Fantastic experience: Hi just wanted to give a big thankyou to the L Team driving school and my instructor Ikram what a lovely person he is. I'm a nervous kind of person upon learning to drive and by speaking to ikram he made me feel positive every lesson.Even when lessons didn't go perfect and I was doubting myself at times he turned that around and made it all positive.He speaks in a nice calm manner with reassurance at all times.On the day before my lesson Ikram phoned me to ask how I was feeling and if there was anything I was worried about. Before ikram phoned me i was feeling a little nervous but when he phoned me with reassurance that all went away. Lovely person and an excellent driving school . I hae now passed my test today and it's changed my life for the positive so just want to say a big thankyou to ikram and the Lteam .

I previously had several other instructors with limited success, but Hamza’s knowledge, positivity and patience helped me discover a new-found confidence in my driving. Fantastic experience: Just passed first time with L Team today. I am very thankful for the driving instructor that I had who was Harith. He’s been so helpful in every lesson, and I’m glad I got to learn how to drive through him. He’s so friendly and is always on time if not early to pick up his learners and makes the most of your money for each lesson. He’s very detailed and precise and will help do what is necessary with passing your test. Don’t be afraid if you fail your mock tests with him because he is as strict as it gets, so most likely you will pass when it comes to the actual test. Thanks L team once again and I will surely recommend going with this company if you want to pass easily.

Fantastic experience: I booked my initial lessons with the L team. My driving instructor was Hassan. I want to make it clear that Hassan is absolutely knowledgeable about this area. I want to draw attention to his points of reference. Even if they might seem strange, they work, and we have to trust the process. We need someone patient to teach us how to drive, and Hassan has been tremendously helpful throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Tal took me on with only a few weeks to my test. I couldn’t be happier with the training I received. I told him when my test was and he knew all the routes - this meant we spent each lesson driving actual test routes (not just aimlessly driving around), with Tal showing me exactly where other learners trip up. Sure enough, come test day, I knew the route and all its common faults. Easy. Thank you Tal. Thank you L Team.

I had never driven before and I remember the first lesson I had with him I had no idea how to even hold the steering wheel,couldn’t even differentiate my left from my right and I thought he wouldn't come pick me up for my next lesson,well he did. He not only believed in me but he molded me to be the good driver that I am .Enjoyed my lessons with him and would always look forward to my next lesson. Fantastic experience: So glad that I Passed my driving test on the first attempt, courtesy Talat bhai and his amazing driving teaching skills. He prepared me for the test in one month and made all the efforts necessary to rectify my mistakes and make me well prepared and confident for my test. Mr Tallat took me to all the possible routes in short period of time and luckily the day before test he took me to the route which was my actual route on test day and told me that I might get this route because of the timing of my test. Mr Tallat is a keen observer and does not let go of any of the mistakes of the pupil and points them out which helps person to get better by each lesson. I had a few issues with manoeuvres but he was patient enough to guide me with the right techniques. I highly recommend Mr Tallat as he made me test prepared and pointed out my repetitive mistakes so i don’t make them on test day and luckily i did not. I am so excited and relieved and all the credit goes to my teacher ❤️

Fantastic experience: I trained for my driving test in Manchester with Muhammad Amin (Amin ji). He is extremely knowledgeable and hats off to his patience! It is not easy to unlearn ways of driving in another country. But thanks to his constant coaching and confidence building, I passed my test and my driving skills are far better than before and fit for driving in the UK.

Fantastic experience: I was relieved to come across Talat, after having a not so great experience with my old instructor. He has a unique way of teaching manoeuvres to a perfect test standard. With 10years of experience as an instructor in Cheetham Hill, he is familiar with all the roads of the area and takes you on all the possible test routes, making you feel very confident before your exam. He also talks you through common mistakes you can make in your test. He is a thorough instructor and puts 100% effort into each lesson, maintaining a calm, patient manner. He takes the time to explain things clearly and concisely. I felt very confident going into my driving test thanks to Talat. Before coming to him, there were many errors in my driving, which he helped fix. He is flexible and despite being so busy, he always made time to fit me in. I would definitely recommend Talat to anyone that would like to pass soon.

Fantastic experience: I had my L-Team lessons with Tal, after I switched from a different driving school, and I have to say he was extremely helpful in teaching me how to drive in a safe and quick manner and helped me pass my test first time and complete my driving in less than 3 months. The way Tal structured his lessons and taught certain concepts made it way easier to drive safely and less stressful to drive on the road. On top of that, he’s very easy to talk to and has always answered my doubts and helped me improve as a driver in a very quick time. I strongly recommend to learn driving from Tal to anyone who wants to be a good driver in a short period of time. Thank you Tal for putting in the time and effort during lessons to help me pass.

Fantastic experience: Took these guys on and decided to try and Automatic after 3 failed attempts in a Manual and PASSED! Absolutely brilliant instructor who was calming, intelligent, friendly and helped me with nerves really well with great advice after failing and on the verge of giving up and getting a moped instead my instructor Ikram gave me great advice about how it's not failing its experience and told me instead of being nervous use that energy to focus on the road ahead and that advice worked amazingly on the test! Great instructor and a great guy Absolutely recommend!!

He was really calm and reassuring as an instructor, and no question was too silly, helping me understand where I was going wrong, whilst building me up! I would definitely recommend!

I had multiples tests cancelled on me due to driver availability, Hassan did everything he could to get me a test and ensure I was appropriately prepared for the test. He went out of his way, above and beyond to take off me as a student. Very very highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: i passed last month first time with harith! he was an amazing instructor, very detail oriented and helped me pass in only 5 months! would highly recommend to book in with harith if you can :)

Negative experience: Terrible experience from this driving school, I was given a driving instructor who was very passive aggressive and would spent majority of the lesson making sinister remarks, e.g, “watch your speed imagine your mothers in that car you would have killed her”. Moreover he would get easily angered when I wouldn’t speak much in lessons (due to them being early in the morning) and would make me take him on personal trips e.g Mc donald’s/Tim hortens. There were also sly remarks to my race when he’d say things like “I’ve taught people from your country before” and referenced me being Jamaican (I’m nigerian) but being naive I tried to remain patient as I like to give everyone a chance. He rarely let me practise maneovers I felt I was struggling on and 5 days before my test he made threats to quit on me because I was still unsure on the same maneovers he refused to teach me. Being a young learner is very difficult especially whilst using your savings to fund your lessons and unfortunately not everyone genuinely has your best interest at heart. After being advised several times by my parents to find a different instructor the driving school gave me a new instructor who knew of my test date prior but then later said he was unavailable 2 weeks before my test, luckily I decided to find a new driving school and passed. I know my personal experience may not reflect the experiences everyone else may have had as this driving school has many good reviews (hence why I chose it) but I’d suggest if you are a young, female black learner to find a different driving school because the stereotypical treatment you’ll receive is not worth it. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I passed my driving test on the first attempt with only four minor faults, thanks to my instructor, Hassan. His professional and calm teaching style made a significant difference in my learning experience. Hassan was always open to answering all my questions and has a remarkable ability to simplify complex manoeuvres, like navigating roundabouts, which I had previously struggled with. His patience and clear instructions made all the difference, and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the L team they helped me to transition smoothly from manual to automatic lessons with no hassle. I was able to get as many lessons a week as needed and went from being a very anxious driver to confidently passing my test within a couple of months. Fantastic experience: Junaid is an excellent driving instructor, who guided me - a person in her mid-30s with no previous driving experience - through the driving school in a matter of few weeks. He was very clear and coherent in his teaching/communication and it was easy to agree on teaching hours. I appreciated his skills in conveying to the student what is needed for the driving test...the best evidence of this is that I passed with my first attempt! Fantastic experience: If you told me 3 months ago I would have passed my driving test today, first time, I wouldn’t have believed you. Having had other instructors in the past with little success, I found Hamza in my time of need. Hamza catered for my every need, being my personal mentor and providing much needed emotional support. Battling nerves for the driving exam was one of my biggest challenges but Hamza made sure I was 100% confident before the big day. Hamza was knowledgable in all areas of driving instructing, structuring each lesson to my specific needs, focusing on problem areas. I came away from each lesson with Hamza feeling like I had learnt something and made improvements on my driving. He is professional in a way that he can not ignore any minor mistake without correction to help you drive safely up to UK standards. His area was not the area where I live, yet I decided to do his area in the driving test because he has a good reputation and here I am.

Fantastic experience: I had Hassan Nawaz as my driving instructor from the L-Team and I can not pin it down in words how amazing an instructor he is. He has astonishing knowledge about the driving test routes and all the exact things the examiner might ask you to do. He prepared me so well that during my actual test I performed everything so comfortably, nothing was new for me and I passed in my first attempt. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Hamza enough. I failed my first test with another driving school, and my confidence was at an all time low. When I switched to Hamza, he was professional and gave structured lessons which were based around my abilities and the things I needed to work on. He checked in with me at the beginning of each lesson to see how I was feeling and if there was anything I wanted to address and practice. He was dedicated to help me pass in my own way. Fantastic experience: My instructor Mr. Arif Shaikh is a gem. His experience and his knowledge on all the topics is extraordinary . He is very honest with his feedback in each lesson. I think his way of explaining the mistakes and corrections gets registered in the learners head strongly so that the mistakes are not repeated. As a learner, we might feel it's hard but it's all to make us better & safe drivers on the road. He patiently explains things multiple times until we get them right. Fantastic experience: My daughter used this driving company and passed first time. The driving instructor Mohammad was a very patients, understanding and how to teach a learner, my daughter never complained through out the lenses she learnt a lot from him. Fantastic experience: I've had a couple of instructors but none were as clear and helpful as Rahat. Never felt like I was going to pass but I learnt a lot in the 10 lessons I had with him and felt not only confident passing the test, but I now feel confident on the roads in the future. I would recommend asking for him in particular when you enquire. That's if you want someone that genuinely cares about you passing and will give you the tips you need to ace it on the day!

Fantastic experience: I had several driving classes with Muhammad Amin for the West Didsbury test route. He was exceptionally professional and taught me with great expertise. Thanks to his thorough instruction, I passed my driving test on the first attempt. Muhammad was consistently punctual and accommodating to my scheduling needs. Without his support and guidance, I don't think I would have passed so successfully and learned defensive driving techniques as well as I did. Additionally, his reasonable pricing and dedication to helping his students succeed in their exams make him an outstanding instructor

Fantastic experience: There should be a picture of Hamza when defining a good driving instructor! After a shocking experience with my first instructor from a previous school who bailed on lessons regularly I switched to him. He's been super helpful, was really patient every time I made a mistake or got nervous and coming up to test day made sure we over prepped so there was no chance I'd fail. Anyone new to learning to drive looking for an instructor that won't knock their confidence and ensure they're ready to pass their test please reach out to him!

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Hassan Nawaz, I unfortunately failed the first time but he was so encouraging and was able to get me a date in just 2 weeks. His teaching method is really clear and understandable, even when I kept making silly mistakes he’d always correct me in the nicest way possible. I’ve had other instructors and none of them were as helpful and taught me like him. If you’re looking for a driving instructor from the L Team I highly recommend him!!!

Fantastic experience: Ikram was my driving instructor with the L team. He was my fifth instructor out of my 10 years worth of having lessons (On and off and with different instructors / driving schools) I could drive, but I lacked confidence and was quite a nervous driver. I can say that I have passed my driving test first time today with Ikram after having lessons with him for only 7 months. He is an amazing teacher, he is patient, reassuring and positive. His positivity energy with me was what made me believe I could do it. Ikram supported me and taught me manoeuvres and helped me get over my fear of roundabouts. I would recommend Ikram to anyone who is looking at doing automatic lessons! He is brilliant. Thank you again! :)

Fantastic experience: Let me just say everyone needs a HAMZA! I can say that as I have had 4 different driving instructors in the past and no one has prepared me for the test like Hamza did. My main issue was dealing with stress while driving and on the test, as I have failed 4 times before I met Hamza, I was very nervous. He has made me feel so confident and calm that I can’t recognise myself! He is not judgy and will always take the time to explain everything carefully and make sure that you understand and are ready for absolutely everything before your test. I would recommend Hamza no matter at what level you are on, he will not waste your time! He is an excellent listener who understands your weaknesses and will help you turn those into strengths. There is no stupid questions for him, and he will carry out the lesson accordingly to what you need. Hamza thank you again for all your help and support, I couldn’t have done it without you!
