Fantastic experience: What can I say I past first time with 1 minor after I had multiple driving instructors before which just wasn’t working ,all from the help of my amazing Instructor raj. Throughout my lessons she was alway so patient with me since I was nervous at the start her lessons she also made me at ease and grow in confidence on the road when it can be very nerve racking at first. we learnt everything there is to learn from driving and she was very confident in me passing which made my nerves disappear couldn’t of done it without her and would very highly recommend thank you again raj

In the space of a few months I felt very comfortable and confident on the road. I passed first time and was unbelievably thankful to Raj for all the advice and valuable lessons we had. Negative experience: Having been recommended by my partner to use Pass4fun as he stated they were “reliable” and “professional” I couldn’t disagree more, a few examples are that , when we are in the car on a lesson, my instructor (Paul Dunn)is on his phone not paying attention to what I am doing whilst driving he constantly gives the wrong directions by saying “ turn left, oh sorry I mean right” as I indicate left causing me to be confused and potentially dangerous to other road users . I have previously realised as-well that there is no fixed rate per hour as my partner paid less an hour for his lessons compared to me, upon my first lesson I was asked what my old instructor charged me and Paul decided that was what I was charged there-on, despite my partner paying significantly less than me. Upon booking my test and sending the confirmation to my instructor, he then put the date in wrong and has left it to less than 14 days before my test to inform me it was in his diary wrong and stated“ I don’t think you are ready yet” but previously told me the date I had booked was fine. So I have had to push my date back even more, this being the 4th time I’ve had to move it back. I don’t recommend this driving school to any new drivers looking for a instructor.

Negative experience: I had driving lessons with Paul Dunn, had over 50 lessons with him and I failed my test 3 times with him. That isn’t the issue here, the issue was, my last test booked with him, he had covid.l and noticed me a few days before my test. Therefore I was unable to take my test and had to be rescheduled. Not an issue either, the issue was that he wouldn’t refund me the £65 I lost because of him! He refused to give this back and in the end I had to contact PASS 4 FUN directly and once I did that he finally refunded me. He didn’t even offer to let me borrow the car for the test date or aplogise. And also so unprofessional which I let slide - he use to make me drive to the garage to fix his car and make me sit in the car for ages! Would never add the extra minutes back on. Just greedy for money no wonder he wouldn’t refund me until I complained!

Fantastic experience: I started driving with Justina on 20th December, 2 weeks ago. I have struggled in the past with driving due to my learning difficulties. Today I passed my test!! Highly reccomend! Very good customer service, and treat you with dignity, respect and patience. 5*****

Fantastic experience: I passed my test last Thursday , Justina was my instructor. She helped me get my driving and parking skills to the best they’ve been yet , she takes the time with you as your learning and tells you the best way in her opinion to do something and it was the best way I’ve learnt it, she was very helpful, kind and calm she doesn’t make you feel nervous for driving and makes you feel comfortable with it. And I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needed a good instructor.

Negative experience: Don't use this driving school rubbish so unhelpful. My son had his driving lessons with Paul D he booked a driving test and advised Paul who came back a week later and said he can't do that date he has someone else booked in. The test was rebooted the day before my sons test surprise surprise Paul's car broke down my son was told to use someone else's car which was not eady as we had to find a car plus sort car insurance l would not recommend this company terrible toldwatold to get

Fantastic experience: Wow, just passed my test this morning, yay! Justyna was worth her weight in gold as my instructor. She was very calm which really helped as I was initially quite a nervous driver. She really knows the test routes and is knowledgeable about the test itself. I had fun learning to drive with Justyna. She really helped build my confidence which was what I needed to pass and I felt safe with her. Fantastic female instructor. I have had a couple of other instructors and Justyna was my favourite. I’ll be taking a motorway lesson soon with her and my 17 year old daughter will be learning with Justyna next. I highly recommend her as an instructor.

Negative experience: Took about 7 lessons with narinder she was constantly late and told me i should learn automatic instead . She would shout at me and repetitively tell me how bad my driving was and scream when i did something wrong .Most of the time she was on the phone during my lesson time aswell. don’t bother taking lessons with her .

I would highly recommend her and pass 4 fun driving school to anybody who not only wants to pass their test but to become a confident independent driver. Fantastic experience: i’ve been having driving lessons with pass4fun for around 6 months and as a result i have passed my test 1st time this week. a massive thank you to paul, who was very supportive the whole time and never gave up on me. coming up to my test, he recorded some test routes for us to practise during the lessons, in his own time, which benefitted me a lot - once again massive thanks and i highly recommend!! :)

Negative experience: The prices are cheaper than some others, the only reason for the second star, but progress is dismally slow. Instructor would frequently turn up late (from a couple to 10 mins), and blame various different things, and had not addressed various habits which I picked up, which my new instructor did. I had lessons with Pass4Fun during the second half of 2020, and the first half of 2021. I chose to take lessons with RED Driving School after failing the first test, and passed with just 2 minors. It's worth paying a bit more as I would've saved money in the long run. EDIT: Your reply is probably the reason that the driving school isn't improving. You can check my name in your records and see I'm a genuine student, also I had lessons with the other driving school on the other side of the country, not in the Midlands, so am not advertising them, but comparing.

Negative experience: The driver instructions was great but unfortunately due to road works in my area he has been rescheduling my lessons or even asking me to wait until the traffic gets Better knowing that roads works can last for several of weeks , please don’t waste your time the driver Name is PAUL !

Fantastic experience: Passed about a month ago thanks to my amazing instructor Pam. Would really recommend her she was always so nice , easy to talk to and if she was ever running late due to traffic she’d let you know in advance. Very good also if your an anxious person as she always makes you feel comfortable and goes at your pace.

Fantastic experience: I passed yesterday thank you pass4fun my instructor Rachel was always on time for my lessons, if I didn't understand something Rachel was more than happy to explain and or show me which helped a lot, Rachel helped me gain confidence to drive and iv gone from a nervous driver to a more confident driver. Negative experience: SON HAD 10 LESSONS NOT ONCE DID HE LEAVE OR ARRIVE BACK DRIVING THE CAR...ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING WASTE OF MONEY ...1 LESSON WITH AA HE DROVE THE ENTIRE 2 HOURS ...DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND LEARN FROM A PROFESSIONAL YOUR REPLY IS COMPLETE AND UTTER LIES ...AND PROVIDES FURTHER EVIDENCE OF YOUR INABILITY TO ACT PROFESSIONALLY...THE INSTRUCTOR WAS SIMPLY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Negative experience: Instructors punctuality was terrible and frequently cancelled lessons last minute. Do not block book with these! He would constantly shout at me and bang the wheel whilst I was driving which has now resulted in me becoming a very anxious driver. My partner taught me how to drive in the end and I passed my test fine.

Fantastic experience: I had to write a review because 2020 marks eight years since I passed. I don’t know if Steve is still working for pass4fun but I owe it to him for preparing me for the test. I passed second time and I remember before my second test, Steve said: “it’s time for you to ride off into the sunset”. The person that failed me the first time was the same person I had the second time. I said to Steve “I am so gonna fail”, it’s the same guy. He said “you got this”... That cheesy song “what is love” was playing on the radio with very low volume when I was told I passed lmao.. After I passed he wasn’t at the stop, he was inside reading a newspaper and said to me “I knew you were going to pass”...If you read this Steve, thank you! You always reminded me of Hank shrader from breaking bad lol...

Negative experience: Four weeks in a row they have cancelled a hour before my lessons was due to start

Positive experience: Passed with these a while ago with only one minor. I learnt everything from my previous instructor but was unable to continue my lessons with him. Their punctuality needs working on, they were late several times. Instructor turned up on the wrong day, turned up over 40 minutes late making me late for work then missed a lesson claiming it wasn’t booked for the day that it was. I passed my test second time. First time I failed and he drove me home, I’ve been told by several people the instructor should allow the pupil to drive back home as that is still their driving time, I was never given that opportunity.

Negative experience: Unprofessional company, first double lesson booked and the instructor failed to turn up. When contacting head office they said I cancelled the lessons 4 days prior, when I said that I didn't cancel the lessons and had waited around and wasted nearly 2 hours of my day they implied I was a liar because "text messages can be deleted" please avoid this company.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor is Donna Evan's, I originally started driving lessons with another company but the instructor took away all my confidence and I would get upset before and after a lesson. Since starting with Donna ( December time ) I've really built up a lot of confidence. She is polite and professional as well as making you feel comfortable around her from the very first lesson. Honestly now I love my driving lessons and really look forward to them each week. Thank you Donna.

Fantastic experience: Such an excellent driving school. Pam was my driving instructor She is such a calm, professional lady and kept me going through the process. I felt like giving up some days and she kept pushing me and boosting my confidence to eventually put in for my test and I passed first time with only 3 minors! She’s very friendly, chatty, reassuring and an excellent driving instructor. Would highly recommend her to anyone, young, old, male or female. Fantastic experience: My instructor was very good she has made my sister and my mom pass first time I am glad I learnt from her. She taught me everything I needed to learn and made me feel very comfortable whilst driving. Always asked before i drove off if I understood her instructions and told me again if I was unsure. I learnt everything that I needed to for the driving examination (the possible routes and all manoeuvres plus show me tell me questions) .Also, the price for my driving lessons was very good compared to other driving instructors and always could fit me in when I wanted a lesson last minute. Negative experience: Not good. 28 lessons and didn't even teach parellel parking, Bay parking or any other stuff. Milking to get more money all the time. Made me feel constantly that I am doing mistakes when I knew I am driving ok. Awful, avoid please if you don't want to be milked!

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed all my time with pass4fun. My lessons was with Terry, and I couldn't of asked for a better instructor. He automatically makes you feel at ease and made the lessons fun. He managed to get me to pass first time. Once again Terry thanks for everything. I would highly recommend.
