Dear Mohammed Syeid it is public knowledge that google reviews are not verified. 43 reviews in just over 10 years, we are guilty as accused :). All our tuition vehicles are fitted with dashcams which also have audio. We take customer service very seriously, please provide us your details via phone or email and we will look into any grievances you may have, as we can not find you on our records. We mainly run on word of mouth for our business and therefore, never encouraged any pupils to leave reviews as it's not verified and it can be misused by businesses themselves and their competitors, against them. It is your right to report to google if you have evidence that the reviews are fake and they will simply take them down. 80% of the reviewers also decided to share their happy faces on our website gallery. Dear Mohammed Atif, sorry you felt the need to leave us a negative review. We would have appreciated if you contacted us with any grievances first and given us a chance to look into this matter and try resolving any issues. We have searched our records a month prior to your review date and can not find you on our records. Please contact us via phone or email with your details and we will look into this matter. 2 things I will point out here. We do 1 hour lesson and have always done so since 2014, so forcing people to pay in advance does not carry much weight. We always advice people to take singular lessons before committing into bulk buying just to find if they like the instructor and the car. Second thing, Driver & Vehicle Standard Agency suggests on average one requires 67 hours of tuition, I encourage you and anybody reading this should Google “How many lessons to pass a driving test DVSA? ” and see what they come up with. Many pupils will pass between 25 – 40 lessons but this not the exception. A good instructor will never set a goal post at early stages of learning as this can cause a breaking of confidence for those who do not meet the set target. Thank you

Hello U A. Sorry for the late reply, the instructor you named in your review was on leave and we wanted to get their side before replying to your review. Can you provide us with your initial order number, which can be found on your email reciept here or your name and address via phone or email. This will allow us to assertain you are indeed one of our previous pupils. Congratulations on passing your test and your opinion about getting nowhere after taking 35 lessons may be a very accurate observation but we can not verify as you have not contacted us. However, according to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), “on average, it takes around 45 hours of lessons to learn to drive, with an addition of 22 hours of practising. But don't take this to heart. Some drivers may need less, and some drivers may need more”. The following is a statement of the DVSA and not the instructor. Thank you
