Fantastic experience: Bought my Honda from Two Wheel Center which was in great condition and presented beautifully. The buying experience was very relaxed and the trade in offered on my old bike was very reasonable. I had a small issue with the bike I bought, but I can safely say its some of the best Customer service I have had anywhere. The issue was looked at and resolved, I was kept updated and I really felt that Peter went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and they did everything they could to resolve it. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Visited recently with my wife to buy some new boots for her. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. They ordered the size she requested and also took it on themselves to order a half size above and below. Great job as she found a half size above fitted better.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff who were all so helpful. I wanted a pair of Sidi boots which wasn't it stock, Carl (or Karl?) got these ordered in within a few days. Great service and even adjusted my Shoei helmet for free! Not the cheapest but I always like to support local shops.

Positive experience: Good shop when you buy but I do think Pete the owner is as tight as wax and holds the rains too tight. Then again he is I charge. Never got back to me with a price for my bike. They have been good with warranty work in the past.

Fantastic experience: Wow, I was impressed. They have more motorcycles for sale than I thought and spotted decent rockstar solid big motorcycles. It's really good place where I can buy Suzuki motorcycles and they teach how to drive and can fix bikes too. All in one place and that's what I need. Very nice people and they told me everything and even offered morning coffee. I recommend because they know what they are doing and selling.

Fantastic experience: I decided to get my motorbike Mot'd ,serviced & a valve clearance check done at the Two wheel centre. I had a quote from BMW but it was silly money. The whole process here was excellent and professional, Jess is very thorough and you feel very well looked after. When I picked my bike up the technician came out to talk to me to tell me everything he'd done in the service which I thought was a nice touch, I even got my old spark plugs back to show me they were worn out. They're very honest and I won't hesitate in taking my bike back there in the future! Cheers all

Fantastic experience: By far the best service experience I have ever had. True customer journey and taken care of all the way. From the welcoming team to the service excellence. Extra mile in every way. I was advised about clothing upstairs. I was advised during my bike service about key issues with my bike and even better how I can resolve / prevent them. I also got to look at a new bike aswell. Nothing was too much today. Expertise and passion at every step and I truly felt valued rather than just another customer. Hats off to you all!

Positive experience: First time at the Two Wheel shop Clean and stacks of bikes to view I only took my son for a part as their is no Susuki shops in my area

Negative experience: Tried to call in today and no parking anywhere near the shop at all, drove around for a bit and then gave up, went to CMC in Chesterfield as I knew I would be at least able to park to look in the shop. Real shame but if you can't stop anywhere then you can't go in.

After having our bike damaged by a lorry and needing to catch a ferry back to Ireland, these guys recovered us from the road side, accessed the bike, ordered original triumph parts and had us back on our way in 24hr, amazing. Negative experience: NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! PAID A BILL OF OVER £800 WHICH I WAS HAPPY TO PAY. THEY DAMAGED MY BIKE LEAVING CUTS ON THE SEAT AND OTHER ISSUES BEING CARELESS. THEY RETURNED MY BIKE ON RESERVE FUEL EXPECTING ME TO GO TO THE PETROL STATION TO FILL UP. I LEFT THEIR BUILDING AND LITERALLY WITHIN 5MINS OF PAYING THE BILL THE BIKE BROKE DOWN ON ME IN NEAR FATAL DEATH SITUATION. FOOTAGE IS AVAILABLE ON YOUTUBE. I RANG 2 WHEEL CENTRE WHERE SARAH CHARLTON AT SALES RESFUED TO ACCEPT MY BIKE BACK DESPITE PAYING CASH. WHEN SAFELY RECOVERED AND CHECKED MY INVOICE I WAS CHARGERD £300 EXTRA WHICH JAMES HEALY AT SERVICE DEPT TRIED TO SWINDLE ME SAYING ITS ALL PARTS. WHEN BROUGHT TO MANAGERS ATTENTION I WAS REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE RIGHTFULLY. THE BRANCH COME ACROSS POLITE AND TALKATIVE ONLY TO REALISE THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN HOW DEEP YOUR POCKETS ARE. YOUR BETTER OFF PAYING ABIT MORE AND GOING ELSEWHERE WHERE FOR THE SATISFACTION ON YOUR BIKE. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUISTED WITH THEIR BEHAVIOUR. I HAD TO BE BRAVE TO DEAL WITH MY ISSUES AS JUSTICE WAS EVENTUALLY SERVED. NEVER AGAIN AND SHARE YOUR COMMNETS TO THE PUBLIC. GOOD LUCK!

Fantastic experience: Took my one year old BMW here for its first annual service. I couldn't justify BMW prices and prefer to support local traders. From the moment I walked in, it was an absolute pleasure to be there. Every member of the team were happy and friendly and they clearly care about bikers and bikes. The bike was serviced brilliantly with genuine BMW parts, the bike computer was reset and I have a wealth of paperwork to show it had all been done properly for warranty purposes. You can confidently take any bike here and have it looked after with care (unless its a pushbike!). Well done team TWO WHEEL! And Thank You. John

Fantastic experience: Ok early days But just Purchased a 2018 Honda NC750x very competitive on price first class personal service from Bill bike sales and Glen who has supplies and fitted a full Givi outback set of 46l boxes and crash bars all discounted at heart prices it's now serviced motd and 3 months warranty but it's a honda will no doubt last longer than me so considerable spending on my part and the service has been second to none I will update this review when the bike is picked up but highly recommended

Fantastic experience: From never riding a geared bike, to doing direct access and now having a full motorbike licence, I never dreamed of. My intentions was to ride a 125cc for a year or so. Judith, my instructor was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, patient and fills you with confidence in riding. Form day one it was a complete joy to be taught by this woman. Fantastic experience: Picked up our Yamaha MT09 Tracer GT on 9th April. From start to finish the staff have been excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. There is no hard sell & they were prepared to hold the bike for a small deposit subject to a viewing. Jessica ,Bill & Alison are a credit to the business & kept us informed of progress. We also bought two helmets & again the staff in the accessories department were also extremely helpful. All in all a pleasure to deal with we would definitely deal with them again even though they are not local to us. We would recommend them to anyone well worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: I enquired out of hours online on a ZZR1400 The Two wheel centre had for sale. They contacted me within 10mins of opening. I spoke to Bill who answered all my questions and we agreed on the deal over the phone. He always came back to me promptly with any questions i had. I purchased this bike without seeing it based on the conversation i had with Bill as i live 4 hours away. He was honest, interested in me and clearly loves his Job. The bike was delivered today as promised by a lovely guy called Steve. The bike is amazing and just as Bill described it. I bought a bike elsewhere in the country which had a few issues and they got me in at a short notice just before Christmas! They even returned the bike back to me the next day with all the fixes done. They liased with the other dealership and I absolutely can not fault them for the whole process. Reassured me, communicated very well with every step and issue and I will be going back yearly for my MOT's, services and tyres with these. 100% trust with Two Wheel and recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Recently bought a bike and needed some trousers so I went down to the Two Wheel Center. As soon as you walk in your greeted by a lovely lady who directs you where you need to go. Again upstairs in the clothing and spares department your warmly welcomed and assisted in your purchase. If only the customer service everywhere is as good as this place.
