Fantastic experience: Learning to drive with Meryem was a great experience, and led to me passing first time! I was a very anxious learner who had previously had other instructors, but Meryem helped me through the whole process, preparing me for any situation I could have in my test and made me feel so much more confident on the road. She was extremely patient with me. I would really recommend her and Just4Her Driving!

Negative experience: Money-making instructor, Wouldn't recommend. I was told to swap my exam with a student who had one in 5 months because I wasn't fully prepared to her standard, but she promised to find me an earlier test date. When I asked her about the earlier test date, she then demanded for a £20 charge to cover her time looking for the test, even though when she got me to swap, she said she did not charge her students who do it with her. I was offered way higher for my test by someone else but went with her as I trusted she would keep her word. She didn’t. Update- Her solution yesterday was for me to find a new instructor, upon seeing my review she has now persistently texted and called me twice

Negative experience: Rating: 0/5 I received a highly unsatisfactory experience with Shukri as my driving instructor. I invested £350 for lessons, which was ultimately a waste as after completing the lessons, Shukri unexpectedly discontinued my our lessons without providing any explanation. This was particularly frustrating as she continued to offer lessons to others. I had to unlearn several bad habits I had been taught during my time with Shukri, resulting in further financial and time investment. This was detrimental to my finances as a student. Additionally, Shukri's conduct during our lessons was frequently unprofessional. Despite my consistent respectful behavior, she was often rude and displayed gaslighting tendencies. This created a hostile learning environment and detracted significantly from the quality of instruction. Another issue arose regarding an early driving test I purchased through Shukri, which was subsequently canceled by the DVLA. When I inquired about the possibility of a refund of the “early test fee” (minus the £62 DVLA fee), she responded by calling me on the phone, where she screamed at me, insulted my intelligence, and accused me of lacking "common sense." This was unacceptable. Even if a refund was not possible, my request was in accordance with consumer law, and I believe I was within my rights to ask for it. Overall, my experience with Shukri was highly disappointing. Her inability to show respect, provide adequate instruction and lack of professionalism led to a considerable waste of time and money especially as a student. I would not recommend her services to others seeking driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10. I will absolutely recommend this driving school to all of my friends. I passed my driving test on the first try with 3 minors. After 40h training with Shukri, I felt confident driving cars as well as equipped with skills needed for safe driving.

Fantastic experience: I have passed my driving test on the first attempt. I highly recommend my instructor Shukria, because of her good teaching skills , her patience and confidence. She was really honest with me when my test was soon, she put a plan for me because I was a bit behind in some aspects, she was right and I passed. It's an excellent driving school.

Fantastic experience: Over five years I had been taught by a few different instructors, who left me feeling anxious and hopeless about getting my license. I’m so grateful that I then found Shukri, who’s kindness, patience, flexibility and excellent teaching allowed me to learn to drive alongside my busy work schedule and ultimately pass first time with only one minor fault! I never thought I’d be as at ease behind the wheel as I was during my lessons with Shukri and I will miss spending 1.5hrs a week with her. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. My instructor Maryam . I can’t find any words to describe her. She is so lovely,supportive and confident. She never comes late or cancel any session. She is so strict with the rules of driving , explaining every detail so you know how to deal with any situation . She was always patient with my repeated questions . Negative experience: Didn’t have a good experience, customer service wasn’t up to their 5-star review standard. Can’t judge their quality of teaching because they cancelled my appointment before I could even try. They aren’t very flexible regards to the time of money transfer, just make sure you remember to pay 12 hours (stated in their policy) before your appointment because they will end up cancelling your session. Not very flexible nor friendly considering I’m a new customer who made an error which could have been easily fixed (pay before the session…). Had a whole hour before the session to amend this mistake by paying yet she told me she’s wasted 1.5 hours and could have fitted a student in this time slot… I’ve apologised and asked to still attend this session as it was in an hour but then she said she’s rescheduled the day… ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I started Just4Her Driving School with so much fear after 2 different driving instructors. Meryern was such a blessing, from day one, she treated our lessons like it was the test itself and gave me confidence. I was so happy I passed my first driving test. I recommend Meryern to anyone, she is the best.

Fantastic experience: Meryem built my confidence as a driver in a very effective way. I came to her already having driven and failed my first test. My second test was coming up and she made time for me at a very short notice, quickly helped me assess what areas I needed to work on and made a plan. We would go over my favourite roundabouts over and over and over, one exit at a time until my confidence and instinct was there. Meryem has a magical ability of making you aware of what you need to focus on improving while keeping you confident and proud of what you already know allowing you to build up skills quickly. My test included the Sharston roundabouts…….I felt prepared. I passed my test. Thank you Meryem Highly recommend to new students or those who are building on their skills.

Fantastic experience: Passed with Just4Her today. Shukria was very professional, always punctual for lessons and certainly is an excellent driving instructor. I have had 2 other driving instructors previously, and I can definitely say she is the best out of them. She has very high morals and is undoubtedly a perfect role model to all instructors out there! Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Just4Her driving school enough. After having a bad experience with a previous instructor and always dreading my lessons, I was really nervous about starting them again. Luckily I chose Just4Her to restart my lessons and had the amazing Shukri who made me a confident and safe driver. She is very patient and ensures that you fully understand why you’re doing everything that is required to be a safe driver on the road. She will also always provide feedback, ensuring you focus on any weaknesses going forward which I really appreciated and overall she’s a lovely person. Fantastic experience: Best instructor I’ve had! She instilled confidence in my driving and taught me how to drive safely so that I can continue to drive safely after obtaining my license. My instructor was always calm and gave constructive feedback so that I could continue to improve throughout my lessons. Fantastic experience: When I was planning to get sessions for test driving my friend suggested Just4Her Driving School. She said she had many sessions but she learned the most only from this school. When I started I was having zero experience on driving and it was my first time setting in front of steering wheel. Now I am fully experienced and I can deal with any situation, she didn't focus on passing the test only but also on how to be a good driver and be ready when you go by your own. Additionally, she was very friendly, professional and kind. She never missed or cancelled sessions or being late. She never gets bored of explaining and showing what you need, and if you didn't understand something she will explain more and more. She knows her job very well and she is very intellectual. My test was two days ago, when I passed she was happy for me and shared her feelings like if I am her sister. I highly recommend Just4Her Driving School. My words wouldn't be enough to give this school the credit.

Fantastic experience: Took several driving lessons even though I had a driving licence issued in a different country, just to refresh my memory and get used to driving on the left side.
