Fantastic experience: Passed today! Had the best instructor I could have ever asked for. Laura from day one has been 100% supportive and absolutely brilliant. She made sure I was ready before even attempting to take my test which in the long run helped me out ALOT! I had two instructors before Laura which I spent a lot more time with and failed 3 tests with them, I then met Laura and everything became a lot easier to understand. Before I knew it my test came and I passed first time ( with Laura :) ) with only 3 minor faults :). I would 1000% recommend Laura to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’m excited to tell you that I have passed my practical test on my 1st attempt and it was all because of Ali. I recommend Ali as he is an easy-going, patient and kind instructor which gave me the confidence to be behind the wheel. From the first lesson, Ali showed exceptional knowledge every lesson, and kept teaching me on how to strength my weak spots. While Ali being next to me he was able to help me strengthen all of my weak spots and get be ready before my test.

From the get go his “there’s never any need to say sorry” teaching mantra put my mind at ease regarding making mistakes and as we progressed I was made to feel safe, coached and confident every step of the way. It was great to count on John’s reliability every week, with frequency and repetition being so important when picking up a new skill like driving. In addition to excellent teaching on the essentials, John truly went above and beyond in not just preparing me for the test but also preparing me for driving at large (my parents were made particularly happy and relieved with his teaching on speed safety and navigating challenging country style roads). Overall I couldn’t recommend John enough and will be forever grateful for him having made our lessons so enjoyable and helping me pass my test so painlessly.

Negative experience: EDIT: replying to the response I received, as google wont let me create a separate reply. In the response I'm being falsely accused of canceling " a number of lessonS" which is incorrect as I cancelled just once. Had I not made the hard decision to cancel the lesson, thay would have been very irresponsible of me as I was seriously unfit to drive, as I explained during our call. I'm a human being, and as such, I do get ill occasionally. Moreover, the time I cancelled the lesson was still within the refundable cancellation window, and I made sure to ask you, Laura, whether you were still okay having lesson with me , to which you replied you we more than happy to do that as you believed I could still make it for the test, meaning you believed I was test ready. If you had immediately informed me you did not want to carry on taking lessons with me, or that you had doubts in regards to my skills, I would have been more than understanding and rescheduled my test, without having to lose my funds. Again, the issue here is you, as an instructor who is aware of the cancellation rules and regulations, changing your mind last minute, rather than communicating where your mind was at upon being asked. I get you're trying to defend your business, however I really do not appreciate you coming on google reviews, trying to shift the blame on me and paint me as an irresponsible person by making it seem like I cancelled a plethora of lessons.The last thing I am, is an irresponsible person. Anyways, thank you for the good wishes, and I wish you all the best for your future too. peace and blessings✨️ ------ original review: Very disappointed with the way things went down, fell for the good reviews. Couldnt attend my test because of Laura, also lost my slot and my money. Laura was a new instructor who accepted to take me on last minute, and upon asking her several times wether she would be happy to take me to the test, she reassured me she would. All was good until all of a sudden she decided to cancel our planned lesson and to no longer take me to the test/nor allow me to use her car, which all took place less than 3 working days before my test(despite me checking in with her the day before she cancelled on me, and making sure she would still be okay with taking me to the test). I would have been okay rescheduling the test and saving my money, but now I'll have to start all over again, which means lots of time and money spent on finding another instructor, taking more lesson, and booking not only the practical test, but the theory test as well since, considering the backlog, it'll definetely expire before I'm able do my practical.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Laura and Love to Pass, I had used another instructor prior and the difference of learning with Laura resulted in passing my test. Laura’s ability to instruct without feeling you are being judged and her calm, kind demeanour yet knowing she is not missing a thing that is going on sets the perfect balance to absorb and improve swiftly. I was struggling with the learning process and feel if it wasn’t for Laura, still would be. Laura went above and beyond to schedule lessons when the test was looming, even once on a bank holiday! If your looking to learn to drive or refresh then give these folk a call!

Infact she was such a calming influence that driving around with her often felt like giving a friend a lift. Robin is a highly qualified driver and instructor who has very hands on teaching methods, unlike other companies which spend the first few lessons with the learner driver sitting in the passenger seat. Robin covers above and beyond the basics of learning to drive and teaches you driving techniques to further improve your driving post test day.
