Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Mike and Laura enough for their continued support and passion while teaching me to drive. Today I passed with a single minor, Mike has been so wonderful through the entire process and so accommodating to me during the whole process. You will see so many reviews mention uncle Mike, and that is because he well and truly makes you feel like family while learning to drive. Having a previous bad expierence with another motoring school Mike was so kind, so patient and so welcoming me to the Omari driving school family he is as wise as he is kind you will not fail when you trust mike to be your instructor. Laura has equally been fantastic always organised and patient when finding lessons that suit a busy schedule she has been so wonderful during the months I have been with Omari. If I could give 10 stars I would, when joining Omari you are not another number in a large driving school who do not care as long as you buy a package you are joining a family I would recommend Omari driving school to any learner regardless of expierence and ability as Mike will make you strong and ready for the test!

Negative experience: didn't see their response from 5 months ago until last night due to technical issue on my end. however, avoid this company because mike is rude, aggressive and i believe misogynistic seeing as there's other women here leaving same reviews. zero empathy and angry when I told him i have dyspraxia. they tried saying i should have more knowledge since i had 8 lessons two months prior elsewhere but i told him im dyspraxic which affects this and he just looked annoyed. oh he had a go at me for yawning despite knowing i was working late night before. they wanted me to delete my review on trustpilot but im going to leave another. they said i didnt communicate my feelings directly and wrote that review instead, when i literally texted laura after the lesson telling her i was not carrying on due to mikes attitude. i have proof of this. he said he 'didn't have the space' for me anyway which i thought was unprofessional and just didnt want to deal with a dyspraxic student. avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience: Mike and Laura were just amazing! After a not so positive experience with a previous driving instructor Mike gave me the confidence I needed and I ended up passing first time! Never had any issues and any information or help I needed was always given. Would recommend to anyone looking for a driving instructor!

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my practical with 4 minors from the very first go and I can’t thank Mike enough for the work during the past 4-5 months. The instructor is amazing, quite chill but knowledgeable and explains things in detail while giving you the chance to practice those things on the road straight away. The prices charged for the lessons are good compared to other driving schools and the booking process is very straight forward with Laura, who manages it and can accommodate for individual needs like weekends/not so early hours in the morning etc. I don’t normally give 5 stars reviews but if I could give Omari driving school a higher than 5, I would for sure not only for the great service but also because they actually want you to pass the exam instead of being solely interested in you spending money for lessons with them.

Fantastic experience: I had two different instructors prior to learning with Mike at Omari and none of them made me feel as calm and supported as I did with Mike. He was patient and has a great sense of humour, which made me really enjoy my lessons and I ended up passing my test first time. Laura's organisation is amazing, and the process wouldn't have been so smooth if it wasn't for her as well!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely marvelous experience, can't recommend enough! Laura and Mike are both super helpful and accommodating, the lessons fly by and are a delight! We went through all the routes and maneuvers needed, all the mistakes I was making were explained in a proper, comprehensive and calm manner, and I was able to practice (not making them) over and over and iron them out. I was well prepared for anything the exam could throw at me and passed on the first try, on one of the hardest routes as well! An amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: Mike is the most fantastic driving instructor I have had. After my previous instructor, who killed my confidence in driving, Mike quickly built this back up. He rooted for me from the very start and because of his patience and dedication during my driving lessons I finally passed today! I also want to add how accommodating Omari driving school is with planning lessons to fit with your schedule. Always professional and effective communication and try their best to work with you.

Fantastic experience: I had lessons with Mike after previously failing my test years before. I’m quite an anxious driver and Mike made me feel at ease and was very patient with me. The service from Omari had been brilliant, they tell you exactly what you need and won’t try and fleece any unnecessary lessons out of you. Laura in the office is lovely too, so supportive. Fantastic experience: Mike is an excellent teacher. I passed first time with 3 minors. He is good at explaining things, telling me where I have gone wrong and he was very accommodating and considerate. He was always punctual and overall a very nice and friendly individual. Fantastic experience: Passed first time today after learning with Mike!! He was my first ever instructor and I was so nervous but from the first moment in the car he made me feel so comfortable and confident in my driving, he’s so patient and makes learning so enjoyable, it’s like just going for a drive with your friend! The way he plans out his lessons and the order in which he adds bits into your lessons is just flawless, honestly couldn’t recommend enough! And his assistant Laura was so amazing in fitting my lessons around my work and my children and making sure I was happy with everything, they are a great team and I’m so so happy I chose them for my learning to drive journey! Fantastic experience: The instructor is very patient on teaching every aspect which will be covered in the driving test. Had been struggling on manual in the past but everything become so much easier with clear instructions besides an automatic car. Definitely worth recommending!

Fantastic experience: Mike was the best instructor I could have wished for. He is a natural born teacher and he excels when it comes to teaching you to drive. From lesson one, I felt reassured and confident that I had chosen the right instructor. Mike was positive and encouraging but also challenged me in areas of improvement. His knowledge of test routes, how examiners think and how best to prepare for exams, is exceptional. What is more important though is that he teaches you the skills you need to be an assured driver for life. I now feel extremely comfortable driving and I owe that to him. Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of passing my test with Omari Driving School today. From the moment I contacted Laura I knew Omari was the best around. Laura is kind, considerate and tremendously organised. Laura is always prompt to reply when I need to ask something and will always send reminders for any lessons I have. She was so kind to me when my test was cancelled by the DVSA last minute and helped me to amend my slot with my instructor immediately. Fantastic experience: It was the best learning experience I have ever had. I was a bit scared to start learning how to drive, however Mike was so gentle and patient through the way, it made me love every single lesson. He is an amazing professional, who was introducing me to new manoeuvres very gradually to make it less stressful and scary for me. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of learning to drive with Mike and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I passed first time, and from the very first lesson, I knew I was in good hands. I'd had a previous instructor and was really struggling to make progress, but Mike was more than capable of teaching me to a very high standard and completely conquered the nerves I'd had previously. Fantastic experience: Best driving school I can’t thank and recommend Mike enough. He will understand the driving issues of the pupil very well and address them effectively. He is very calm and patient and put you at ease and boost your confidence I have used various independent local instructors in the past including other driving schools, attempted twice but failed. I lost confidence and stopped taking any further lessons for 3yrs as I'm a bit old thinking i can't succeed in this test. In March I started searching for the driving instructors again as I thought to give one more chance , got Omari driving school in google search , just noted so many positive reviews, which motivated me to enroll with this driving school , then rest is the history !!!!!!. Fantastic experience: Passed first time! I can’t recommend Omari driving school highly enough. I began my lessons reluctantly due to nerves, but from day one I was filled with confidence. Mike not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he has an incredible gift when it comes to reading his pupils and making them feel at ease. I went from dreading learning to drive, to looking forward to my lessons each week. Spending two hours with Uncle Mike is good for the soul! Fantastic experience: I was taking lessons with Mike for several months and I passed my test from the first attempt. Before Mike I had a horrible instructor that was aggressive to me at times and made me a bit scared of driving. However with Mike I felt very calm and eventually quite confident in my driving skills. I really recommended uncle Mike to everyone!!

Negative experience: I've signed up for 30 driving classes with *Mr...* on my 10th class, I made a couple of mistakes and his reaction was shocking he started yelling at me and telling me that Im useless, I'm such a failure it's been 10 sessions and I'm making mistakes and that all of his students always succeed from the first trial and that there is no way I will succeed and that he doesnt want to continue teaching me because he is sure I will fail my exam. He was rude, inconsoderate and unprofessional, I was shocked and traumatised for days. How can a teacher or an instructor say such horrific things to a student who is on the path of learning! He also said the same things to my husband about me and that he'll stop giving me lessons because I'm a hopeless case. Well guess what *Mr....* I've found a very kind considerate and understanding instructor who helped me to learn at ease and I want you to know that I have succeeded and passed my driving license exam *with no minor*... I for sure do not recommend his services if I have listened to him and gave up I wouldnt have had my license! He made it sound like an impossible mission for me , but I made it and did not allow his words to stop me from succeeding.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I really want to thank Mike and Laura for the incredible driving experience. This week I've passed my driving test first time, even after my test date being rescheduled and not being able to drive for over a month! Mike has made me feel very comfortable and safe during my lessons and I was looking forward to every single lesson. Laura was also amazing as she answered to every query very quickly and with them my lessons were always secure. They both made me feel very confident about my driving and each lesson was a joy as I was even joking and laughing during my lessons. Fantastic experience: I was very lucky to be instructed by the Omari Automatic Driving school and pass my test from the first time in West Didsbury. The information Mike provides during lessons is immensely valuable. He is friendly and funny, and always ensures that you receive as much information and practice as possible and benefit from every minute of your lesson’s timescale. I am obliged to thank Laura for the great service she provides by managing time and keeping students up to date with every lesson’s time and details. I just can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Omari Automatic Driving School. Mike is the greatest instructor in Manchester: friendly, funny and very good at teaching you everything you need to pass your test. I had never driven before I started taking lessons with him, and I passed my test first time. Laura keeps you updated and provides you with reminders and any information you need.

Negative experience: Just finished my first driving lesson with mike. As much is enjoyed the lesson. Im kinda gutted he wont be taking me on for more lessons because I hadn’t passed my theory test yet (booked for march) or got my practical test booked, even though i think they should tell pupils this before they get them to sign up with them for a £60 lesson.

Fantastic experience: Mike and Laura were absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend anyone more! Mike did in 3 months what other instructors couldn't do in 2 years. He was a very calm presence and gave me the knowledge and confidence to pass first time!

Fantastic experience: Best driving school ever I've been trying to find the right instructor for 10 years and never did until I called Omari automatic driving school. I had the best instructor ever he made learning so easy. I passed first time. They are kind and understanding and very nice people would recommend 100 percent

Negative experience: Very disappointing with Mike's attitude. After five lessons, I've decided to not continue with the course because Mikes lack of empathy, understanding and bad attitude. Since the beginning of my course I felt under pressure with Mikes attitued, he was not accordant with the fact that I didn't buy the amount of clasess that he recommended since the beginning. And I had to explained to him that I bought 10 lessons to start, but later I will buy the remaining 5, that I asked Laura if it was okay and she said that it was fine. Also I explained to him that I was planning to take the 15 lessons, that this was not a problem for me, that I was there to learn and pass the exam. Things were okay from there. A few days ago, I informed the school that I passed the theory test and asked for Advice to book the pratical test, since Mike was just available till the end of July due to holidays. Unfortunately, there was not availability to take the exam on July (Information that the school knows, which will be helpful to share with the student before selling a course) Laura then advised me to book the test the nearest date available (which was on December), and to check regularly the DVSA booking system to change the date beacuse sometimes, due to cancellations, it's possible to get a place for the current month. I agreed and booked the test. On saturday’s class, I was sharing with Mike the updates about the theory test and how I was looking forward to find a date on July to take the exam with him, by this point he got upset and with bad attitude towards me. Once again, insisting on the 15 classes and without any interest on what I was explaining and neither caring on what I needed. I think if you are professional, instead of arguing with the students about the amount of classes and having bad attitude, you should provide them with solutions or options in a positive and polite way. Very disappointing. I have to say that Laura was Professional and helpful.

Mike was a joy to be in the car with, he had the perfect balance between working hard with you and making sure you felt at ease. I found myself laughing with him all of the time which I would have never pictured myself doing during driving lessons. The company made me feel supported and like they really cared about my driving and progress. I felt I knew the test routes and the manoeuvres comfortably and looked forward to each lesson.
