Negative experience: Abandoned trailers on the A46 layby, taking up valuable parking space for hard working lorry drivers that need a brew by law.

Fantastic experience: I completed the 4 day intense course and passed on my first try without being in a truck before and I couldn’t have done it without Andrew! He is a top man and calmed my nerves before my test, could not recommend a better instructor.

Negative experience: Completed my training with complete hgv in chobham. Awful experience. Instructor wasnt bad, but vehicle was falling apart. Coolant was leaking, gearstick was broken. I was also made aware that the vehicle had failed a week prior due to a tyre blow out on test. It then took them the best part of 2 months to reply in regard to a new test date. Vehicle was also far bigger than needed for category i was applying to test for. They unsurprisingly no longer operate out of Chobham. Have added pictures of the vehicle for context.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Andrew guide me through my C+E fastrack course, and help me to pass first attempt. Big thanks for that. A mention also to Ian, who take me to my driving test, and have give my training the last touch before my driving test.

Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant experience going through my C+E licence with Complete HGV. My instructor Andrew was brilliant from day 1, all the way through until my practical test on the 7th day of my intensive course. He was very clear and concise with infomation but delivered it in a way that was easy to understand whilst still driving. Always kept calm, even when i accidentally put us into a Retail centre after mishearing an instruction! Kept calm, took over, got us out of the sticky situation and handed me the vehicle back. Had a bit of a debreif about it, moved on and that was that. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of money and time,only out to have your pants down,3 different instructors none of then care because they want you back to keep paying and the test routes are a no go you'll not pass on the roads they take you so my advice is please avoid they are a shambles Absolute piss take.

Negative experience: Unfortunately and unbeknown to me their HIAB course is not recognised by any of the main UK national accredited bodies (ITSSAR, AITT, RTITB or ALLMI all of which are recognised by employers nationally. I now have to do the 2 day course again with a training provider that covers at least one of the above accredited bodies at a cost of another £640 before I can obtain employment. A disappointing and very costly outcome. What should of cost just £495 has now cost £1135. There is no shorter alternative than this. This course certificate holds no accreditation value whatsoever which is essential. Please note, even if the trainer is RTITB accredited, the qualification you are getting is not unless specified. Sadly in this case it was not explained to me so I will be looking to pursue a claim for being missold. Logic would dictate to either explain this or offer a course recognised so the trainee is aware before paying for a course which holds no recognition to any future employer. The instructor Peter great, sadly a pointless effort.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS They got me to meet some instructor he didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Didn’t even know how to set up the reverse. Wasted my time completely. The staff aren’t great I didn’t receive the full amount of training hours and was refused any money back had to come back extra days as the truck broke down and had to take extra days off work which I wasn’t reimbursed for either. Was told no way of getting anything not even some money back for the training hours I paid for and didn’t receive. Complete mickey mouse company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fantastic experience: Very helpful instructor who was very informative and answered all the questions I had. Also gave me lots of confidence but made sure I knew where and how to improve certain it’s of my driving , I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into hgv/lgv driving

Marcus was my instructor for a 4 day intense course, iv never driven an 18tonne truck before but he taught me everything I needed to know really well! Top guy to sit and chat to aswell to keep your nerves at ease! I was really nervous on my test day but Marcus put me right at ease letting me know how well I was doing and to concentrate on what I needed to improve on rather than worrying about the stuff I was good at. Would 100% recommend Marcus and the complete HGV team! Had a great time aswell as passing all my exams. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I did my C1 course with Complete HVG, and I would definitely recommend them. The instructors I had were fantastic and really helpful and supportive. They made me feel at ease, and were always happy to answer any questions and explain things in a way I understood. The staff in the office are amazing too, always really helpful, and very quick to reply to emails and texts etc, keeping me updated with everything and again happy to answer any questions. Fantastic experience: Completed and passed my cat c+e first time on 19/03/24 with Marcus (and a little help from Ray) and they made it seem so easy for me, they shower huge amounts of confidence in me which helped me be confident in myself. He is the most calm person I have ever met specially when he lets you lose in a huge machine of destruction I enjoyed the course they are very welcoming and make you feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I booked the 7 day fast track training course for class 1 through a third party company, my first trainer was lan but he unfortunately fell ill after two days of training then had Pete. They were both very brilliant trainers and helped me a lot in the few days l was training. I had Pete for 3 days and he is a top top bloke. Very reassuring and firm when he needed to be. Ian. Returned a day before my test and he also boosted my confidence and was excellent. My reversing on the test wasn’t perfect but done enough to pass. The on road test was much easier and l was confident with my driving due to the hard and brilliant work of both lan and Pete. Would highly recommend hgv complete to anyone looking to get their hgv licence. Their truck are good quality trucks too. Very nice to drive.

Fantastic experience: I have been really happy with the training that I received from complete HGV. I found the instructors to be helpful friendly and they were able to get me through all of my tests first time. I am really pleased that I have passed my tests and would recommend this company to anybody looking to take their HGV training. Fantastic experience: I had a godsend of an instructor by the name of Marcus. He guided me through thick and thin. If you can, ask for him to be your instructor. Cannot recommend enough From theory to practical they provided me with everything I needed to pass. I one hundred percent recommend these guys to anyone. The whole way they kept me in the loop. Very simple and straight forward service. Once again big up Marcus!

Unfortunately I failed my 3b, but to no fault of his, and his instruction stuck with me and made it easy to pass when I went to another test centre. If you go with them, book direct, and save yourself the hassle of a broker

Fantastic experience: Sean is quite simply the best instructor I have ever come across since I qualified as a car driver in 1988. If I could give him 7 stars I would without hesitation. I can't thank him enough for enabling me to pass 1st time my class 2 test. Thank your lucky stars if you get him as your instructor!

I have done C+E Class 1 in Fast track and thanks to the best teacher and instructor in the world Marcus, I passed 3a, 3b and cpc Mod 4 in the first attempt (3b only with only 2 minors!) No prior driving experience with large vehicles, but their expert guidance and patience made a huge difference. Passed the reversing test on Day 2. Despite a minor setback due to examiner availability, Pam and the office staff were quick to arrange alternative dates. Adrian and Paul L go the extra mile, training beyond test standards on challenging routes, boosting confidence and helping you become the best driver you can be. Almost two weeks later, Paul's refresher on the test day was invaluable, leading to a first time pass with only 2 minor faults! Outstanding experience with this company. Thanks to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: Booked my CE (Class 1) Fastrack course and let these guys take car of all my training and bookings right from the medical through to my practical driving test. Best decision I could of made as Sharon in the office kept me updated, made sure I was training online and that I was where I needed to be for my medical and each test. The online training pack helped me pass my Theory, Hazard Perception and Mod 2 case study tests all first time and at the same appointment. Then straight away Sharon arranged my training start date Tuesday 30/05/23. My instructor was John Wiles and I explained that although I drive a lot this was my first go in anything above 3.5t with a trailer and the idea of driving a lorry I found daunting. I was started off in a Class 2 Rigid and with John's calm guidance and local knowledge of Coventry I got to grips with it very fast and was moved up to a Class 1. I was amazed how fast I took to it and John really kept me feeling at ease but on track, I had nothing to fear as with the right training and after a few days I felt so confident and wondered why I had put it off so long. I quickly passed my reverse & coupling/uncoupling test that same week again at the first attempt. After a weekend break it was back in the Class 1 to get to grips with my chosen test area Weedon. I had plenty of time to learn the possible areas and John really does know all the areas he instructs you in well. By Wednesday after another great day in the Class 1 at my first attempt I passed my Mod 4 CPC test on site . This brings us to today, my test date Thursday 08/06/23. like most people I had some nerves overnight and certainly had some nervous tension when I arrived. John settled me down and we got out for some practice, by the time we had entered Weedon test centre despite nerves I had so much belief and confidence because of my training with John. The hour flew by, I felt good and met a few challenges and bad drivers on my test but I remembered what John had taught me, kept my cool and handled each situation. I Passed on my first attempt and in the spirit of full disclosure I only had 3 minors. Considering this was all in little over 7 days, 8 if you count my test day and I was a lorry novice last Tuesday I see this as a massive result. I can not thank John enough, he was so invested in me and really wanted to be there to hear my result with me. Seeing someone who was a stranger just over a week ago so happy and proud of me when hearing that I had passed really was a beautiful thing. I recommend these guys from my experience and if you are lucky enough to be placed with John Wiles then you are in great hands. Thank You, Jamie Wright.

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my modules 2, 3 & 4, all of which were booked through Complete HGV Training Services. I approached them direct, & they couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. So well organised, with great communication throughout. Special mention has to go to Andy, my instructor for my practical lessons. Filled me with confidence from the start, was clear & concise with his tuition, & a top bloke as well. One thing I have took from my experience with Complete is that they weren’t just trying to get me to pass each test, but were properly preparing me for a career in the industry. First class!!

Negative experience: A horrendous experience, the instructor Paul will overwhelm you with instructions non-stop, he shouted multiple times and even if you tell him respectfully to stop shouting he will not stop. I've had the opportunity to drive next to 3 other instructors from the same driving school (Adrian, Marcus and Steve McNamara) all 3 are great instructors, they will give you the instructions before the junction and they will tell you after the junction what you could have done better, respectfully and calmly.

Negative experience: Do not use complete hgv training because they wasted my money they are a complete rip off .they messed me around and are very rude and abusive.believe me this instructor called Paul was swearing and shouting at me and I even got prodded with pen in my hand what was extremely painful.then I told Pam the manager and she seem to think that’s ok and do not trust Sharon she used to book me theory dates and when I used to the theory centre their was no theory test.Paul the instructor got me training in Northampton and he said your test will be here. Then with drop of a hat they changed my location to training in Birmingham and the Paul the Instucter said your test is going to be in Birmingham. The the next day Pam the manager said your not going to be going on no test so it’s a complete waste of money and waste of time.Never do the fast track 8 day training course because they kept me on the class 2 when I was supposed to be on class 1 training .Complete hgv training is the worst training company in the uk and the greedy idiots out there. They didn’t care what I had to say .And wasted £3075 of my of my money that I paid them cash a lot of money and the idiots didn’t even put me test

Negative experience: Total rubbish, I drive small car for 18 years yet the examiner had nothing else to say but that I didn't give priority on way out although I said clearly I'm going out as no car comming up until the curve...they will just lie to you and get your cash, this is not normal aside many other things they do I really felt they are there just to fail you but not to test you on driving...50／50 passing now I await family that passed on my failure to come here and bash my comment

Fantastic experience: Trained with this company for my class c back in December and Andy who was the instructor explained everything brilliantly and which helped me to pass first time, just did my class c+e at the beginning of February and Richard who was my instructor for that got me ready for my test which I’m the end was cancelled due to bad weather, but a few days later had a phone call and was rebooked which I passed, iv done my mod 4 with them and each time the staff are super friendly, never had any issues, definitely would recommend 10/10

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience from start to finish with Complete HGV. If you’re like me and having a change of career there’s no need to worry, they walk you through every step, from the theory test to the practical test at the end of your course. My instructor was Andy and I have to say thank you to him for his patience and calm attitude. He put me at ease and gave me faith in my ability. The staff are friendly and have a good sense of humour which makes for a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Took my DCPC and C+E practical training with Complete HGV. I had 2 instructors, Adrian and Richard, both of whom were outstanding. Adrian took me out in a class 2 and taught me the ropes and Richard in an Articulated lorry after that. Not only were they both utterly brilliant, no question was too daft, and believe me,I ask daft questions. Honestly, if I had to do it all again, I'd still train with these guys. Consumate professionals.

Negative experience: I signed up with this training centre in November 2021- I passed my theory in February/March 2022 and I was offered practical training in June 2022. if I do not constantly remind Pam about my course maybe I would have to wait longer but I was quite persistent. My reverse test was nearly six months ago which is a problem because you have to pass the exam again after six months. I failed my first on the road exam in December 2022. After that I constantly rung Pam to book my retest- I'm still waiting for her to call- not even an apology and complete lack of interest. I signed up with a different school in Coventry- I passed my exam today.The two stars are for the instructors- thank you I learnt a lot. Regards to you all- Anna

Negative experience: The instructors are very nice people...but the service provided by the company is disgusting.when i failed my 3a test,my instructor said that my 3b test is going to be postponed until i pass my 3a test and i don't have to pay for the 3b test....now the company asks me for 499£for a "retest" ,when i did not have the test yet...i did not do the complete set of hours,on my third day of training i had to wait 2 hours before they tell me that my instructor got sick....when i had my 3a test,they did not tell me that they changed the testing area...i had to call them because i was worried that no one showed up at that location...and when i called them they asked me if no one told me that they have a new location...and now they want me to pay 499£ for the 3b test...wich i am not...

Negative experience: Was ok till test day that's when it all went downhill.... Failed my 3A which was down to an error on my part but because I was booked in for my 3B the same day I was not allowed out and lost that money!!! Managing to get a 3A a couple months later which I passed, I would be told every week for 4 months when i phoned up that there is no 3B tests available. I found another company (which got me through my test after running out of time on my 3A) which somehow even no there is no tests available according to Complete HGV got me a test the following week! After joining the other company to do my license I did not tell Complete to see if they would contact me and suprise suprise to this day I am yet to hear a call off them and my 3A has ran out in November....

I’ve passed my class 1 C+E first time today I’m over the moon!! my instructors were Peter and Adrian they were very professional, helping me to understand what was needed to drive a class 1 in a safe, professional, manner!! Pam and Sharon who are in the office my first port of call sorted everything out for me all the theory material was sent for me the work through all the exams were booked for me, any questions I had they were happy to help!. the over all experience I’ve had, has been a great one from start to finish! Fantastic experience: Really pleased with complete hgv training. They organised everything from application of provisional and medical all the way to passing my test. All the instructors I had were very professional and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Complete HGV for your HGV license. I had passed my Class 1 license first time with this company. Special thanks to Pam in the office she was very helpful from the first time i spoke to her, always answered any of my questions. Also want to mention and thank my instructors Martin and Dez, the best to ever grace instructing. From my first days with Martin i felt confidant and relaxed, as i could tell he was there to help me succeed. I had struggled with reversing on the Class 1 vehicle, however with the patience from my instructors i had eventually got it and passed it first time, like a pro. Dez showed me a different way for reversing which helped me a lot, this company has well rounded instructors. I cant thank them enough for helping me receive my Class 1 license. I am on my way to make lots of money.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this company enough. I booked through a broker but wish I’d gone directly to these guys! My instructor was 5*, made me feel comfortable in the truck and taught me everything I needed to know. Sadly I failed my first on road test, but I had my retest booked in 2 weeks and I passed! The communication with them was amazing, they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on, and I cannot praise them enough for how wonderful they treated me!

Fantastic experience: Wow what a good experience. I can say that having passed my class 2 today first time and my nerves have settled. 4/7/22. Adrian was a pure pleasure to spend time with and take instruction from. Any mistakes or potential areas of help were very quickly identified and worked on untill I got it right. And as described the old bloke jezza I think his name was who you sent me was a proper gent. Overall a fantastic friendly down to earth team. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Adrian. He made me feel ease behind the wheel as I prepared for my C+E test. The experience was enjoyable. When I made a mistake there was gentle guidance on how to avoid the situation again (rather than having someone screaming at you). I would highly recommend complete HGV to anyone who is trying to get there class 1 or class 2 licence

Fantastic experience: I had Ian and Adrian as my instructors for the fast track course, they were both very professional and very helpful, I went from a complete novice to feeling comfortable driving a class c+e Hgv. I passed first time with both of their help, and thank you to them both for keeping my nerves to a minimum. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to train for an Hgv licence

Negative experience: I was trained by Carl, Ian amaizing instructors, don't have enough words to describe them. This star is only for them. Cannot say the same thing about Peter and Paul which don't understand the job they do, cannot offer support and share their knoledge

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience was not good. I think John got the issue with foreigners plus on top of that he definitely got issue with planning. If you fail you test, getting a retest took 8 - 12 weeks, where you have to call John every few day because he don't know how to plan. Not professional at all, I got feeling that he only care to get new costumer's to get as much money he can, no slot available for retest.
