Easily the best driving instructor in Leicester, I would highly recommend Ally to anyone wanting to learn how to drive. He is patient and committed to your progression as a learner. I was taught how to drive safely and made significant progress with each lesson. Ally provided a tailored approach to me as a student and went above and beyond to ensure that I tackled my problem areas with ease. When it came to the day of my driving test, I felt very confident and had no doubts in my ability as a driver. This made the test feel smooth and natural. Fantastic experience: I recently moved to ally after having another instructor which I’m so glad I did as ally was really nice and very helpful I was a nervous driver to start with but at the end he made me confident which helped me pass my test with only one minor very good instructor and would definitely recommend I wish I started with ally from the start.

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions of my life was to learnt to drive with Ally. I was extremely nervous before my first lesson, but Ally helped to build my confidence from Day 1 teaching not only what I needed to pass my driving test, but also to excel on the road once I got my driving license. The lessons were practical, spending as much time on the road as possible and getting practice, which helped immensely to pass my driving test the first time around. He is very patient, always providing clear explanations and makes the pupils feel at ease behind the wheel. He is always on time, flexible with lesson timings and was happy to increase the frequency of them leading up to my test. I have a lot to thank to him, and if you're looking to learn from a great driver and teacher I 100% recommend A C Driving Academy!

Fantastic experience: As someone who was very anxious and nervous to start driving, Ally is incredible! He was super reassuring and patient during the initial lessons and I was honestly surprised by how much progress I made each lesson! He made everything so easy to understand and learn - even the complicated stuff like manoeuvres and roundabouts. And if you’re ever unsure about a particular route/manoeuvre/road type, he’ll ensure you’re fully confident in everything that comes with driving before your test. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better instructor, especially one that teaches you how to drive confidently and properly and have already referred him to friends/family looking to start driving!

Negative experience: Let me down a week before my test as he didn't show up. Didn't let me know he wasn't turning up, when I tried to call he blocked my number and declined my WhatsApp calls and blue ticked my messages. During my test, I saw him driving another student around. Money making scheme and using the fact his son tests examiners as a selling point. Do not recommend.
