Neil Morrison Driving Lessons

Fantastic experience: Neil was an absolutely fantastic driving instructor and helped me pass on my first attempt with ease. His fun personality combined with useful, constructive criticism helped me to feel comfortable and confident in both my lessons and going into my test. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an instructor that will make driving feel easy, especially if you like singing

Fantastic experience: Neil was an amazing instructor! I passed first time with little lessons. I cannot recommend him enough! As someone who feels very nervous with new people Neil made me feel comfortable and safe. The amount i’ve learnt in such a short space of time is phenomenal and I can’t thank him enough. I am always recommending him to my family and friends, I’m convinced there’s nobody better out there!

Fantastic experience: Neil is an absolutely amazing driving instructor. I passed first time with 2 minor faults, and his approach meant I was fully equipped to deal with the test and any difficulties the test poses. I had some experience of driving prior to having lessons with Neil and I was initially hesitant to take the car out of second gear and drop gears. Although some delightful singing soon changed that! His attention to detail is quite frightening and although you may feel he is being tough, it is all for your benefit and if you take his advice on board you will get there. Equally, his enthusiasm for doing things well is unmatched and this approach gave me the confidence and belief that I can drive and that I can pass. I would highly recommend Neil if you want progress in your driving and confidence in your abilities. Ps would not recommend if you are an Australian!

Fantastic experience: Even if I filled my lungs with helium I still wouldn’t be able to speak highly enough of Neil and his style of teaching. With Neil’s help he’s allowed me to overcome my fear of driving with his patience and encouragement, with plenty of jokes sprinkled in too, and not to mention the beautiful singing (you can tell he’s classically trained). I’ve always been apprehensive about driving, 2 or 3 years ago I wouldn’t have even considered learning, but Neil put me at ease right away and made it seem easy, and on my 2nd attempt I passed my test. Being able to drive has given me a major confidence boost and I can’t thank Neil enough for his help and trust.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant instructor! Neil has the patience of a saint, especially if something doesn’t click. He has about 100 different ways of teaching so there’s always one to suit the pupil. He managed to get me test ready when I had a test cancellation and was able to pass with one minor fault. He points out where the DVSA would give you faults and fails and explains the repercussions. He gives advice on managing nerves and builds confidence at the wheel, with anecdotes to back up parts of the learning process and gracious singing to reinforce habits. Thanks Neil!
