Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have passed my driving test without the incredible guidance and support of my instructor, Surinder. Surinder was always encouraging and ensured I understood every aspect of driving safely and confidently. He tailored each lesson to my needs, which helped me build my skills step by step. Fantastic experience: Moh J is truly an outstanding instructor I would 1000% recommend him! His teaching style is excellent—he explains everything clearly and helps you identify and correct your mistakes immediately. He’s calm, straightforward, and incredibly supportive. He showed a true passion for teaching and making sure I was comfortable behind the wheel. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my test with only 2 driver faults after previously failing! I also want to thank the Smart Learner office team for making the process of booking my test so smooth and stress-free. They ensure that every student has an easy and enjoyable learning experience, and they’re always happy to help. A big thank you to the whole team! My whole experience has been 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I wish i could give infinity stars but only allow me till 5. All these stars for my lovely instructor Rebbeca D she is an amazing human being and amazing teacher. I was scared on my roundabouts but she made it look so smooth. I had an amazing experience with becky, she is so calm and makes a complex situation very easy. Lots of love from Abdul.

Negative experience: I am warning those student who are naive like myself - they have wasted my time since last year until for 9months last March I asked for an instructor and they kept delaying my lessons and the instructors who will take toilet brakes at McDonald’s. Once they’ve found out to save their reputation they offered to give me a refund for the remaining lessons and now I only have month left before my theory expires. I’ve explained this to them many times but they have refused to help to arrange a driving instructor. Now I have to start the process with a new driving school. I don’t recommend them

Upon review, we note that we have offered you the opportunity to work with eight different instructors, whom you indicated were not suitable for various reasons. By the time we reached the third instructor, we offered a full refund or a transfer to our only available instructor at the time you declined both, opting instead to be placed back on the waiting list. On August 23rd, we informed you that we would be unable to meet your requirements and have since made multiple requests for your bank details to process your refund. Unfortunately, we have not yet received this information. Please provide your bank details at your earliest convenience so we can promptly issue the refund.
