Fantastic experience: I would just like to take a moment to firstly thank Chris and Andy for their support in getting me from a brand new rider to a first time pass DAS. Both Chris and Andy have the perfect characteristics for instructing as they were approachable, patient and knowledgeable. From the initial phone call they have been professional and provided very good information and on top of that a very simple process to book, pay and know what you needed to do on the day. The facility was ideal and really did provide everything that was needed even down to the car parking which they had facilitated with secure parking over the road at the hotel which I thought was just great. The part I most enjoyed about my experience with both Chris and Andy was how they both where friendly and spoke to you in a way that made you feel you had known them for years. I would highly recommend Elite Riders for anyone considering their license.

Was patient and understanding. The 1 to 1 training was amazing and would highly recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: Top guys, Chris was brilliantly helpful in booking at short notice and Andy’s excellent instruction on the DAS helped me pass my Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time in just 3 days end to end. The bikes m are also great and well maintained, I rode both a Honda CB650 and a Kawasaki z650 and had the pick of these for test days. I read a few negative reviews which can be ignored IMO and summed up as one disgruntled CBT candidate who didn’t bother to read the requirements/bring the right gear (which riding without would have put them in danger) who has then asked their only 3 mates to all spam bad reviews. No wonder all the other hundreds of reviewers are 5*! Cheers guys, keep doing what you’re doing!

Chris the instructor was not only informative , instructive without being stern, but he was very relaxed and patient with me , going at my pace and reassuring me that I was doing well. Negative experience: Rude staff, Andy wasn’t helpful one bit and the bikes looks like they need a good service. Wouldn’t mind I’ve looked at the other reviews and it’s saying people ain’t wearing the right equip so people couldn’t do the test. Yet I seen a staff member (instructor) riding without an helmet doing figure of, eights! Disgusting company

Negative experience: **Elite Rider Training: A Cautionary Tale** As a prospective motorcycle rider, I was eager to find a reputable training provider to obtain my Compulsory Basic Training (CBT). Elite Rider Training initially appeared promising, but my experience with them has left me deeply disappointed and wary. **Unprofessional Conduct** Upon attending the training center, I witnessed a shocking incident involving my friend. Elite Rider Training staff members accused him of wearing inappropriate clothing and proceeded to demand that he pay an additional fee. Despite his protestations that his attire met the required safety standards, they refused to budge. This behavior was both unprofessional and predatory, and it left a sour taste in our mouths. **Financial Concerns** After witnessing this incident, I decided to withdraw my business from Elite Rider Training. However, to my dismay, they refused to refund my deposit, claiming that it was non-refundable. This left me feeling cheated and violated. And they won’t give my friend his money back to **Lack of Communication** Throughout the entire process, Elite Rider Training displayed a complete lack of communication. They failed to provide clear information regarding their policies and procedures, leaving customers confused and frustrated. **Stay Away** Based on my experience, I strongly advise prospective riders to avoid Elite Rider Training at all costs. Their unprofessional conduct, questionable financial practices, and poor communication make them a highly unreliable and untrustworthy provider. If you are serious about motorcycle training, I urge you to seek out reputable and ethical training schools that prioritize customer satisfaction and safety above all else.

Negative experience: Me and my mates was gona book our test here until I seen that they didn't give the money back to a customer I understand he turned up in tracksuit bottoms but turning him away and not giving him his money back is a joke and then told him read the small print how many customers have you done this to it's sickening could of atleast give him another date most people would think as a riding school they would have some sort of clothing to give customers that need it BAD BUISNESS

Negative experience: Worse riding school in Manchester‼️ Upon arrival, its hard to find at the back of a car garage so it's hard to find. Staff are moody and only interested in your money. It's over priced and the test bikes are sheds. Definitely avoid this riding school‼️

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors, both are really great and experienced. Chris, especially, was an amazing instructor. I highly recommend them. Definitely will come back for the A motorcycle License

Negative experience: Firstly the satnav doesn’t bring you directly to the place, So I had trouble finding it then he wonders why you’re late, it’s basically in a Dirty Scrapyard at the back of a car garage. Didn’t provide any riding gear for people that have never ridden a motorcycle and turned me away for not having a helmet. Lost my money (£160) aswel as taking a day off work to do the test I was devastated! How do they expect you to have full gear doing a CBT learners for people that have never ridden a motorcycle? It should be available to rent. The least they could do for paying customers to be fair because other places provide gear. The Guy was Rude and told me “he’s got a business to run” so clearly he does this to people often to make money, dirty little tricks expected me to rebook. I even offered to go buy some gear and come back to save me from losing my money but he was happy to just take my money and did not sympathise.Then tells me he will knock money off the next time I book. I was looking to do my full license and spent over £750 to get it. so he’s lost a customer over lack of good customer service skills. Definitely would NOT!! recommend this training school!! Fantastic experience: Very happy with my tuition company is great! Aamir is an absolutely fantastic instructor, very stern and informative when it comes to safety and how to use the bike properly. Very friendly, and very fair and is also a good laugh. Also very understanding and gives you enough time to work through your concerns and issues if you're struggling with anything. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Andy and all the lads from Elite Riders Heywood for being patient and understanding with me. I had completed my CBT back in Nov 23, with Aamir. He was a sound lad, very informative and helped me get through the CBT, as he noticed i was struggling with the Manual bike, and decided it would be best to continue on the Auto bike, which seemed to work as i had received the CBT Certificate at the end of the training day! I also decided to continue further with my 'motorbiking journey', and do both Mod 1 & Mod 2 to get the Licence. I had a blast during the training days and having Andy as my instructor, sound lad! He had helped me a lot by getting comfortable on a Manual after doing the Auto CBT, and then getting through the Mod 1 & Mod 2 training. He was understanding and was professional and provided feedback on what to improve throughout the whole 4 days of training. I highly recommend these lads, for anyone who wants to do either CBTs or obtain a Full Licence, and will be informing family members who are interested to look into Elite Riders Heywood. Total Costs (2023/24) - Theory (£25), CBT (£160), Auto->Man (£225), 4 Day Course (£900), Total (£1,310). This is what it costed me to do the course, and if am honest this is a fair price in the current economy, much better then other Schools around. This is also minus any additional Wavers or Test Retake Costs and Motor Clothing Gear, which brings the Full Total Costs a little higher. I can't wait to get my own bike and enjoy the biking freedom! Aamir was clear, professional and patient when it came to the teaching segments and offered encouragements and constructive critism where warranted. His teaching method was excellent. I had a great day learning, it was a lot of fun. Andy explained things well to me, i listened to what he said, and tried my best to follow the instructions. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with the team at Elite Rider Training. They were super accommodating and provided me with a fantastic experience. Ian was a brilliant instructor who was able to explain what I needed to know really clearly and well but also providing a fun riding day too! I cant believe how much I learnt in just a couple of days and how much my riding ability has improved. Amazingly friendly and easy to speak with especially when one is curious with general questions. Frank showed a vast knowledge on motorcycles and was very patient. Fantastic experience: From the Elite Rider Training Center, I received my CBT. Sincerely, Mr. Frank is one of the top instructors, and he provided my training. He showed me a lot of respect. It was more like a Sunday ride than a training session. I heartily endorse him. I want to train from him in order to obtain my full licence.

Fantastic experience: The team were very welcoming , their was a slight delay getting started but didn’t affect the Training. All the years I’ve been doing a CBT I would say this has been the best training it was worth the money. The only downside you have to take your own refreshments would be good if they had a few cans available. Cheers guys I will be back to do a gear conversion and get the big boys Licence.

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT on 29th August 2022 with Frank and Ian. Great guys and they were extremely patient with a none experienced rider who was learning with me. I even got to try out an electric scooter as I was debating buying an electric bike in the future. Will definitely use these again for my Refresher and/or DAS license.

Fantastic experience: Great place to learn, I would strongly recommend anyone who gets anxious to go for the 1 to 1 course, while a bit more expensive, it helped me no end, having tried a normal course previously and struggled, having the extra focus really helped. Thanks guys. (Extra tip, pay the £10 fee upfront so you don't have the bike repair costs looming in your mind in case of any accidental dropping, takes a bit more stress off)

Fantastic experience: Just got back from doing my first ever CBT .. I was a little nervous, anxious and excited all in one . I needn’t have worried , Frank was my instructor and immediately put my mind at rest with a bit of banter , he was patient, informative and a great guy to learn from . He had me very comfortable with the bike in a short period of time and once the on site training had been completed I felt so comfortable on the on road ride ( didn’t want it to end if I’m honest ) . I would highly recommend these guys to learn from and I now intend to do my theory and advance to the next stage within a year or so . Thanks Frank and see you soon for the next level .

Fantastic experience: Andy and his team will pull out all the stops and ensure that no matter what level of experience you arrive with you are up and running to the level that you desire within a very short time period, top notch guys with all the idea, and the gear.

Fantastic experience: After plucking up the courage to want to ride a motorcycle I contacted Elite Rider Training. Chris was more than happy to assist me with my booking and booked me in with Frank. On the day Frank and Ian put my mind at ease and explained what was required. Unfortunately I failed the road ride section as the nerves got the better of me and I couldn't find the biting point and at every traffic light I stalled and juddered. Frank delivered the news and I was extremely disappointed but as Frank said to me at the start of the day I'd never ridden a bike before and had come a long way. I booked back the next day to do just the ride element again. Andy contacted me and went above and beyond to accommodate me and offered his time and expertise to settle my nerves. The 2nd road ride was a success and the tips Ian gave me about revs made the difference it was like switching a light on. I will be back when I have gained more confidence to do my DAS.

Fantastic experience: These guys took me from zero to hero in just a couple of months. Having never ridden a bike in my life, i first completed the CBT with Tim, followed by a full DAS course with Andy. They were both very patient and reassuring throughout boosting my confidence and reaffirming every step of the way. I had some tailored lessons with Andy to address my specific concerns/weaknesses which ultimately lead to me passing mod 2 the first time. Andy specifically drove me through this, arranging lessons and tests around my schedule and doing everything he could to get me to the ultimate goal.

Fantastic experience: Excellent riding school. I completed the CBT with Frank, he added a taste of good humour along with clear instructions. He made sure you fully understood each aspect of the training by constantly asking questions and testing your knowledge. He would not allow you to move onto the next training exercise until he was satisfied you were fully competent in the previous tests. I highly recommend Frank and the Elite Riding team,I will be completing my DAS with them next ~ Chris

Negative experience: Not impressed with their customer sevice. Once you book you cannot cancel or change your apointment within five days. You will lose your money. If your crash helmet is not of the new standard with label you will have to buy a new one from them for sixty pounds. The same helmet can be bought online for forty pounds. I would not use again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent training, superb facilities and bikes. Frank was an absolute gent. I started the day as a novice and ended with a CBT certificate and feeling confident, competant and ready to start the training for my full test. Frank was patient, supportive and provided excellent tips and feedback, cannot recommend enough, a great day out. I will be back soon.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place to starting to learn how to ride. I went for my CBT and Tim and Frank were brilliant, they make you feel comfortable and they are very good fellas, as soon as I can I'll ride around to visit, highly recommend place, I'll see you for my next licence guys!!

Fantastic experience: Frank is a legend. What a top guy and excellent instructor. Don’t go anywhere else! I passed my CBT but also he provided me with tips where I need to improve, especially if I am to progress for full bike license.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT here last week with Tim. He is very knowledgable and a good laugh, really enjoyed my CBT and he gave me some useful tips for the future! I would definitely recommend doing your CBT here and i’ll be back soon for my Mod 1/2 ! Cheers Brad
