Fantastic experience: 5 out of 5 stars isn't enough for Az! What a legend, what a G, what a great driving instructor! If you ever get him, you should count your lucky stars. I have been with more than a handful of different instructors over the past few years, and Az is the cream of the crop when it comes to tutoring. He's patient, easy- going, chill and works hard to make sure to get rid of you and turn you into a safe and confident driver. He will take the time to work on your weak spots, never let's a slip up slide and also ask you what you did wrong, so you can actually think about how you drive and become more independent. The more confident I became with my driving the more he gave me room to think and drive independently. This really helped me grow as a driver. I honestly feel super blessed to have come across him, and I am so grateful to have been tutored by him. I haven't just passed my test, I have actually become a confident and knowledgeable driver and I feel that I can safely take on the road. I'm an flipping ecstatic! When it was time for my test the he was super encouraging and positive, even when I wasn't sure myself he kept telling me that I can drive and that i'll mash it! And low and behold I've finally done it! Thank you so much Az, you're brilliant! Honestly, I am really glad I don't have to fork out for any more lesson (worth every penny now, haha), and that I have my Saturday mornings back! But I will miss the lovely morning drive and Az's ridiculous banter.

I’ve had a few driving instructors over the years but Azz was one of the best ones I’ve have had, took me down all the test routes prior to the test, talking me through everything step by step and ensuring I’m comfortable behind the steering wheel. Fantastic experience: It was such a pleasant experience learning to drive with viva driving school. Particularly with Mo himself. I spent a long time on and off lessons due to circumstances but when I finally got back into it, I managed to learn quickly and effectively, in a calm and positive vibe that allowed me to do well without too much pressure. Negative experience: Awful I emailed asking to book an appointment then waited a week with no response. Then I called no answer so I texted them again asking to book an appointment again no response after waiting 2 days no response Then I called them over 10 times trying to get an appointment. Only then was I told no driving instructors were available. Then just to add salt to the wound, someone responded to my text to tell me again that there were no driving instructors available.

We recorded lessons, did mock tests and had lots of practice in identified areas of weakness, so I was as prepared as possible for my test. Fantastic experience: I passed my test a few days ago first time with 1 minor and only 3 weeks of lessons! I did an intensive course with Mo which was perfect. I have autism and adhd so I was worried about learning to drive & my concentration levels for an intensive course but Mo helped me so much!! He listened to my needs and helped me, he was happy to stop off for breaks whenever I needed to and understood that sometimes I was not focused. It would have been difficult to learn with an instructor that didn't make an effort to understand my learning needs but Mo made it easy for me and I am so so grateful for his patience and kindness! He is an incredible teacher because he teaches in a way that works best for the student, and he teaches beyond what is needed just for the test so now I feel confident as a new driver! He also used visual aids like recordings of me doing mock tests and manoeuvres so that I could watch them back and see what exactly went wrong which was really helpful. He also let me do so many mock tests which were in the West Didsbury area so that I was well prepared for the real routes, and he took me into the test centre prior to test day so that I could get a feel for the environment which is important with being autistic and needing to know what is going to happen! Also, his car was great to learn in and he let me have full control over it so I could properly learn. Thank you Mo for being so friendly and funny and going out of your way to help me pass!!!! I really didn't think I would be able to pass first time so I owe it all to you and your amazing teaching!

Fantastic experience: Mo played a critical role in getting me pass first time. Having had a not-so-good experience with a different local instructor/driving school, my confidence was a bit shaken. Mo made the entire process easy and comfortable, focusing on making sure I was absorbing good practice and information without making the situation stale and overwhelming. I'd recommend anyone to take Mo as an instructor, whether you're an eager 18 year-old or a more alert 30 something year-old just like myself.

Fantastic experience: It was really nice experience with AZ Specially the way he Teach you.I used to drive back home and I had bad habits from there so it's bit difficult and Than it's only possible because of Him .And I passed my practical test on West didsbury on 16th Feb 2023.He is very patience and Straightforward that what I like if you have lacking he will let you know when you will going to give your mock Test. Fantastic experience: AZ IS THE BEST MAN. PASSED FIRST TIME WITH ONLY 4 MINORS (2 of which I was a donut for). Honestly, if you wanna not only pass, but be a really good driver get onto Az, seriously. I had other instructors before who were slightly cheaper and it’s just not worth it, driving lessons are an investment and Az is the best one. Diamond guy too.

Fantastic experience: Az was a great instructor! He is very good at explaining things, friendly, and a brilliant teacher. He always tries his best to get you to reflect on what you need to work on. He is patient and takes the time to help you understand exactly why something needs doing a certain way in a calm, clear, and constructive way. He is very assertive in lessons, and will point out mistakes, but is positive when explaining how to improve. This helped me build my confidence in driving, and I looked forward to lessons with him. He encouraged me to progress at a good pace, and gave good advice for when he thought I was test ready. He taught me from the very start, and I passed with 2 minors.

Fantastic experience: Mo is an INCREDIBLE instructor! Very clear, calm, patient and reassuring. He knows what the pupil is going through and knows exactly how to put someone at ease. He knows how to give a pupil confidence and develop their skills. I dreaded the first lesson but I immediately started to enjoy them. I was incredibly nervous but Mo turned me into a safe and competent and reassured pupil that passed first time. I don’t think anyone else could have done that! Many thanks Viva and Mo especially!

Fantastic experience: After having contacted Viva I got designated an amazing instructor who set out a plan for me and how I should take my lessons. He understood where I was at with my driving and provided recommendations on how to space out my lessons so I could save more money and also work towards passing my test. As of today I have passed my driving test and I am super greatful to my instructor for helping me learn and I highly recommend their service!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend using Viva Driving school. I had previously passed a driving test in New Zealand but had to apply for a UK license and therefore sit a test over here. Hamza was great throughout the lessons and really helped me with rules of the road that were specific to the UK. He gave excellent advise and was always on time for lessons. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin. Mo who was my instructor was absolutely amazing, because of his astounding teaching skills I successfully passed FIRST TIME!!! When I met Mo my driving was not the best … I was very hesitant with everything I did. However approximately by my 5th lesson with Mo I was able to get more confident and comfortable with driving on different types of roads and performing different manoeuvers. Mo isn’t like any other instructor. He as great humour including the best dad jokes, good driving techniques for new learners especially and great conversations starters. This for me was very important as previously with other driving instructors ( who I will not name) did not instruct me to do anything…they preferred yelling and installing fear, which is not ideal. To conclude, Mo if you’re reading this thank you for everything I will remember everything you taught me. To all new learners or learners with not so great driving instructors THIS IS THE DRIVING SCHOOL FOR YOU!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving with Az, with only 1 minor ! Az is the best driving instructor around and I couldn’t fault him at all ! He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who’s is looking for a driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test with 3 minors this morning. Az is a brilliant instructor and I would definitely recommend him (and Viva). He helped give me the confidence to pass my test. Along with having a patient manner with taking the time to explain the rules of the road/mistakes, he's friendly and easy to have a laugh with! Az helped me identify areas of weakness and structured personalised lessons around this. Thanks for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Been taking driving lessons with instructor Mo, couldn’t of asked for a better instructor to teach me he was calm, patient and a laugh and always made you feel at ease. Passed on my second attempt and Mo always gave great encouragement. My experience of driving was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him in the future.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my practical test today with Az. He’s an amazing instructor! I’ve had previous instructors that made me feel anxious and hesitant when driving but Az was able to build up my confidence within a short amount of time. Fantastic experience: I was initially recommended Viva Driving school through a family friend and I’m thankful that I decided to go with them. The friendly and comforting atmosphere that my instructor Hamza provided, allowed me to drive without any stress at all and really enjoy learning which for many can be a daunting experience. Having Azhar who’s one of the senior instructors at Viva by my side constantly checking in to see how my lessons are going and helping me secure a test date was invaluable and shows how much they really care about their students. I would recommend Viva Driving School to anyone who’s looking for a friendly and nurturing place to learn how to drive and pass first time.

Fantastic experience: I had the honour of having Mo as my driving instructor and honestly he is best about , i started off as an anxious driver but he put good faith in me and worked his hardest to ensure i was ready for the test. He is also the funniest , friendliest person ever and we had loads of fun memories and wont ever regret choosing him as my instructor. Would highly recommend!
