After driving for over a year and not improving very much, Hamza was excellent at explaining everything that I had previously struggled with. He made driving make sense! I never thought I'd pass my driving test, let alone pass it first time with only 6 minors. I would highly recommend him to anyone - hes made me into a comfortable and confident driver.

Fantastic experience: I had such a good experience learning to drive with Hamza , he was very patient and I always felt very comfortable and relaxed in the lessons, which helped me to build confidence driving. Compared to other instructors I’ve had, Hamza was by far the best as he made lessons the opposite of stressful, and instead made them fun and relaxed. In situations where I made mistakes, I was never made to feel like i was a bad driver and instead I received useful advice and practice in order to improve. He gave great advice and has also helped my entire family pass which is why we still use him after 13 years!! Negative experience: This company is incompetent. I waited 2 weeks for my first lesson and they were late by 30 minutes as they had 'lost my details'. They wouldn't pick up my calls, making it hard for me to understand what the delay was. However when the gentleman who was supposed to take the lesson finally arrived, he was very apologetic. I understand it was not his fault as he couldn't contact me. No complaint about the driving instructor, but the company needs to become more organised.

Fantastic experience: Within 1 day of driving with Hamzah, he was able to identify problems which I had and we were able to fix them within the limited time we had before my exam which I had passed the first time. Hamzah is very professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Started lessons with Hamza on my 17th Birthday on the 18th September 2020. I had 10 lessons with him all which were very informative and professional. 10 weeks later on the 4th of December 2020, despite going through a second lockdown and having to change test centres due to no tests being available in wigston I managed to pass with 0 minors. Hamza supported me with the quick change of test centres and was happy to guide me. Hamza is very reliable and a person you can have a great conversation with on the lesson aswell as learning a lot. I Give Hamza a +++ and would recommend him to all my friends and anyone who is looking to learn to drive in short concise time period.

Negative experience: Extremely poor standard of driving and behaviour from an instructor. Absolutely appalling conduct to other road users.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for some driving lessons having passed my test a long time a go but wanted some refresher lessons. Doing a handful of lessons with Hamza to get myself up to speed again was an absolute pleasure. He was flexible so that we could use my car to practise in. Hamza is a patient instructor and encourages a relaxed atmosphere in the car. He is great at understanding what areas of driving you need to focus on. His insight and presence in the car made me feel much more comfortable again whilst behind the wheel. Hamza also has a great knowledge of Leicester and the surrounding areas. Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Hamza approximately eight months ago by a neighbour of mine. In these eight months, I was trained and prepared to drive confidently but obviously in a very safe manner. He prepared me to drive and not just Pass!!! this is something to take into account. I think a lot of people fall into the trap when they hear other instructors say the word 'pass', that they will become better or safe drivers. Hamza, made sure that not only I pass but become an all-rounded confident driver. Today, I passed.!!!! I will surely be taking the post pass course with him very soon.
