Welcome to Teresa School of Motoring, where experience meets a passion for teaching. Established in 2002 by Teresa Gavin, a fully qualified instructor, this driving school in Leicester has flourished through the recommendations of numerous satisfied students.

At our school, we believe that learning to drive should always be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Teresa offers friendly, calm, and relaxed instruction tailored to the different learning styles of her pupils. Whether you're a complete novice or looking to refresh your skills, you'll receive a personalized service to ensure your success in the driving test.

We provide a range of services, from weekly lessons and intensive courses to lessons for nervous drivers and the 'Pass Plus' course for those wanting to boost their confidence on the road. All lessons are conducted in a comfortable and safe Toyota Yaris, ensuring the best learning experience.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t thank Teresa enough. After struggling for three years and feeling like I’d never get there, she helped me pass my test first time with her. I’m a naturally very nervous person, but she was always so kind, patient, and understanding. She has a lovely way of explaining things, never once made me feel silly, and somehow always knew how to make me laugh when I needed it most. Her calming presence and confidence in me helped me finally believe in myself. I’m so grateful for everything she did — I truly couldn’t have done it without her. If you’re anxious about driving or just want an instructor who genuinely cares, I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructor! Theresa is very patient and friendly. She really helped build my confidence driving to then be able to pass on my first attempt. Thank you, hopefully bump into you walking the dogs!! Xx

Fantastic experience: I loved every second of driving , I had a bad instructor at first but she got me back on track.Shes amazing, very patient, calm and encouraging throughout. She explained everything clearly, helped me feel confident behind the wheel and made learning to drive a great experience. Thanks to her support, I passed my test first try! Thankyou !!
