Negative experience: Completely let down. Will pride herself on professionalism and put contracts in place but then cancels on the day of lessons and ignores communication for weeks (even though she has her read receipts on and reads them the same day) yet charges you on the one time you cancel the day before as it’s not enough “notice” - long story short will sell you the dream that you can trust her, but will take your money and run.

Fantastic experience: A* driving instructor! Peta is a natural teacher. She is kind, calm, and very patient. Her main priority was always making sure I was happy & comfortable. When I made mistakes she never made me feel stupid or shouted at me, she would turn my mistake into a positive learning experience. I will always recommend her and I'm genuinely sad I won't be seeing her every week anymore! :)

Negative experience: Kept making sarcastic comments towards me and my driving, always put me down and shouted at me whenever I messed up. I wasn’t allowed to do anything without her telling me to, i couldn’t change gears until she told me to otherwise she’d shout and if she messed up and told me to go when I shouldn’t have she’d blame it on me. One of my mates also went with her and she was like this with her too. We both left to go with different instructors as she was rude and very unprofessional, for example keep taking calls during the lessons. I had 11 lessons with her and not once did we go out of kirkby. Wouldn’t recommend
