Fantastic experience: Terry and Pauline were absolutely fantastic. I had a lot of anxiety around driving and Terry was incredibly patient and kind with me. I especially like the way he has alternative approaches to teaching and practice and adjusts to your pace and how you learn best. Pauline was great with communication around scheduling and payment and was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. I would highly recommend TPL to anyone who has anxiety about learning to drive or nuerodivergence (I have ADHD). You will be in great hands with them. I passed on my first try!

Fantastic experience: Terry was so lovely and friendly as well as being incredibly patient. The lesson plans were always amazing and he always gave great advice on how I could improve without being rude. He would always go at a pace that I’m comfortable with and never push me to do anything I’m not comfortable with. Pauline was also very lovely, excellent at managing the lessons and planning and very easy to get hold of.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious to start lessons, Terry was very patient and understanding and helped me through my anxiety when driving which led me to pass with 1 minor! Pauline was great at communicating with me too about the driving lessons! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Terry was fantastic! I was incredibly nervous when I started with him and honestly hesitant to even try to learn. He was so calm and patient with me. He really support me all the way through and I can officially say I am a licensed driver now!!! And it is all thanks to him. Shout out to Pauline as well. She was really great with helping me find additional lessons before my test. And has just been fantastic through out my entire time learning with Terry. If you are an anxious driver (like me) I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: All thanks to Terry, I passed my test earlier this month! He was always calm, patient and made me feel at ease, which helped a lot with the anxiety I felt when driving. Fantastic experience: Terry is an amazing driving instructor. Kind, friendly and always happy to help you out with anything. Apart from teaching you how to pass the test, Terry also ensures he teaches you how to drive properly. Making sure you are a confident driver in any situation, in or out of a test. Fantastic experience: I have been driving with Terry since February 2020 and because of COVID I passed my test yesterday. Throughout there has been excellent communication through Terry and Pauline with their expert advice and knowledge. Terry is easy to get along with and helps you go at your own pace yet he knows when to push you. Terry also adapts his teaching for how you learn with a combination of physically driving, explaining and showing you how and why problems occur. I couldn't have had a better experience in learning to drive so thank you Terry and Pauline for getting me to a pass.

Fantastic experience: Terry is the best driving instructor I’ve had. After bad experiences with previous instructors, Terry was patient and understanding but also very comforting and easy to talk to, I can’t praise him enough for his skills, both driving and social. An amazing instructor and a lovely person. Lessons were well thought out and planned and I always felt comfortable and listened to.

The lessons are well-constructed and organised. Even down to the text reminders on the morning of your lesson, which were always helpful. Couldn't recommend enough -thank you Terry!!

Fantastic experience: Terry is a very patient and calm instructor, I started lessons with him in April 2019 and passed my test on 14 February 2020. Under normal circumstances I should have been ready to sit my driving test by September/October 2019 but unfortunately I had to cancel lessons with terry on many occasions last year due to the reason my mother was in the final stages of cancer, both Terry & Pauline were very supportive and patient during this time and kept open my appointment times for my lessons whenever I was available for them even though there was no guarantee that I could take the time slot due to me travelling up to Scotland on many occasions last year because of my mothers illness. I found terry to be totally professional at all times and he always made sure that I was prepared and ready for the driving lessons and what was needed during those lessons.

Fantastic experience: Very patient and reassuring, helped boost my confidence in only a few lessons with markable improvement over that time. I had been driving for a while before starting with Terry and had a total of 5 lessons with him. With his guidance I passed my test first time, which I believe speaks for itself. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving test first time with Terry's LDC Driving School. Pauline who does the admin was lovely and always kept on top of lesson reminders and payments. Terry was patient, and reliable. He teaches through positive reinforcement and always does his best to make you feel comfortable even of you are slightly pushing yourself throughout your learning. I would highly recommend Terry and Pauline and would like to thank them both for their help and support throughout my driving journey.
