Fantastic experience: I failed the test twice with another driving instructor. Then I came across the LDS school driving videos on YouTube. Three days before my test day, they gladly jumped in and helped me with learning the routes and driving rules. Fantastic experience: Ayesha is not one of the best but the best driving instructor in West London. She is very calm and composed in her lessons and makes it very easy for her students to learn driving and pass the exam in the first attempt. She is very patient and covers all the aspects required to pass a driving test at a short notice. She is meticulous, committed and very sincere in her efforts and leaves no stone unturned to pass the exam. She helps in building the right confidence and her commitment is unparalleled. With her help and guidance i was able to clear the driving test in my first attempt at Southall test center. Kudos to her and i highly recommend her to anyone looking to pass the exam in first attempt.

Fantastic experience: After driving for nearly 12 years in India, I needed a UK license. I passed my theory test and started practical lessons with Liza. Even though I had experience, I made many mistakes at first, but Liza's excellent teaching helped me improve. She covered all key areas like roundabouts, traffic lights, junctions, and maneuvers. Fantastic experience: Having one month left till my driving test, I contacted LDschool of driving to ask if I can switch from my current instructor to them. I contacted Liza to discuss with her why I was changing and if the change was possible. She was very polite and ensured the change happened asap. I then started having lessons with Ayesha asap and she helped me on my weak spots and remained patient with me on my recurring mistakes. She really helped boost my confidence and enjoy driving. Till the very end she helped ensure that I wasn't lacking in any aspect of driving and that I was open with her to discuss any mistakes that I believe are possibly hindering my driving experience. I had an excellent experience learning to drive from liza, she was calm, collected and supportive throughout the lessons and test days. Negative experience: I took driving lessons with this company and am sorry to have to report an extremely unsatisfactory experience. The lessons themselves were fine, but unfortunately the owner of the company told me, after booking and paying her for a test when my instructor told me I was test-ready, that the DVSA had cancelled my test. It wasn’t until I contacted the DVSA myself that I was told that it was actually the ‘driving school’ that had cancelled my test and allocated my slot to someone else. This was presumably someone who had offered more money for it. The whole nasty episode hugely knocked my confidence in the honesty of human beings and set back the timeframe in which I got my licence, impacting on me and my family. I finally got my licence but it is no thanks to this driving school who neither admitted to, explained, or apologised for their actions. And I don’t think I was the first or last learner they had done it to. ***UPDATE: You obviously have me confused with another of your learners, which is evidence that I'm not the first learner you've screwed over. Instead of lecturing people on etiquette, look up some videos yourself on customer service. Next time you decide to accuse me of making things up i'll gladly post the email from the DVSA proving you lie about who is actually cancelling tests that learners have paid for.

Negative experience: Just called them to ask if they do refresher courses. The lady on the phone did not like the fact that I haven't introduced myself first, before asking the question and decided to educate me on how I should conduct myself on a phone call instead and then hung up.

Negative experience: Thanks a bunch to my instructor Ayesha who was just remarkable and absolute splendid. I would highly recommend her as she is a very good instructor and really understands the weak points and guides you accordingly over and over again. So why 2 stars? This is due to the the unprofessionalism and rude behaviour extended out by the owner Liza. She would expect you to reply to her messages, take her calls then and there itself and expect you to notify her when the payment is made as well. She is not in sync with the instructors reg. the payments and classes been taken and would randomly ask you to make a payment out of the blue.She does not respect other people's priorities and work. Totally disappointed by her customer service.

Fantastic experience: I literally got no words. Going to LDS and meeting instructor Ayesha was the best decision of my life. I was ditched by many other instructors before who made me and my fiancé literally broke. I lost hope I thought I will never ever be able to find a really nice instructor and pass my practical. She gave me hope during the last few minutes of the test which helped me pass. I passed on my 4th attempt but all my other fails were with other instructors. Today is the happiest day of my life.
