Negative experience: Hi. I booked a 2 hours introduction offer In The wembley area . The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly . The driver was on time and then I started my driving lessons . The instructor seemed good . But from mids onwards, the communication during and after . Which made write this review . based on my recent experience. And why is important to read the red flags... Well my red flags . After rebooking my next session this with a notice of 5 days at least . The instructor named Nuhddin ask me not to cancel again and just be punctual. Which I understand.he has a business to run . Today is Sunday and how can I make this clear but I DINT PLAN TO SPENT MY BIRTHDAY IN A AND E . getting stitches on my leg due to a minor accident. Well your instructor doesn't seem to understand it. I contacted your instructor to apologise and explain. I understand it's the second time I rebooked and it's annoying from my side . But I don't think it's fair his response of " I new it . You gonna cancel . Wow. Really. So upsetting. Well nevermind. In the spirit of full honesty I received from your instructor and maybe how upset I am now. I shall be honest and may I suggest the following.. 1 .Even dough . Is stressful teaching a newbie . Is not cool to repeat " f...Ng... H..ll . Here and there. As this left me wondering is my bad driving or the other drivers bothering you? 2 Vaping even if u ask for permission. Isn't cool . 3. Which pricing shall I follow. The one the driver convened with me or the one on the website that it's cheaper . ? Anyway . If is me or the instructor. I will not carry on with this lessons .. maybe I'm the wrong type of student... 4 A simple Policy or cancellation fee would solve this type of situation. Thanks Regards Adrian
Negative experience: 0V22 LGF- CAR REGISTRATION NUMBER WITH THIS COMPANY ADVERTISED ON IT DO NOT USE, THIS DRIVING INSTRUCTOR ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT AND BROKE 2 MAJOR RULES. TODAY IN SOUTH HARROW - WED 12 MARCH, AROUND 1PM Driving instructor fails to give way at a roundabout and then zooms off going through a red light. Very unprofessional and dangerous. He should be fired and license taken away if this is how he is teaching people to drive.
Negative experience: I booked a 10 Hour Block Booking for my son as his birthday present nearly 1 year ago, but now 11 and half months passed, we still haven't got an instructor to do his lessons! Every time a lesson was confirmed, we were then told the lesson was cancelled just a few days later. The reception staff were arrogant, impatient and very unfriendly. They only care about money! The worst experience ever and please be alert!
Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this School. After investing time and money into lessons with them, I failed my driving test. I understand that passing isn’t guaranteed, but I felt I needed more practice, so I reached out to book additional lessons. Shockingly, my requests were completely ignored. I tried multiple times to contact them, but they never responded. This left me feeling abandoned right when I needed the extra support. The lack of professionalism and follow-through was frustrating and honestly felt disrespectful, especially after I had already been a paying customer. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this school if you’re looking for a reliable, supportive experience. It seems that once they get your money, they’re no longer interested in helping you succeed.
Negative experience: Had a horrible experience with one of the drivers Amrit, who has a very short temper and made me cry, this was my 2nd driving lesson ever and my first with drivingjohnson company, I explained multiple times that I was a beginner and he kept being very rude and huffing And I had even done him a favour of moving my timing slot even though I had booked through the company.
