Fantastic experience: I came to A2B with low confidence after an experience elsewhere. From picking up the 'phone and speaking with Alex to lessons with my Instructor Pete, the experience was totally professional and really enjoyable. Lessons were organised really efficiently and I gradually built on my skills with a gradual progression that matched my ability and where I was at each time. It was bespoke and at a pace that was good for me but also recognised when I needed a bit of a gentle shove! The bikes were excellent and everything laid out each time, just great. I came to motorbiking at 59 and absolutely love it, wish I'd been to A2B and done it all sooner! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I passed my A2 with A2B in 2021, I was really happy with how the whole team conducted themselves and helped me pass my Mod1 and Mod2 first time! I recommended numerous of my friends to train with A2B and they all agree that they’re friendly, informative and really support each individual on their journey to attaining their motorbike licence. 3 years later I have come back to A2B to complete my full unrestricted licence. Baz was a very nice chap , had some good advice and communication, he really helped bring my confidence back , so much so ive now booked in for my motocycle theory, and will be returning to acquire my full licence at A2B. Fantastic experience: Great service all round. All my instructors were great, friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Bikes were in good condition. Their facility at Leeds East Airport is fantastic as a new rider with good area for MOD1 practice and the roads round the Airport are great fun to get up to speed with the bike. All test booked were handled by A2B which meant there were no long test waits that you see in the news and lessons could be fitted in perfectly to match the test date. I got recommended A2B from a friend and didn't do much research on the price so I can't comment on that side nor would I care as I would be more than happy to pay whatever it takes to go with the school as it was perfect! 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: I booked some 1-2-1 training with A2B just to get some pointers with my bike handling to build my confidence on the road. I rode with Baz who was really patient and full of praise. We rode for about 4hrs around the Yorkshire dales/moors and had a few stops here and there for chats and advice. I was really happy with the results, I picked up a lot of valuable lessons which has helped me become a more confident and safer biker.

Fantastic experience: Did my training with A2B and really can't recommend them highly enough. The delivery of the lessons and the professionalism is honestly 100%....or it was for me and, it seems, everyone else leaving reviews!! It's professional but relaxed, no pressure, no arrogance or impatience whatsoever. You feel like you are being taught by a friend you've known for years....it really is that good. I recently passed my MOD1 and have yet to take my MOD 2 but that's irrelevant when leaving this review about A2B, it won't be down to them if I mess up on the day. Thanks to everyone at A2B.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed an epic motorcycle experience that is the Reeth Three Day Trial. This wouldn’t have been possible without the highly professional services of the team at A2B Motorcycle training. Alex clearly explained what can be quite a complicated process and managed to arrange the required tests and training at short notice to a challenging timeline. The instructors, kit and facilities at Church Fenton are spot on. They quickly understood my background and abilities and concentrated on the areas I needed to improve. I was particularly impressed with how well they prepared me for my MOD 1 test, all aspects of the test had been practised and rehearsed so that the test was second nature. Riding in the countryside and towns around Silsden with Barry preparing for my MOD2 was an absolute joy, such a great environment to ride a bike! Barry ensured I was familiar with the locations that are likely to make up the test and ensured I was relaxed, calm and confident for my MOD2 test. Again, I had some good fortune and another good ride to pass my test to get my licence and ensure I could ride the 3-day trial. Thank you all, it was mega!

Fantastic experience: Experienced and patient instructors, nice motorcycles. Not the cheapest out there, but actually very good value. I was a direct entrant, with only car and bicycle experience previously but still passed both module tests first time- which I think is testament to the quality of the instruction I received.

Fantastic experience: I always take negative reviews with a pinch of salt and on balance but I find it hard to believe that the negative review on here is referencing the same business that I've just passed my DAS with. I contacted A2B at a bad time, they were just recovering from lockdown and suspension of tests by the DVSA. But Barry and Alex were most apologetic and promised me they'd fit me in just as soon as they'd cleared their backlog. That was fine by me, I didn't want to jump the queue when there were people who'd been waiting longer than me. But I had bought a bike which was sat at home in the garage and I was itching to ride it ! Alex came up with a plan for CBT, MOD1 training and test and MOD2 training and test and made recommendations on where to get my theory done and when. I did my MOD1 training at Church Fenton and met instructor Pete over there for the ride down to Wakefield for my MoD1 test. MOD2 training was then out on the roads around Steeton with instructor Chris. A couple of venue and test site tweeks were made, no doubt because of their frantic diary, but the dates and times were unaffected so all was good. I think it speaks volumes for A2B that I sailed through CBT, passed my MOD1 with zero faults and passed my MOD2 with a minor fault (stupid stall pulling out of a junction) I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Barry, Alex and their team. In the current climate you might have a little wait, but you'd probably have it anywhere. Go with A2B and give yourself the best chance you can of passing.

Fantastic experience: I have finally passed my test with A2B. Given the weather conditions and the covid situation it has been a struggle as tests kept getting cancelled. That and my anxiety was not helpful. Alex and the team however were incredibly helpful. In rearranging times and test they have been very flexible and supportive. Easy to reach through phone and email and very friendly as well as very professional in the training they give in preparing you for both your test and for being a bike rider. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys so much!

Great instruction, pristine bikes, friendly service, excellent communication and the new training ground at Church Fenton is superb! Did my MOD 1....PASSED FIRST TIME. A week later did my MOD 2....PASSED FIRST TIME! Read all the reviews and Id suggest disregarding DG's review! An American airmen disgruntled at having to do the UK test even though he holds a US bike licence....oh and he put his feet down on part of the MOD 1....when youre not supposed to. A2B ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this place enough. Myself and my stepson Luke did our repeat CBT's at the end of October with Barry. The experience was completely different from the first CBT (with a different company). Barry made us feel completely at ease and even though it was bouncing with rain, the day with him was brilliant. Going to get christmas over with and we'll be back for the big boy licence.

Fantastic experience: Did my Mod 1 and mod 2 with A2B Motorcycle Training. I'm 45 years old and A2B made me feel at ease. Very impressed with the instructors Mark and Barry. They have lots of patience, never a cross word, only helpful advice and encouragement. Great facilities and use of the old airfield near York is brilliant too. I have no hesitation in recommending A2B, 100% happy with them. I'm hugely grateful to A2B, especially Barry, Mark and Alex. Thank you all for your support and best wishes for the future.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to learn to ride with. I moved my lessons over to A2B after using another company who didn't have the instructors or bikes to give me any more lessons after I failed my Mod 1. Contacted A2B who not only booked me in straight away, they also had other makes and models of bike too learn on, after I mentioned finding the engine braking on the Suzuki Gladius a bit harsh. Moved over to learn on the Kawasaki Z700 and never looked back. Passed my Mod 1 out in Tockwith and my Mod 2 at Horsforth. Wish I'd gone straight to A2B in the first place. Can't rate them highly enough.

I did my learning on a 2019 triumph street triple WOW! They actually cancelled my lessons because they thought I was ready for my test. They are honest and reliable. By far the best around!
