Positive experience: JD School of Motoring anytime any day. Special shout out my trainer, ADI Mathu.. He not only knows his craft inside out and is so professional in his approach. He helped me unlearn and get rid of the "bad" driving habits' I had over time as an overseas driver. He always had a way of making sense of the why's behind every driving dynamic. He believed in me even after I flunked at my two attempts...never bailed on me but instead nudged to take another shot at it which I did last week...and aced it finally! ADI Mathu has a way of turning a rookie into a pro... You just have to be teachable. I must say, in matters manual transmission training, He's JD School of Motoring's finest. I wouldn't have qualms referring prospects to him.

Fantastic experience: I finally passed my driving test. My instructor has been very helpful with pointing out even for very minor mistakes which I never thought those would be a serious fault. The way my instructor taught me about parking is also very accurate and convenient to use just by using the mirrors!!! I have always been struggling with parking, but I know all the tricks now :) If u need someone to get you ready for the test in a short period of time, I would definitely recommend my instructor to you!

Fantastic experience: I had automatic lessons with Jay who was an excellent instructor. Each lesson built on the previous, and I received personalised feedback at the end of each lesson. Unique to Jay, I felt he was calm and patient when mistakes were made on the road and explanations were easily understandable. He was honest with what he felt of my progress and didn’t unnecessarily drag out lessons for financial profit. I passed first time under his pupillage and am very grateful to Jay for his help.

Fantastic experience: Abby , is really a very good instructor. My experience with her is really very positive. I had no prior driving experience but in 2 months I passed my practical driving test with only 3 minors. She is really very calm and the way she teaches is perfect. Rather than other instructors, she always tell about your faults at the end of the lesson. This gives you immense confidence. For me , she gave classes at late evenings too just to accommodate my busy schedule. She is a very good instructor to go for. I also took few classes from Glenn and he is also a very good instructor as he points out your minor faults too, which in turn makes you a very good driver. Extremely thankful to Abby and Glen from JD school.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this driving company. I wasted a lot of money on lessons that didn’t really teach me anything that gave me confidence. A few weeks before my test my instructor suddenly told me I am being handed to someone else, this person was not even part of the same company and it was all very unprofessional and unfair to have to learn a new car and person so close to a test. He then disappeared and I never heard from him again so I was obliged to stay with this new person in such a short amount of time. Definitely better driving schools out there that want to honestly help you learn and not waste your time and money.

He was happy to explain in detail if my son was confused and went over things several times and ensured my son learnt the right driving skills for life. The first class I had with Abby, I could tell she was very meticulous and I knew immediately that this was the kind of driving tutor I needed. She paid great attention to every detail and made sure to correct every fault instantly. I am glad I worked with her and would totally recommend her to anyone else wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: Worst experience. First my driving instructor frequently cancelled lessons at the last minute, disrupting my schedule and delaying my progress. And then she didn’t respond to my messages, making it impossible to reschedule or get any clarification.Eventually, she left me stranded and scrambling to find a new instructor.

Fantastic experience: Its been wonderful experience of learning with Gajen. With only 10 hrs of lesson, cleared the test at Watford. With a focus more on improving the general driving rather than finding tricks, it helped even when faced any uncovered route during the test.

I failed my first test at Pinner last month and managed to book a test at Mill Hill after three weeks. Despite only having 3 lessons in a different area, Gajen has been really encouraging and he made sure I know the difficult bits at Mill Hill. Overall highly recommended and slots are really flexible as well, he tries his best to accommodate lessons time with you!

She made me feel at ease from the start - I had tried a couple of instructors previously who I did not feel comfortable with as they were very regimented and impatient. Abby on the other hand was very friendly and patient. She gave a lot of guidance but also allowed me to build a natural sense of driving. She also has a lot of knowledge about the routes/tests and her mock tests were very useful in preparing for the exam. I would recommend Abby to anyone who wants to learn to drive and/or pass quickly!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Abby's lessons nearing my driving exam and I benefitted so much from the lessons she provided. She makes sure all the areas of weakness is covered well and also helped me cope with my nerves nearing the exam. she is very thorough in her driving knowledge. I also took lessons from Zuhair in the same company and found both of them amazing at their way of working. I highly recommend them if you are a new learner driver or experienced but going for UK driving exam. I passed my exam in first attempt.
