Fantastic experience: Just passed my Car to C+E at 2 Start and I can confidently say that the team was fantastic from the beginning, they are an approachable group of people and had a great service. Dave was phenomenal in his teaching and you could tell that he is such an experienced instructor. Dell was exceptional in training and the two of them are highly experienced in their own right and couldn't ask for better instructors than these two. I would recommend 2 Start to everyone and trust me you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I booked my D1 licence training and exam with 2 Start. Everything was set up and explained very clearly. They booked my medical and theory test. All the online training was excellent. The 4 day intensive practical lessons were excellent. My instructor Dell was outstanding and I passed first time. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Absolutely dreadful place. Instructors aren't interested in giving u any useful tips, one of the guys named Adam was sat at his phone for the most of a time playing some games. The facility could use some refreshing as well. Not recommended

Fantastic experience: Can I just start by saying how friendly the staff are at Otterbourne. I started my week there for my C license,not really knowing what to expect. I was greeted by Marcus(my trainer) who showed me the ropes.After the 1st day I was apprehensive about passing. As the week went on,I gained confidence driving the lorry and got a real appreciation for the size of the vehicle. I passed my C license 1st time on the Friday(26th July),something I'm very proud of. Thanks to Marcus for guiding me through the week,and also my thanks to Dell and Dave who put me through other parts of the course. I would highly recommend this course to my peers at work. I have Autism so going from Car to Artic I was rather nervous and lot to take in but both Marcus & Dave knew how to keep me focused and very much relaxed throughout the whole experience.
