Negative experience: A total lack of regard for customer support. Expect to chase this business for responses. On multiple occasions, I've been left waiting for promised return call's and again calling multiple times for updates that were going to be given via emails that also never arrived (Service agent Ryan, now working at KTM London). After using this business to assist in a KTM assistance claim i was left with verbal 'not possible', thankfully i made the choice to try anther dealership who were more than accomodating, refunding me over £2000 in parts id already purchased under Lagunas's recommendation and completing the work in 2 weeks free of charge. If i had of taken Lagunas answer, id be left over £4000 out of pocket on what was a warranty issue. Buyer beware, try a different dealership.

Fantastic experience: Just picked up my Z650 from Laguna Motorcycles, and I couldn't be happier! Huge shoutout to David, who was a star from start to finish. His honesty and attention to detail made sure I got the perfect bike. The delivery was smooth, and the bike is an absolute dream to ride. Had a tiny hiccup during my service visit, but the manager sorted it out in no time—no stress at all. This proves how honest the company is and how quick they are to fix any issues you might be experiencing. Big thanks to the whole Laguna crew, especially Ross, David, Steve, and Liam. If you're thinking about getting a bike, these are the guys to see. I'll definitely be back!
Negative experience: Placed an order for some power parts which consisted of a screen, phone case and phone mount for the gps bracket. To start of with i had to wait a couple weeks before the order was sent out due to needing an item ordered in which was fine and no problem, however once i received my order it included the wrong screen and a damaged phone case which when used for the first time fell to bits leaving my phone on the floor! The correct screen was sent out and received the next day, i was told to send the wrong screen back aswell as the phone case and was told a replacement would be ordered but once they received the phone case back i was told i was not going to get a replacement or a refund and accused of “forcing” the case to break! Bearing in mind it was quite an expensive phone case being £45 and being so easily broken just shows how poor the product is! However it was not forced and now have to spend another £45 somewhere else for a case due to needing it to fit the specific mount i bought! All in all the customer service was fine until they received their faulty product back and did not want any part of it! Im suppose to receive the broken case back but yet to be seen! If your looking to buy any parts from anywhere i recommend somewhere that isnt this place as the whole order has been nothing but hassel and left me out of pocket for something that is not my fault! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Negative experience: Take care buying a KTM. By rights they should be fabulous bikes but frequently they are built using parts that other manufacturers would discard. A careful read of the terms of the warranty is also advised.
Negative experience: I'm furious. I recently purchased a liter of Triumph D2053 OAT motorcycle coolant from Laguna Motorcycles, paying an outrageous £6.25 for next-day delivery. I specifically called Steve at Laguna and was assured my order would arrive the very next day, promising a weekend of smooth riding. Guess what? It never arrived. Now, I'm stuck at home, my motorcycle thirsty for coolant, and my weekend plans ruined. This isn't just a matter of a missed delivery; it's a blatant disregard for customer service. Not only did Steve lie about the delivery time, but I'm also out £6.25 for a service that was never provided. This is the last time I'll be using Laguna Motorcycles. To ensure no one else experiences this kind of frustration, I will be sharing my experience on all Triumph rider groups and forums. It's important riders are aware of this kind of unacceptable behaviour from a supposed reputable motorcycle parts supplier. If you're considering buying from Laguna Motorcycles, think again. Do your research, shop around, and be prepared for potential disappointments. Trust me, your time and money are better spent elsewhere.
We're sorry the bottle of coolant didn't arrive on time, as we explained to you at the time, it was collected from us by the courier on time but from this point was not delivered to you as it should have been. Unfortunately as soon as it is collected by the courier, it is out of our control. We have and will always support our customer's should something like this happen. Again, we're sorry this left you without coolant and we wish it hadn't turned out this way.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t visit the dealership but called and dealt with Tim Hayward. Nothing was too much trouble. Being a sales manager in the motor trade I have a fair idea of how things should be and Tim was efficient, friendly, transparent and kept in touch throughout the process. Easiest transaction I’ve done for a bike. Highly recommend and would definitely buy from there again!!
Negative experience: Poor all round experience. It took weeks for them to clear the finance on a bike I part exchanged. It took multiple calls chasing to get it cleared; in the meantime money had been taken out of my bank paying for a bike I no longer owned. Since then, they have refused to replace an accessory bought from them online that has fallen apart in less than 500 miles use.
Fantastic experience: Amazing service as always, they will bend over backwards to help and Steve W is an absolute gentleman. 100% recommended for parts or a new bike and I’ve bought a couple from them.
Negative experience: I have been here twice now to buy a motorcycle. The first time their 900 GT broken down on the test ride and I was left stranded and told by them to make my own way back to the shop. Obviously I didn't buy the bike and some 6+ months later it's still in the show room. The second time the price they offered in part exchange was laughable, bordering on insulting. They claimed a perfectly use-able tyre was in need of replacing, that my chain, sprockets and headset all needed either work or replacing. They said the chain was at the end of it's adjustment, even though it's only on the half way point on the guide. Tyre isn't even close to the wear marks and the headset is smooth as butter. Then there's a 2 week wait/turn over for one of their bikes. Apparently none of them have been inspected so basically they have things listed for sale that you can pay for but you can't ride home because they are not ready. In simple terms you can buy our bikes but we don't know if they are road worthy because we haven't tested them, we just stuck them up for sale without knowing. Shows you where the priorities are. £££

Fantastic experience: Just had my MOT done on the V Strom 2016. Well pleased with the service I was given. Starting from speaking to Steve Watts who said I can have it done the same day. Passed and very pleased ready for my adventures this year. Great team very helpful and even got a free cuppa Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Laguna’s has been my go to place for motorcycle gear for quite some time and I had another great experience today. I wanted a particular pair of winter trousers, they weren’t in stock, but were ordered yesterday and in the shop to try on today. Also needed a new lid and gloves, both in stock, so was able to try everything on and buy what I needed in one visit. I just want to say a massive thank you to the team. Jack, Sarah, Jamie, Tylie and Kade, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure I received an excellent customer experience. Thanks guys.. I’ll be back soon.

Negative experience: My KTM went in for a factory recall. I decided to have a 13k sevice at same time. I have been looking after my partner in Dorset and mentioned this to R*** in servicing, saying i needed to be kept abreast of all developments so as not to waste time and money, making the 400 mile round trip and finding care cover. Well obviously this did not happen. I was told the first weekend (after a 10 day delay for parts), that the bike would be ready, disappointing but understandable. I called to check on thurs and was told it was ready for the weekend. I awaited a courtesy call on saturday telling him I was returning to Kent. By 4 pm I heard nothing. I was told by another member of staff, who was really helpful and checked with mechanics, it was NOT ready and was awating MORE parts for another problem, a rear bearing. This had happened since thursday, but I had not been told. Eventually on monday, R*** told me, he had had a family do on saturday and left at 3pm. Too busy to make a call then? Big deal, I had come 150 miles to collect the bike that wasn't ready, or anywhere near. He told me the parts had arrived monday morning and would be ready later that day. Why having had the bike for two weeks, did they only notice the need for new parts? Well finally the following thursday - no courtesy calls inbetween - the bike was ready. I collected it, the bill was reduced, a little (not by the amount I had wasted in my time or feul), finally off I went. Five miles later I noticed the speedo and odo were not working. Incompetent bunch. So the bike was pulled apart, rear off, abs replaced etc etc and either it was not road tested or the mechanic is useless. I had to return on tuesday as they would not come and pick it up - course not why would they not incovenience me further? It was apparently a speedo pick up on the abs. Must say I dont believe a word they say! I waited two hours without even an apology or a coffee. R*** said as a good will gesture I would not be chgarged for the sensor. Well there was nothing wrong with it before. I nearly lost my top when he said this. Bloody cheek. The amount of money I wasted due to Laguna's poor standards of customer care. I will never use them again, despite eventually the bike feeling good. All R*** had to do was keep me abreast of things. Also why as a main dealer, does KTM take weeks to supply parts? If I pay £86+ per hour, the very least I expect is a courtesy call when things go wrong. Lada customer service, Rolls Royce prices.

Fantastic experience: Recently bought my first bike here through Matt. A KTM 790 Duke. He was absolutely world class. Treated me with a huge amount of respect when I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about bikes and just genuinely helped me. He was easily contactable throughout the whole procedure and worked really quickly. He was absolutely brilliant and I genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough.

Negative experience: very poor customer service, thank you, Laguna Maidstone, I will never buy anything there again, you have lost your customer, but whatever, it doesn't matterfor you, I have been waiting for more than 11 days, so far I haven't received my part any phone call, nothing, so far I don't have the part,and my money at this moment (no refund because system i down ) I don't recommend, very poor customer service, especially the parts department for such a large company neve ever again ...bye bye Laguna
Hi there Jacek. As we understand, a refund has already been issued for this. The card machine was being used at the time you called. Unfortunately, the part not arriving falls on DPD misplacing the parcel, causing a delay. This is not something that we often experience, and we are very sorry that this happened to you.
Fantastic experience: This is the first time that I have used Laguna Motorcycles, I was looking to trade in my bike against a different model and stumbled across the right bike at the price at Laguna in Maidstone via Autotrader. The bike (Vstrom) was immaculate and was available at an extremely good price. I didn't get quite as much as I'd have wanted for my trade-in but this fact was negated by the good price on the new bike, in fact it was in a seasonal sale. Dealing with Matthew (Matt) on the phone, via email and then face to face was easy, pleasant and smooth. He was straightforward and clear with the whole transaction and dealt with a couple of issues for me quickly and to my satisfaction. Can't fault at at all. It's a 2hr ride from home to get to Laguna but,for me, its going to be my first port of call for my next bike. Cheers Matt! For service as it should be.

Fantastic experience: I managed to find my dream bike. I purchased a very nice used ktm superduke r from Chris. I was sent a walk around video of the bike, and with no hesitation I put a deposit down. The bike recieved and brand new tyre and was delivered very quickly by a very nice chap. When it rolled off the van I was over the moon. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing another bike from Laguna Motorcycles. They dealt with the sale very efficiently and even provided a spare numberplate and a new set of keys as the bike only had 1.
Negative experience: Let me take you back to 2019. There's a reason why I'm writing a review after a visit 4 years ago but bear with me while I write the backstory. I bought a Suzuki Burgman AN400 privately on 16000 miles. It needed a new belt and clutch rollers... I knew that when I bought it. I perused the Haynes manual and decided I didn't want to risk breaking the fan splines on the outer portion of the variator. This is a risk when using a clutch holder to hold the variator half while trying to undo the retaining nut; it needs alot of torque (90Nm) put through it. I also didn't want to take apart the other side of the bike to counter-hold the crank shaft with another wrench. So, I called Laguna who gave me a "ballpark" figure of £200 to do the job for me. I knew this was wrong... The parts alone are not far off that, plus labour... plus VAT etc etc. But even so, I thought that £200 might mean £300 and took it in, happy with that figure. A few hours and a disappointing walk around Maidstone later, I went back to pick up the Burgman. All done, but the bill... about £450. A "discussion" ensued. They reduced the bill by £50. Still double the "ballpark" figure, but I grumbled, forced a smile, and quietly resolved to do it myself next time in that case. Roll forward to 2022. Another 16k on the bike and top speed has dropped to about 65mph, so I figure its time to do the belt again. Long story short I get the covers off, a clutch holder on the fan splines, and wind my "big" torque wrench up to the max - 160Nm, reverse the drive so it's ready to undo and set to work. I apply pressure gradually at first. Then more... then more... then more... Eventually, sweat pouring from my brow the Wrench clicks. We've reached 160Nm. This is a nut that is SUPPOSED to have been torqued to only 90Nm and it still hasn't budged. I have no option but to keep pushing - gotta get it off somehow. Eventually my worst fear... a fan spline cracks. The nut still hasn't moved. In the end I had to go and buy an impact driver to get it off, buy a new outer section of the drive variator pulley then put it back together PROPERLY, something Laguna were clearly not able to do. I paid an obscene amount of money because I thought they were going to take both sides off the bike and counter-hold the other end of the crankshaft then torque it up properly. But the fact that I had to put over 160Nm through that nut to get it off proves to me they cheated. They charged top dollar, but all they did was use a flaming impact driver... I could have done exactly the same myself if I'd wanted it done like that and saved myself £200 in the process. So in the first instance I was unhappy when I left the dealer £450 poorer, but like a good englishman I just muttered under my breath and swept it under the carpet. But the reason I'm writing this review now is because following the discovery of their shoddy workmanship 4 years ago, it then went on to to cost me ANOTHER £150 on a part I shouldn't have had to buy, had they torqued the nut up correctly, like they were paid to do. And why am I writing this nearly a year after I did the job? Well I put the work in then promptly stopped using the bike for other reasons. But as I finally go to sell it to make space for a new bike and chuck out the old cracked variator I'm suddenly reminded how annoyed I am about the whole affair. So thanks for bearing with me and if you made it to the end of this review, well done. Anyway, I'm shortly off to spend 12 grand on a Triumph T120 now from... Well, not Laguna... (PS: They avoid a 1-star review, because I acknowledge they did at least make the effort to reduce the bill by £50)

Fantastic experience: The two bike salesmen are bikers and were really helpful and informative not to mention having experience and clear passion on the subject, not at all pushy and for that reason I would recomend others to pay them a visit, I think there has also been a recent change of staff in the last year and focus on better customer service from both the sales team and workshop

Fantastic experience: Went into shop not really knowing what I wanted, besides a naked bike around 650cc. Matt was very helpful and let me try a variety of bike for a test ride. He recommended I tried the Ninja to gain comparison with the naked bikes. I found the Ninja to be much more comfortable for my style of ride and really a naked bike wasn't for me. The process for purchase was easy and the part ex on my 125cc was fair and reasonable. The collection process was systematic and organised! Thanks for all the help getting me on the road for my first 'proper' bike to Matt and the team.

Fantastic experience: I went to Laguna Motorcycles just to have a look and I came out of there with a brand new KTM 690 SMC R!! Simply excellent, you can see the bike you want, because they have it there, you don't have to think, you see it, you get on it and you can safely decide if it's the bike you want. I would like to say that Connor, from the sales department, was excellent with me at all times, you can tell that he loves bikes and that is transmitted when you are thinking of buying one and you need to be calm to decide, apart from the great patience he had to answer all my questions. Fantastic experience: Visited the dealership to have a look at a new bike, as you do. Had a chat with salesman Matthew, who talked to me like a rider to a rider and not a salesman trying all he can to get a sale, about the bike that I fancied. I'd done some research beforehand on the bike and Matthew covered all the points I looked into and more. He gave me sound advice relating to my wants and needs, sorted a test ride and went through my financing options according to my budget. I bought the bike from him with no pressure to do so and he sorted all the extras (bought from different websites, and delivered to the dealership for fitting) that I wanted, in great time. Fantastic experience: Thanks Tony & Connor at Laguna Maidstone for working out a way to turn an extended parts delay into a successful story, allowing me to order and pick up a new KTM within a week, whilst waiting for the parts on my old bike which had gone on back order. A warm welcome as I entered the building amazing stuff that was from the sales team then the service team was good as well then I went into the shop everyone was so helpful. Hi Ralph, you’ll likely find this a standard practise at most motorcycle dealerships as there is a lot of paperwork to complete when completing a bike sale.

Negative experience: My partner and I went into Laguna as were looking to purchase two bikes and in the 15/20 minute time frame that we were there, we wasn’t approached once. Even when I walked past someone sat at the front desk I wasn’t greeted. After previously visiting Laguna Triumph where the staff were fantastic, I assumed this store would be the same. However, I felt completely unwelcome.

Negative experience: I’ve given up on Laguna Maidstone. (i) Booked an MOT two weeks in advance. Dropped the bike off and was told they will text me in an hour when it’s ready. 3 hours later I’m still wandering around town, no text. So I phone only to be told it has been ready for ages! A similar scenario happened for my last 3 MOT’s. (ii) I phoned the Parts Dept to buy a new tyre and to probably order some accessories. No answer, left a message - no return call. Phoned again the next day - exactly the same result. (ii) Decided to go in to the shop to order some luggage (definitely a genuine Triumph top box & possibly some panniers + mounts). I waited at the Parts Counter for almost 10 minutes - no one appeared. The Service staff saw me there but didn’t bother to acknowledge me or say they will get a Parts person for me. Decided to phone and say I was waiting at the Parts counter and would like to speak to someone - no answer, so I left. I ordered them online from another dealer. As a result I have bought my new Triumph from a dealer in another county who couldn’t have been more helpful. I have since ordered panniers, top box, engine bars and other items - all from another dealer. I will now ride an hour to get the other dealer to service my bike rather than the 3 miles from my house to Laguna, or I’ll pay a motorcycle transport specialist to take it. I fully support buying local but a businesses post code doesn’t guarantee my custom - you have to at least make a modest effort.

Fantastic experience: I just bought a new bike from Laguna motorcycles in Maidstone. Over the course of the deal I was dealt with by Jack the manager and then Henry Heath. Henry was informative and patient and a credit to the team. On picking the bike up Henry had just relocated to another branch but I believe it was Mark that did the handover. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. Mark made the whole process smooth as I had to get a quick turnaround to ride back up to Liverpool for the ferry home. It was a cracking adventure to ride down and swap bikes. From the minute the deal was done to the moment I picked up the new KTM I was impressed with all the team. So much so I would consider doing it all again.

Negative experience: I had to claim on the warranty for my crash bars back in January 2022 for them to only claim on one of the bars. By the time I found this out it was March and had to get another claim put through for the other bars. Everything was there by summer and I made numerous attempts to get the bike booked in to get them changed, speaking with multiple staff and even store manager and to this day, they are still sat at the shop. No attempt by the team to get them changed. Every word of this is the truth, if the warranty colleague and manager are saying otherwise, that is to cover their own backs. I spoke to Reece on a dozen different occasions over the year to get them sorted, always getting told I'll book you in for next week and never doing it. The fact the bike was parked at the shop for most of the year with the parts sat there, just makes it worse. They could have done it any time.
This is simply not true. You were working for us for a large proportion of last year and chose not to get this completed up to now. This review is not genuine and will be reported.
Negative experience: I traveled from canvey island Essex to pick up a disabled friend in Tunbridge Wells who couldn't get there by public transport, he wanted to buy a motorcycle jacket and trousers plus boots, sadly was unable to make a purchase, sales team seem to want to stay behind the counter instead of assisting clients, never in my lifetime managing stores have I experienced lack of assistance by staff. So as far as I am concerned totally lacking in sales is your team they need educating to bring in sales from clients wishing to spend money..not letting them go

Fantastic experience: Me and my friend drove down from London. My friend got a new jacket and me a new helmet. The people that work there are very friendly. There are 100's of bikes to browse next door, as well as free T and coffee. Lots of accessories to browse and discounted items.

Positive experience: At the start the experience wasn’t great. 2 of the sales teams did not seem that interested with me as I wanted a 2 hand bike they had in. I was handed over to mark. If I could give mark and Jakck 5 stars I would. With the overall experience I give 3 stars. If you want a triumph speak to mark he is great and was the one who kept me at Lagunas and not going else where. Thanks mark and Jack. I didn’t get a triumph myself but he dealt with the issues I had along with jack in a very professional manner.

Fantastic experience: Where to start..... Let me say that Henry was excellet when it comes to sales, nice guy who is friendly and super approchable, went above an beyond to help me with my part exchanged. Such a massive range of bikes, so much choice in fact, I came from West, London to buy a bike off Laguna. I highly recommedn this place for the quility of bikes and friendly staff. Over all 10/10.

Negative experience: Con artists. Quick enough to sell you something but they don’t want to know about it when it goes wrong! I was talked into buying a Bike Trac tracker with my KTM 390 Duke £379, unfortunately my back was stolen less than 2 months later. The thieves found my tracker within 10 mins of taking my bike. When the tracking unit was recovered 1 hour later by myself I found nothing but Velcro had been holding it on. If you are going to spend almost £400 on a tracker wouldn’t you like to know it took them longer to find it and for it to be secured with more than an inch of Velcro! When I called Laguna to make a complaint, they didn’t want to know and said that is how they are told to fit it from Bike trac and that’s how it is supplied to them. As if it would have cost them a lot to use a few cable ties of their own. I was never told this when purchasing it otherwise I would have gone with a cheaper tracker and secured it myself using metal cable ties in a harder to reach area. I will never use laguna again after the way they dealt with this. (No my insurance aren’t covering the tracker either)

We continue to maintain an 100% honesty policy when conversing with customers and we did inform you before purchasing the Bike Trac tracker that it is not a guarantee that the tracking unit cannot be found. We can confirm that Bike Trac device was installed in the correct location as per the guidance from Bike Trac themselves, using the correct installation materials and tools - again as stated in the installation instructions. We understand the Bike Trac tracker worked correctly, where as soon as the bike was tampered with a notification was immediately sent to you to make you aware - which also aided in the recovery of the bike. We're sad to hear you're never going to visit us again as we truly processed, installed, and informed you with utmost integrity and really hope we can change this and support you in the future. If there’s any more we can do to help with your situation we are here to support you during this tough time.

Positive experience: I brought my new z900rs on 1st April and was very impressed with it. The sales team were good. However, the alarm I had paid for long before I got my bike had not been fitted. I was told they are waiting to get a delivery as there was a shortage of that particular alarm. It's now the 23rd June and still heard nothing!? Not impressed to be honest. It has also put me in an awkward position as I had told my insurance I have that particular alarm fitted!.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely satisfied from the team of Laguna Motorcycles, there was a little bit of pressure about the delivery day but at the end everything was sorted out Special thanks to Henry Heat for the great communication and services. Positive experience: Nice bikes and accessories but no customer contact. I ealjed around looking for a bike showing online but not there. I was walking around for awhile but no one came to ask if I needed help and in the clothes area they just sat behind their desk chatting. I went to J&S instead to check out a jacket.
Fantastic experience: Never been before and didn't know how to get here so had to phone through. Very nice sounding person helped me with that. I'd been sent to buy a specific bike cover. Reece served me and was very knowledgeable and most helpful. If I ever want to buy a motorbike again this is where I'll come.

Negative experience: Bought a new road legal ktm from this place was all okay initll I got the bike back home and found that it no indication fitted and no brake light working arranged to be collected and sorted out it they told me that it was all sorted drove 2 hours to come collect trusted the mechanic word when he told me it was all working fine yet again to find out when I got home that they never even touched the brake light or even attempted to fix it they have sold me a unworthy road legal bike wich I can't even ride on the road. good sales team but poor service team double check every thing before you take bike from store and don't ever trust there service team
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent KTM 250 EXC-F purchase. The indicators do not actually come fitted as standard on this model as it is predominantly used for off road riding, which is why they were not fitted - but we’re pleased to have since supplied and fitted these for you. With regards to the brake light, we were surprised to hear that it wasn’t working when you took delivery of the bike as our pre-delivery inspection team confirmed that it was working prior to the bike being released for delivery. Despite this we absolutely want to ensure this is rectified for you as quickly as possible. As discussed on the phone this weekend, we have arranged for your bike to be looked at closer to home this week and will of course cover the cost to fix the issue with the light. Negative experience: Called on Monday to order a motorcycle battery and I was told it will arrived on Wednesday, Thursday the latest. Called them on Friday to ask when should I expect to receive it, then they tell me they don't know when it will arrive. You are being told someone will call you back a bit later, no one ever calls you. My bad that I paid it before receiving it. Now I am stuck with no battery on my motorcycle. Be aware when ordering from them.

Fantastic experience: What a superb company and experience .. Henry Heath at Laguna Maidstone .. whatever he' s being paid ... double it! From my first enquiry until receipt of my MT-125 was just excellent! Nothing was ever too much trouble and Henry is so friendly and helpful I can't recommend him or Laguna Motorcycles enough .. every enquiry, e mail and query swiftly and helpfully answered and I felt and still do, that I was being provided the best and most appropriate bike for my current needs.. Delivery was also a true joy and Wayne is super helpful, attentive and also a great guy and we got to talk bikes for a short while in the rain! Simply don't go anywhere else but Laguna .. Fantastic experience: Picked up my ktm duke Saturday she's an absolute beauty. Fantastic custermor services from laguna. Delt with Marc he went above and beyond for me making sure everything was perfect for me and exactly what I wanted and needed, aswell as putting a lot of his own time in behind the scenes getting it ready as fast as possible, and the extra check up phone calls to make sure im enjoying myself. 100% recommended

Fantastic experience: Worth the train ride! I went to them because they had the bike I wanted and the price was fair. I had them install a few extras and service it and they had it ready for pickup a few days after. Service was top notch and the guys were super friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. 10/10 would do business with them again.

Fantastic experience: Went in to look at bikes and was seen by Mike McNally. From the off nothing was too much trouble. Helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Had a few hiccups but all sorted without a fuss and the service was great. Had gone to buy a bike from a different branch in this franchise but service was awful so walked out and came here to spend my money instead. So glad I did, would recommend Mike and the team with no hesitation.
