Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant guys, you sorted me out even when I turned up with a broken hand a couple months back, but passed mod 1 absolutely no issues! And have absolute confidence in the mod 2, hopefully will be category A licenced in about a month! Thankyou so much, instruction was 10/10 great job guys

Fantastic experience: Recently pased my DAS wit the help of Kathryn, Elliot and the team. Only took a couple of weeks to pass from no riding experience to completing mod 2 with a clean sheet. Fantastic experience: They're a really good training centre. I had my CBT booked in late September and by the end of October I had passed my DAS first time. Elliott was really knowledgeable and gave you everything you needed to know for the tests. Can only recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our instructor Chris was just amazing! So patient and calm with us..he certainly had his work cut out. I had just got over covid and wasn’t myself and the other rider was a complete novice. We both ended up on automatic bikes but it didn’t matter..We had a really enjoyable day and Chris equipped us with all of the skills and knowledge to complete the CBT successfully. Thank you Tizwaz I will be back to complete my next stage of training with you

Fantastic experience: I rate Tizwaz extremely highly , & would fully recommend to others their set up for training is very professional , Chris our instructor was brilliant, gave lots of encouragement, made you feel at ease to pass the test & enjoy the day.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant shop the lady was very knowledgeable on all the clothing I went in to buy some jeans and was not hounded or pressured in to buying more expensive. I was actually told about secondhand which turned out to be brand new just old stock will definitely be getting my motorbike clothing from here in the future.

Negative experience: Motorcycle training service was Appalling as despite being more expensive than everywhere else. Tbh I only went with Tizwaz because let’s ride and a2b were fully booked up for months and Tizwaz was the only one that had bookings available and reduce there prices, but obviously for good reason, because the staff lack people skills & were very contradictory all apart from one trainer. Which only worked 1-2 days a week so you would have a different trainer each day of the course, so you kinda set up to fail. I was the only one to pass my first part into first practical out of my group do the pass rate at Tizwaz isn’t great, Then they lied to get more money out of me for more training claiming that the y had spoken to the tester again and he said that he would test me again unless I had more training, when in fact the tester told me in front of the Tizwaz trainer after I failed my practical on road test. That due to my nerves I just need to pull it back 10% and I would pass it with flying no colours. Tizwaz sore this as an opportunity to make more money but I was going to fall for it, don’t make the mistake I made I get impatient and wait for a more reputable company to become available.

Fantastic experience: Kathryn, James and Elliot have all been doing invaluable in getting myself set on two wheels. There’s a wide range of new and pre-used kit in store and always someone to help advise on what’s going to work for you and they’re just happy to do the little things like fitting a pinlock visor or having a chat with a coffee about bikes and it makes all the difference. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my MOD 2 after completing my DAS training with TizWaz. I couldn't of asked for a better service from the whole team. I was lucky enough to be trained by all three instructors during the training including James, Chris and Elliot, all who are top guys and a credit to TizWaz. The training was concise, informative, friendly and a good laugh which made the whole experiance really enjoyable. Kathryn by default becomes your 'Motorcyle Mum' who arranges everything for you and takes away all the stress away from the process whilst offering great gear advice and prices to students (also a good coffee on the pitstops). If you're about to book a CBT or Motorbike training don't look any further. A great local company and a credit to the British Motorcyle industry.

Fantastic experience: Good kit, good prices and amazing staff/instructors

Fantastic experience: Popped in masked up, and greeted with a warm and pleasant smile, had a brief look at armoured jeans a small but significant offering, a few discounted and even found a pair in my size 38, however unlike other jeans these seemed to hang low even when fully up. Lol seemed like A hipster gone wrong! Knee pads were also sat too low even as much to say they sat under my knees. Aa shame but the staff were friendly and even explained that the pads were adjustable. If it wasn't for the fact they rode so low would have been perfect. Great staff, great stock, great shop.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take a bike CBT! I took mine back in August amid the pandemic and my anxieties were very much put at ease. Just need to get on and work towards my permanent licence now - which they also gave some handy tips on. Much appreciated, and only sorry it's taken so long to write a review. I don't really know why it did. Will definitely be using their services again.

Negative experience: Should not go to them for simple CBT. If you are foreigners and have a good experience, it doesn't matter to them, so they will try to make more money unnecessarily. I had a bad experience they will see you that you are not only good enough for them but if you change the test center to go to someone else you will get it. Experienced motorbike riders will not go to them for CBT test.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend these guys anymore, went in to it with 0 bike experience and, James my instructor did and amazing job at easing me into it and was just really easy to work with, nothing is a rush with these guys , they make sure you are happy with everything before you move on. I dealt with Kathryn in the office many times about Training and Test days. She does a fantastic job at organising everything and is very polite. I didn't have to worry about anything as she sorts it all out for you. Thank you very much for an easy and pleasant experience on getting me my A2 Bike Licence.

Fantastic experience: I have to tell the story of my outstanding cutomer experience i have received at Tizwaz Shop. I have been given motorbike gloves by my cusin as a birthday gift in September however the gloves where far too big. My cousin said to pop into the Tizwaz and ask for exchange for a smaller ones however he did not have a receipt! I kept the gloves in my car in order to pop in there and ask as a off chance if they would be able to do that. As shop is not near by where i live and not having much hope i kept the new gloves in my car for six months... In March 2019 I was finaly nearby the shop and decided to pop in. I WAS SO PLEASENTLY SURPRISED THAT THE OWNER RECOGNISED THEIR OWN PRODUCT AND CHANGED THE GLOVES FOR THE DESIRED SIZE FREE OF CHARGE - this is unheard of amaizing customer service which all shops should aim to be this down to earth . MASSIVE THANK YOU AND A BIG THUMBS UP...will recommend your shop to all keen bikers i will come to meet - THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: Just done my CBT here and bought my gear from there shop a couple of weeks ago. To start with on my CBT great instructors very knowledgeable, good people skills and they can have a laugh which makes you feel more relaxed and there very reassuring. The shop has a great selection from new to second hand so you can get some great bargains and the lady running the store has great knowledge and she's a great help in getting you what you want.

Fantastic experience: I had a fab day doing my CBT with James (instructor) and another female learner, James is immediately welcoming & friendly and offers you a brew ;) The lessons themselves are brilliant and thoroughly explained and demonstrated by James before you have your go. Obviously there's a timetable, but you don't feel rushed, you go at your safe pace. By the time the road ride came up at the end, I was feeling really confident in myself and James, it was such good fun, you hardly realise how much you're learning in such a short space of time. Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my CBT and then moved on to the DAS course resulting in a first time pass! Right from the very start I was greeted by Kathryn whom is extremely friendly and full of good advice, just this alone made me feel that I had come to the correct place to do my training. When I did my CBT I borrowed the safety gear for the day, helmet gloves etc. However when I moved on to the DAS training I thought it be a good idea to get my own. Again I spent a long time going through all my options with Kathryn at the shop and felt that I was suited and booted ready to go at a decent price! She was very very helpful! I did my CBT with James who was very calm, professional and patient with the two of us that were on the course. I felt quite at ease and not stressed at all, he has a really decent way of teaching! Following on from that I did my DAS training. My first day was with Elliot. He is very experienced and again really friendly. The rest of my training was with James and thorough there training, it resulted in passing both modules first time! I have had an excellent experience from the moment I walked into the shop to passing my final module!! I can not recommend these guys enough!!

Fantastic experience: Lovely lovely shop, wonderful employee, great products new or second hand, I bought brand new pants and a jacket for a fraction of the price new without even being worn, still had the tags and I got first class treatment, lovely store to go to, great experience I would definitely visit again as soon as I need something!
