Fantastic experience: My learning experience with Portland Driving was great from start to finish, I first started off with Rob Brown who was a wonderful instructor to me and then changed to Dave who was a fantastic instructor , both of them were very calm and patient with me and always took the time to explain where I went wrong in a calming manner, Dave made sure I understood where I went wrong when I did and gave me multiple examples of how I could fix it, he never made me feel stupid for making silly mistake and he also sacrificed his evenings for me, which I appreciated and I don’t think I could’ve passed it without either of them, especially Dave, so thank you to both of you and I wish you nothing but success.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school and my instructor, Ashley. I was fortunate to see a car with the information one day on the way to work and I’m so grateful that I did. I am an experienced driver from the USA with 30 years of bad habits to fix and was very glad to have someone so kind, knowledgeable, and patient to help guide me through the experience. Ashley was always professional and on time (or a few minutes early) to every lesson. Bookings confirmed and honored in a timely fashion. Experience and understanding of the rules, tests as well as routes in my neighborhood were incredible. When I first contacted them I had to wait a month for availability. Definitely, worth the wait! Thank you, Ashley and Portland Driving School. I’m glad it’s over but you made my success possible.

Very patient and calm while giving you all the instructions you’d need to pass your test. I Passed yesterday. With him, you will drive with confidence in no time. God bless You Dave. Fantastic experience: I came across Portland Driving Shool shortly after COVID ended and got paired with Rob. Right out the gate I knew i'd have a good experience because he made me feel very comfortable and confident behind the wheel. There was never a dull moment and even when I made a mistake, he didn't make me feel stupid about it but rather guided me to either finding the correct solution or just telling me what to do. He was very reasurring during every drive which made me confident enopugh to pass my test. I couldn't recommend Rob or Portland Diving School enough.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Rob Brown, made driving simple and easy to learn. I feel like I excelled in my driving right away and had I got a very quick gage on what was necessary to pass. All thanks to Rob I passed first time with flying colours! Would definitely recommend!

I was not a typical student as I already had driving experience, Rob was great at building up my confidence and getting me accustomed to the UK driving style.
