Fantastic experience: Thanks to Claudette I passed 3rd time. She is a true professional with a calm and bubbly demeanour ! I'm glad I didn't pass early on, as I would have never met her. Not only did she teach me how to drive, but also gave me general life advice. She encouraged me to talk through my driving, which made a huge difference as it helped me to be proactive on the test. I will really miss our fun lessons together, along the sweeties she gives to help calm the nerves.

Fantastic experience: Claudette is a really lovely instructor with lots of patience and straightforward guidance from all her years of experience. If you need to understand a new manoeuvre or break down what lead to a mistake, she'll get you to pull over and carefully explain it with the help of diagrams etc. She's got lots of techniques to help with nerves and boosting your confidence on the road and will help you to believe and become a boss driver!

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving test and I couldn’t have done it without the patience and practice of this amazing woman right here ❤️ When I first started my lessons Claudette kept my nerves at bay, in her wonderfully natural and holistic way, she was able to focus me from the very beginning when it can be quite overwhelming as a new driver, she gave me excellent tips and tricks that I could use to boost my confidence quickly and she was always happy to listen and talk over anything I was struggling with. Fantastic experience: I have been learning for around 40 hours with Claudette and thanks to her I passed my Driving Test. She does a great job at teaching you everything to do with driving from the very basics to skills needed beyond the test. She does everything she can to make your driving as easy as possible by equipping her car with aids like blind spot mirrors and stickers on the wipers. If you feel very stressed she always makes a considerable effort to calm you down using breathing techniques, aromatherapy etc. At the end of lessons she always gives a report of what you did well and where you could improve and always links useful videos to help with learning. I never felt bad for making a mistake as she would always be optimistic and use postive reinforcment. It was a pleasure learning from her and I can now officially call myself a Boss Driver.

Fantastic experience: So glad I started my driving journey again with Claudette. She is honestly so patient and breaks everything down so it’s easy to understand and practise. Catchphrases and video homework was simple and really helped when it came to being ready to pass my test. Going from one instructor to Claudette taught me that driving doesn’t have to be as stressful and as complicated as they make it out. She helped me understand the common mistakes & road rules to become a disciplined driver. I remember two of her phrases, 1) be a detective 2) when I make a mistake she would say: "I'm happy that you made this mistake, and now let's see how to fix it". Fantastic experience: As somebody who put off driving for years because of how scary it seemed, I cannot thank Claudette enough for helping me pass first time!! Claudette always had a smile on her face, was full of energy, made you feel super comfortable and ready to drive. Her methods to calm nerves were helpful and her aora always made everything feel like it would be okay - even when you made mistakes. I remember being frightened of roundabouts, dual carrigeways and just simply driving but with Claudettes help and patience I was able to overcome my fears and pass first time. I cannot thank her enough and I would recommend her to anybody! Especially to somebody where the thought of becoming a driver seems impossible because I am evidence that at New Concept anybody can become a boss driver!

It’s lovely to have an instructor that makes an effort to get to know you and makes you feel comfortable while driving. You’ll feel relaxed every lesson thanks to the rescue remedies and essential oils provided to help reduce stress. This really helped me relax on the day of my test, and is one of the things that makes learning with Claudette so unique. She has a catalogue of video resources for you to watch to help with manoeuvres and other driving techniques, that you can watch in between lessons to keep you refreshed. We had a few complications because of Covid and lockdown but we didn’t let that stop us. With hard work and consistency she helped me pass first time. I’m so grateful for all of our lessons together and everything’s she’s taught me.

Fantastic experience: Claudette is the BEST driving instructor you will ever find and I was so lucky she taught me for a year and helped me pass first time !!! As a driving instructor Claudette is patient, understanding and so experienced. As a person however, Claudette is the most kind and lovely woman ever, she makes you feel safe and supported at all times, in the car and at home if you are stressed out about your test. I am so privileged to say my instructor was Claudette because I would not have found anyone better than her! I am dyslexic and struggle with my left and right, concentrating and focusing. Despite this, with all of Claudette’s help I passed first time ! I never thought I would be able to achieve a first time pass, Claudette made this possible for me and so many others !! Claudette is such a fun, bubbly person, I don’t think I ever had a dull driving lesson ! Claudette has the most calming voice, and is a great instructor for a naturally nervous person like me ! With “rescue remedy” calming sweeties every lesson and aromatic oils in her car to calm you down it’s difficult to still be anxious ! I am SO happy I passed today, however the only downside is that I will never have a lesson with Claudette again :( A message to her future students - enjoy every lesson you have with Claudette, once you pass you will miss it !! Fantastic experience: Claudette is a wonderful teacher that offers brilliant rates for her lessons. She cares about every one of her students and I don’t think I’ve ever had an awkward or overly stressful lesson with her. This could be due to her "rescue remedy sweets" or breathing exercises to prepare you for upcoming, sometimes stressful, situations of driving on a large roundabout or duel carriage way for the first time. She made driving seem so fun and cheerful, complimented with her bubbly personality. She’s a great person to talk to and I'd say would be able to get along with practically anyone - which is great if you're nervous to drive for the first time as she'll talk away your stresses. She’s a popular instructor and there is no question as to why, she’s the best in the business. I was on a waiting list for her for a short time, she offered another driving instructor incase I really needed to start driving sooner which really shows how much she cares about people. I obviously declined that offer and waited for when she was available which I knew was a great decision. Not only is she great for the practical driving test she also was a huge help with knowing what the best Apps were to download to help aid you with your theory exam. The app which was provided really helped and made the exam seem so much simpler. Overall, she was a great help with helping me pass both my theory and practical exams first time. The whole process was fun, educational and professional. 5 Stars!!!

I found her to be very sensitive to my fears and I loved that she approached each lesson from how much fun we could have. She is a wonderful teacher and is very patient. She is great at adapting her lessons to match your progress. She is very encouraging and knows when you need to be pushed harder to make progress. She did such a good job with me that I passed first time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Claudette to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to New Concept Driving School by my cousin who had nothing but praise for Claudette. I will forever be grateful to this lady, when I first came to her I was petrified of driving and always dreaded my lessons partly due to my last experience with a not so nice driving instructor. Claudette on the other hand was always very calm and patient, always putting me at ease and made me enjoy and look forward to our lessons. I strongly recommend having lessons with this lovely lady as she works hard to teach and advise on how to drive safely and efficiently. Not only that she has also helped me become the confident driver I am today!

Fantastic experience: THE BEST DRIVING TEACHER! I was a nervous wreck, I had always struggled to learn how to drive. I contacted Claudette to see if she could help and within 3 months she turned my driving around and I managed to pass the next test! She is patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable about driving.
