Fantastic experience: I have had lessons with Denise since May 24. She is supportive, knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. I always felt at ease, she took time to talk through issues, gave helpful tips and grew my confidence. Thanks to Denise, I passed first time. I am so grateful as I couldn't have done it without her. Fantastic experience: Great experience with Podium, Scott the instructor was great and really supported me all the way.

Negative experience: We have bought a two hour lesson between 4pm-6pm paid 82 pounds for it, as my husband has a practical test tomorro morning at 7 am. He called and msgd the instructor that he will be running late, and when he came to the test centre for his lesson at 4.30 no one was there and no answer to phone calls. Then he manages to get through to someone else from the driving school sayıng the instructer left at 25 past and there will be no part refund for the 82 pounds we paid. I find this unacceptable as being late to a lesson shouldnt have resulted in a cancellation of the whole lesson, without part refund, basically 82 pounds has been charged for late arrival and no lesson.

Fantastic experience: I took my driving lessons from Jarmila- the best instructor I could ask for. Her dedication towards teaching and preparing me to be a better driver not only for the test but also for life, is unmatched. A wonderful person. The best person to learn driving and pass the test!

Fantastic experience: Before having lessons with Scott, I was a very nervous driver who lacked confidence on the road. The Pass Plus Scheme allowed me to develop new skills/techniques to improve the quality of my driving (and parking!), as well as giving me the opportunity to tackle larger A roads and motorways, which I was previously too worried to drive on. Not only was Scott calm and patient, he gave me lots of useful advice which has helped me to believe in myself, and I now feel confident driving on all types of roads. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Having not driven for 20 years I had developed a fear of getting behind the wheel. I’m at a point in my life where the need to drive is becoming far greater so it was important to me to find a driving instructor who could teach me to overcome my fears and become a confident driver. From the go Jarmila was wonderful. She was so patient and calm, while gently pushing me to drive confidently far sooner than I could imagine. She took the time to understand what concerned me the most (parking, spacial awareness, busy urban roads with multiple lanes and more parking ) and coached me through these scenarios. We started the lessons in her car and moved on to our family car when the time was right. I’m now happily driving our larger car… and actually enjoying it! Jarmila is a fabulous teacher and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to drive, whether its a first timer or a nervous driver needing help to build confidence.

Then I got introduced to Jarmila through a friend who passed in her first attempt with her. Jarmila introduced me to all new possibilities in driving. Fantastic experience: I’ve been learning with Jarmila since the end of last October. She has been so helpful. She is an instructor not aiming at helping you pass exam only, instead she aiming at making you really competent in driving, passing exam is just the ‘side effect’ of that. She helped me practicing some non test route in non test areas that really help to build up my experience and apply all my learnings. I luckily passed the exam in the first try after 38hr learning +1hr pre test and that’s under the situation that I don’t have chance to practice with friend or family. You can see how helpful Jarmila is!

Having failed the test twice with another instructor I had a lot of bad driving habits, she took time to get to know me and corrected them one by one, not just teach me how to drive, but what to think, how to anticipate and be safe. She stayed calm when I was anxious, encouraged me when I wasn’t confident, and believed in me when I doubted myself, I passed my test with 3 minors today, can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous on the test day but all this nervousness went away during the pre test lesson in which Jarmila helped me to calm down by giving encouraging positive constructive feedback and advice to pay attention to the non technical point like being calm and trust the skilled I learnt during our practice. Fantastic experience: I had my lessons during the pandemic and the precautions taken were above and beyond what i expected. The instructor really cares about you as a person and is friendly, and caters their teaching techniques to how you best learn. I have loved every single lesson I have had, even though it’s been during COVID-19.

I was quite nervous about learning how to drive at first, but she's always been really patient with me and I've felt my confidence grow hugely following our lessons. Since I started learning during the pandemic, masks, hand sanitizing and social distancing have always been emphasised throughout the lessons - which has made me feel very at ease. Every lesson has felt comfortable and I've been able to progress at my own speed, often surprising myself at what I've been able to achieve. Can't recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: Jarmila is an amazing instructor! She is very calm, gentle and helpful. She takes time to get to know her students and will always make you feel like your capable of doing things right, even if you doubt yourself. I was quite anxious over the lockdown period as I was not able to have my lessons with her anymore. However she still sent me different links to websites to help me with my driving, learning new tips and encouraging me to keep learning even off the road! I can’t wait to get back learning again, she is an incredible teacher :)

Fantastic experience: “Anyone can be a teacher but not everyone can teach.” I tried to get a driving license after graduating from uni, however got put off not by the strict driving test but by the attitude from that driving instructor. ‍♀️ It took me five years to pluck up my courage to try again, and this time I am so lucky to meet Jarmila, very professional and kind, who helped me pass the driving test, and more importantly, shaped me a safe driver.
