Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. I did both my a2 and DAS will martin and ash, both very supportive and have great training techniques. Thanks for the help guys

Negative experience: One of the gents who taught me was really polite and welcoming when I met them. The other gent was rude and cold towards me for no reason. Commination and all is poor on a different level I tried to resolve a issue with the gent all he did was read the messages and completely ignore with no response in trying to resolve the issue.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We truly appreciate all feedback, as it helps us improve our services. However, I believe this review was less about providing constructive feedback and more about damaging our reputation due to the fact that we could not offer a refund. As per our communication today, you paid for a CBT, but unfortunately, you were unsuccessful in completing it. In response, we offered to arrange a resit at no extra charge, and also scheduled additional sessions for you, which you were unable to attend. These accommodations were made out of kindness and with the intention of doing right by you. As a business, our policy does not allow for refunds if a student is unsuccessful in their CBT. However, we did our best to support you by waiving the resit fee and offering further lessons without charge. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we are always open to discussing matters directly to find the best resolution. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards,

Fantastic experience: Just passed my mod 1 and mod 2 with Ash and am truly so grateful for his temperament, support, teaching techniques, sense of humour, professional approach and kind nature. Without his wealth of knowledge and ability to immediately put me at ease, reassure me and make me laugh, whilst teaching me everything I needed to pass and be safe on the road, I would not have passed and certainly would not have the confidence I do now to get out on the road. Really amazing team and would recommend to anyone wanting to learn to ride a motorbike!
