Negative experience: I have had many lessons with impulse driving in Bromley. Although the teaching is ok, the instructor is very unreliable (always cancelling and late to prebooked lessons), unresponsive (ignoring my messages) and i would say does not enjoy their job. I would recommend finding someone more serious about their job. My parents are unhappy with how unprofessional they have been. Very poor and has left me needing to find alternatives.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my test yesterday with Impulse Driving School at Bromley test centre! I worked with Plamen and he was absolutely amazing. He is very patient and really has a passion for getting you passed as soon as possible unlike some other instructors which I felt were slow with actually teaching me certain things e.g manouvres and dragging out the process. He literally knows all the test routes and places they tend to catch students out and makes you feel very prepared for your test. I literally had been on all the roads of my test multiple times with Plamen which made me feel very confident. I started off lessons with him around the end of June and passed around the end of August (including an intensive at the start) so if you want to pass quickly and not spend a whole year or so learning to drive he's definitely your guy. Definitely book with him, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend!! I passed my test last week with ZERO FAULTS in my second attempt. Plamen, my instructor is amazing. I just surrendered myself to him and he took care of the rest. He is extremely passionate about his job and every moment he pushes the pupils to their success. Unlike some other trainers, he does not like to waste time talking irrelevant and utilizes every second during the lessons. Being an experienced driver from my country I had a few driving habits which are not suitable for the UK driving and he worked on it very well. I bought a car and have started driving independently. Negative experience: Awful customer service ! Make sure you know exactly what you are buying as I have been waiting over a month for a simple refund. This company also does not answer the phone and are not professional at all , I’m not sure they even have management . I am still waiting for my refund !!

Fantastic experience: I started to take driving lessons in this school just after lockdown in 2021 and this week passed my driving test in Sidcup from the first attempt. Thank you! This was the only school in this area that accepted new students and offered a quite flexible schedule with competitive prices. I very much appreciate well-defined, structured approach that my driving instructor has used. It helped me during the test especially with manoeuvres. His knowledge of differences in driving culture between the UK and other parts of the world was really helpful to get rid from “bad habits” that I’ve got when driving in Russia. :) Highly recommend this school to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school. I passed first time after taking just 10 hours of lessons. My instructor was Plamen. He was patient and repeated everything many times, which seemed unnecessary, but in the end it trained my skill very well. The guy knows what he is doing.

Fantastic experience: I was with AA at first and the Instructor was moody and i wasnt feeling his Training at all. Then I came across Impulse Driving - Plamen. I spoke to Plamen on the phone at first and straight away he kindly gave me some great advice to change my Test Centre which I did and soon after I booked my first lessons with Impulse Driving. Straight away it was fantastic, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed and his Training is second to none!
