He provides a logical approach and explains the theory behind everything, not just for passing the test but for life-long driving skills. He also provides consistent feedback after every lesson so I knew how to avoid my mistakes going forward. I ended up being very confident for my test today and passed first time! Firstly I'm going to say I fully recommend this instructor (zahir khan) From my experience with him and recently passing my test first time my opinion is he is an amazing teacher and it is a safe and relaxing environment to learn. Overall an amazing guy I personally have lots of health issues including having autism so if your worried about that don't be he is super understanding and will help you out make sure to let him know. As I said I would highly recommend him as on your first lesson with him you will be already driving around and if at any point you are struggling let him know and he will work out the best way for you to learn. His car is also good being a Toyota Yaris and yes it is a small ish car but i am 6 foot I had no problem getting in or out. Thank you to zahir khan for helping me pass !

Fantastic experience: Fabulous instructor! I had around 30hours of lesson with Zahir, unlike the instructor I had previously, the stuff he teaches are applicable to all kind of driving situations. In addition, Zahir is also very punctual, knowledgeable, And I have always had great conversations with him (super chill). He also knows the Coventry and Warwick test routes very well and has prepared me very well for the exam which I passed on the first time. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Unprofessional instructor! At the very first lesson he was getting annoyed, he let me drive independently without guiding and if I do any mistakes we would get obviously annoyed and in the end of lesson he decided that he has a right to scream at me! I had to cancel my next lesson, and was not charged with the first lesson i had with him, but its not acceptable,no instructor should shout at they students …AVOID!

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend!! i dont normally leave reviews, but as reviews were what helped me find me this instructor and pass i definitely had to leave a 5 star one. first off he was very accommodating to find a lesson time that fit with my schedule and i didnt have to wait 2 weeks+ for my first lesson like i was getting elsewhere. he was always on time for every lesson and never made me drop off/pick up other students or use my lesson time for a personal errand, which unfortunately i had with a previous instructor. he was patient and clear with helping me understand why i need to do certain things as opposed to just telling me to get in a certain lane but not why, which has helped me be much more confident solo driving too. he also made a list of what i personally need to go over, like different manoeuvres or certain lanes towards a roundabout that would be in the driving test and we’d repeat until i was ready to tick them off, which helped me feel more confident doing those certain manoeuvres or roundabouts when it came to my test. overall id definitely recommend - lessons can be 1.5 or 2 hours, i opted for 1.5 as i felt like that works best for me

I managed to pass my test by November, but would had most likely passed earlier if it wasn't for my own little mistakes.
