Negative experience: Had a few lessons with him and he said that he would take me through the test. He then texted me at 2:30am to confirm a lesson with me for the following morning and expected me to be ready for the lesson which was not fully confirmed. This also meant that he had inadequate rest to pay full attention if our lesson went ahead. I then sent him a follow up message and he ignored me for a full week, then called to say that I'm ending terms with you in a very unprofessional manner. Methods were not very professional and would not recommend to anyone.

Each lesson was structured and tailored to meet my individual need. Nav is patient and very observant. If there is a particular manoeuvre, route or skill that he feels that you are struggling with he will ensure that it is practiced fully and as many times as possible until you feel confident. Negative experience: This instructor is very unprofessional ! I don't know how he got passed to teach others. He is very rude , always on the phone and not teaching properly. He is a con ! Please avoid and do not bother learning from him . He always cancels and reschedule and has no manners. As an individual suffering anxiety and trying to learn my driving he makes me panic more and brings my anxiety levels higher. He is being reported to Dvla and I 100% recommend you not to use him !

Negative experience: Please, please, please avoid this driving instructor at all costs!! Nav is one of the worst driving instructors I have ever encountered. He is outright rude and unprofessional. He would shout at me for making the simplest mistake. I only had three lessons with him, but going to his lessons always made me super nervous because of how rude he is! He also cancelled two lessons of mine and moved my 2:30 pm lesson to 5 pm. He also talks badly about his other students, and he is very misogynistic and racist. Finally, Nav would sometimes be on his phone whilst I was driving (waste of money!!!!!!!)

Fantastic experience: Mr Navar is an amazing driving instructor. I called him after a friend recommended him to me. He is very punctual and he is very flexible. Which was amazing with the time schedule I had. Within about few weeks he taught me how to drive safely and efficiently. Massive thanks to Mr Navar because I passed the driving test first attempt with one minor. And he went all the way to Borehamwood for my test because I booked my test there. I was so nervous on my test day and Mr Navar helped me to clam down and made sure I do all my manoeuvres and remember all my show me tell me questions before the test. He went above and beyond to help me.. So I highly recommend him to anyone. And thank you so much mr Navar

Negative experience: Called to enquire about driving lessons. Had all sorts of unnecessary questions. First my partner enquired and he said he was available from as early as next week but when I called, he sounded uninterested and demotivated. Very demoralising, rude person.

Negative experience: Leaving a 1 star review even though I didn’t get driving lessons with him. I messaged him about scheduling lessons and he was initially accommodating until the day of my supposed lesson. I was getting myself and my kids ready for the day, hence didn’t get time to respond to his text message and call at 08:20 for our arranged first lesson at 09:00. He accused me of sleeping in because I couldn’t answer his call; therefore cancelling my booking the last minute. I only got to see his message/call 10 minutes before the agreed time, when I was already waiting for him to pick me up. This is not a case of “customer is always right” but how businesses should not treat potential customers. In any line of business, there should always be respect and professionalism and clearly this person didn’t have one. I would have been a good student and would have probably given Nadar a good rating like other people here. But he was rude and that just doesn’t fly with me.

Fantastic experience: Nav is an excellent and effective driving instructor, and helped me pass my driving test. I had previous driving experience, but still had a lot to learn and unlearn. Nav customised the driving lessons to fit my needs and identified and focused on areas where I needed to improve. Nav's teaching method is effective. Nav explains concepts related to a topic and then makes the student practice them. Nav also provides consistent and honest feedback which helped me fix some holes in my driving technique. The mock driving tests also helped me a lot. I felt fully prepared during my driving test as I had gone through similar scenarios during my mock tests.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. Turned up at the address with no warning or planned lesson and was rude

Negative experience: Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. He turned up, with no notice, at my house on a Sunday evening and then cancelled my lesson which was booked for the next day. He disturbed my landlord, my housemate, and myself sleeping after long shifts. I can totally see him wanting payment in advance (as he said he has had someone not pay him before) but this should have been requested. But, turning up unannounced was not the way to go about preventing this from happening.

Negative experience: one star is also I'm giving because there's no option less than one star. I would say it was worse then a star. The instructor was so so rude to me when we met, and after that, he asked for money straight away. Because he was a little late, I asked, is this counted from the time, and the second question, because he was going to a second place for training? I asked, is this all the lost time counted?? It's a normal question he could have answered nicely, but he got me out of the car in a bad way. No professionalism, the worst person I've ever met.

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to say thank you to Navam, for guides me and teach me how to drive in a proper way on the road. Fantastic experience: Have just passed the test in my first attempt with Mr Navar. He is a brilliant driving instructor, very patient and relaxed. I was really nervous initially and very bad at coordinating, he helped me a lot with his slow and steady teaching skills to easily understand, lessons felt comfortable and I was able to progress at my own pace, that saved me a huge part of struggling time. He really went above and beyond to help me calm and be confident for the test. Best thing in him he is Punctual. Fantastic experience: Navar is really the best coach you should expect. I was told that I would never pass the driving test in the UK by another coach before Navar. Because I was used to the driving rules in China and not familiar with the UK driving habits and conditions. And then my friend Grace recommended Navar to me. He is really a great coach who explains everything and every procedures very clearly to you. All you need to do is to remember and follow his standards. He only arranges you the lessons that you need and would encourage and help you get a test as long as he thinks you are ready. So you should never worry about he charges you for too many meaningless lessons(which was the experience I had with another coach). I am a very casual person so I didn't expect I can improve my driving skills so quickly and get passed so fast. At beginning, althrough I had some lessons with another coach, I still feel very unclear with the things I need to be cautious about during the test and also the paticular maneuvers that will be tested. But after only about the 8 lessons with Navar, I feel I was very clear with what will happen in the test and also every details. In addition, Navar is really a kind, humorous and patient man, you will have a very pleasant learning experience with him, and also a lot interesting talks about the international situation and history

Negative experience: He has more experience, no patience at all,he is very rude, when a mistakes happen he starts screaming and swearing, which makes you fell stress and forget everything, I don’t want to say if he is too old to be an instructor but for new learners I will never ever recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I am super happy with the driving lessons, I thought I would never be able to pass a driving exam on the first attempt and it just happened yesterday. Nav is a great instructor, his tips and methods are infallible. He explains everything in such a good way so it’s easy to remember. Very patient and understanding. It was such a lovely experience and even though it was stressful for me it paid off - I have a driving license. Thanks to Nav who went with me hundred times through two mini roundabouts and still was patient and smiling. Teaching a blond one how to drive is a hard work ;) and he done it with success. He is not only a good instructor but also a very nice person. Highly recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences, he’s very rude, just because i swapped one class, shouted at me and left me on the road all alone and also took the money.
