Fantastic experience: Mahmud is a friendly instructor , he has a vast experience in how to teach different kinds of students, in my case I was not a confident driver and tend to miss road markings, he taught me how to drive calmly and confidently by explaining the logic behind each check and markings. At short notice Ali was able to provide me with a semi intensive course when my original intensive course company could not provide a driver. He has been calm and patient throughout my journey of learning to drive safely in the UK, and his funny side always came handy when things got a bit tough. I have never seen him get angry, upset or abusive - a quality not many instructors possess but is essential in a mentor. Mr. Ali, or Ali bhai as he is affectionately called, is a very courteous man with excellent teaching skills and experience. He helped me unlearn old methods of driving in India, that were blocking me from grasping the concepts of the driving code in the UK. He also taught me a new recipe for an egg omelette!
