience today doing my CBT has been, as a 52 year old and also having 35 years of riding bikes I didn't feel like I was once being patronised during the day and the lads who trained us Peter and the big lad (sorry forgot his name) Steve ? They were both fantastic and made it more enjoyable and fun for us all, unlike Bumpy at Birstall who over charge people IMO, and also make the process Mondaine, I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and work colleagues, I never really do feedbacks but today went better than expected.
