Fantastic experience: I purchased a used Cb500f from Kent motorcycles on the 18th December. Henry was great to deal with, and was always updating me every step of the way with my purchase. he was never pushy with the sale and was very understanding and patient with my needs and requests. I would definitely recommend dealing with Henry if anyone is interested in buying a bike.

I did my CBT at the riding school here, fantastic experience, the support and training was 10/10. I then went on to buy a scooter from Kent Motorcycles, again 10/10 experience. Super helpful during and even after purchase, you can phone to ask questions, if something happens with the bike the warranty covers pick up and drop off arranged by them. Just an all round brilliant service and I can’t recommend enough. Thankyou Kent motorcycles!

Fantastic experience: Bought my Africa twin from Kent Honda a year ago. I had an electrical problem so I gave them a ring on the Thursday and they managed to fit me in on Saturday morning 10:00 brilliant! When I turned up there were THREE members of staff discussing what the problem could be which I was pretty impressed with. They took my bike and had a look while I had breakfast and half hour later Mick popped in and said he thought he knew what the problem was. I went home later that day and followed his advice and hey ho it worked. Can’t thank you enough, see you soon

Fantastic experience: As a complete newbie with no idea where to start, I am very grateful to David, Dave and Kev who got me through my CBT. You guys were so patient. A big thank you to Henry Heath who helped me to choose my first motorcycle by answering all of my questions and offered advice without pressure. Fantastic experience: my honda rebel developed a minor electrical fault and was recovered via Honda care to Kent motorcycles, the problem was rectified promptly under warranty and they even took the trouble to deliver the motorbike back to me, it was excellent dealing with there customer service department I found them extremely helpful and friendly, they kept me up to date with the situation by telephone, I am very pleased with the service I received from them thank you

Fantastic experience: I've had the fun experience of buying my first larger motorcycle here. And of course having my 600 service here. I've dealt primarily with Martin and Henry in sales. They've been incredibly pleasant and helpful at all times. I didn't catch the names of the gents in service - but again - perfectly nice. My bike came fast, and in perfect condition. And arranging a test ride was easy and painless. Would absolutely come here for my next motorcycle, and will be using them for servicing my current bike for the foreseeable!

Upon my first visit I was given a wealth of useful information from Jake that informed my decisions for purchasing motorcycle gear. Today I purchased all of my first set of motorcycle gear with the very capable Lloyd who helped me get some well fitting options that were within my budget. I’m very happy with the service received by all staff including the emailed information from Henry.

I passed the MOD 1 & MOD 2 tests first time because of the first class tuition I received from John, Alistair, Jeff, and Dave. They are all very kind, encouraging, and supportive trainers, and all round great guys that are a real pleasure to work with! Kent Motorcycles is also great value for money- they provide the bikes, safety gear, and David organises all the training sessions and tests (including the theory test and learning materials) so all you have to do is turn up and ride. If you're considering getting your bike licence then Kent Motorcycles is the place to do it. Thanks to everyone for a great experience, see you out on the road!!

Fantastic experience: I decided it was time to get a new bike and saw a second hand Honda Rebel in a local dealer. I was aware there was a Honda dealer ( being Kent Motorcycles) not far from where we lived so my husband and i took a trip down to see what they had in stock. As luck would have it Honda had some offers on Rebel's and the dealer had a couple of Rebels in stock and a demo Rebel which I took out for a spin. Have to say i really like the bike and knew i wanted to buy it. We dealt with Henry on the sales side and he was absolutely brilliant, not pushy at all. I wanted a number of extras to be added to the price, most of the extras were Honda parts but some he had to be sourced from firms he dealt with and this was all carried out very quickly and efficiently. Any questions i had were quickly and professionally answered around extras, finance , delivery, warranties, servicing etc. I picked the bike up a few days ago and its every bit as good as i expected, all the extras were fitted and the service as always was first class. I would highly recommend Kent Motorcycles, great service and very friendly employees and of course special mention to Henry for all his help and guidance. My husband did ask that we give special mention to the onsite cafe where he had the best Full English he can remember.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my entire experience at Kent Mororcycles, Barham. It started with David Long, who's management of the Training School is first class. Everything is booked and confirmed by email so your training schedule is clearly laid out well in advance. Other schools don't necessarily give this end of the training such a professional start point. Thanks, David. Then Henry, in the sales team, was so friendly, professional and easy to deal with. My bike purchase was confirmed by email immediately, a service was arranged before delivery, and then Henry arranged for my bike to be delivered for me. A great guy, Aaron, delivered it to my home. He was happy to reverse his van down a narrow track to my garage. He let me know that if I had any questions he was happy to help. What a team! I can't fault them. Real ambassadors for the Honda Motorcycle brand. Now all I need to do is pass my Direct Access. Fingers crossed.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my MOD 2 having only ridden a motorbike for the first time 4 months ago. This was only possible due the patience, professionalism and encouragement of the instructors and staff at Kent Motorcycle Training. Alistair did most of my training and it is thanks to him I got 2 first time passes. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Having used the dealership for many years, I recently made my first purchase since the change of ownership. I can honestly say the service is fantastic. Purchased a VFR1200X and Henry dealt with the process from start to finish. The test ride was easy to arrange, I got a good price on trading in my other bike and a missing centre stand (removed by previous owner) was sourced and fitted in time for me to collect the Crosstourer and ride away. The new team are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating with any queries when you walk in. Cracking motorbike and top rate service from the team, I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: I bought a second hand bike from Kent motorcycles and everything was done over the phone. I have to thank Henry for his prompt and efficient dealings. I bought the bike unseen and traded in my old bike. The bike I bought was as described and I am over the moon with it. I also took advantage of the home delivery service and hand over which was also dealt with in a very professional manner. Fantastic experience: Having never ridden a motorbike before I didn't know whether it was something I could do (let's just say I am not a youngster!). Dave was great getting me booked in for an initial lesson/assessment and Tracy helped advise on clothing. Thanks to instructors, John, Dave and Andy and the rest of the team I passed my CBT on a geared bike after just 3 sessions. All three instructors had amazing patience and quite clearly have a passion for what they do and they do it very well. Yesterday I bought my first bike. Henry and Mike were great answering all my questions and addressing any concerns. Hopefully, once I get some experience I will be back to move up to a bigger bike and train for a full licence. Dave has a wealth of experience: he is knowledgable; personable; has the ability to tailor his communication to different abilities and above all, made me feel confident and had my safety at the forefront of his mind throughout the day. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of doing my test for both my DAS this week and my A2, 2 years ago. Both times I was trained by Allister, who is a fantastic teacher and an excellent biker. He really ironed out all of my bad habits and rider faults and got me prepped for the tests. Ironically I scored one minor point on both of my mod 1's and both of my mod 2's. Without his help and the quick turn around time of the shop itself, I would have really struggled. If you're looking to upgrade your license or are looking to do your DAS from CBT, then I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: The customer service is excellent from demo to purchase. Really helpful staff in all departments. The new bike had a minor issue after day one which was collected within the hour and returned in 48 hours which is unbeatable and the problem with the bike was sorted and should not reflect on the dealership

Fantastic experience: Took a bike in for first service (bought from another Laguna dealer in Kent). The bike was whisked in as soon as I arrived at the agreed time, and I got a phone call just over an hour later to say it was done. Why can't other dealers (bike and car) do this? They all say they will, but this is the first time it's actually happened to me! Also had to raise a small issue with a broken topbox lock. They dealt with this really professionally and submitted warranty claim. Just waiting for a new box to arrive.

Fantastic experience: Attended my CBT on 21st September at Manston and found the whole experience excellent. The instructor Mr Andy Smith was so helpful in explaining every part of the day in depth thus making it an all round successful day. Fantastic experience: Great service, highly recommended. Experienced trainers with a great patience and excellent training techniques. Good at rescheduling my Mod 1 when I failed and rescheduling training accordingly. Passed my Mod 2 first time with no rider defects due to their excellent training.

Fantastic experience: COVID put a block on me getting my DAS licence when lockdown was introduced! Kept putting it off until this year and booked the CBT and DAS course with these guys! CBT was a good day riding as there were only 2 of us and Dave was a very bubbly instructor and made the day enjoyable. The DAS process worked very well for me because of shift work but they are very accommodating to all needs. Passed Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time all thanks to the professionals - John and Ali. Great guys with loads of knowledge and patience. Thank you to you all, will be up to the shop soon to start test riding some bikes and cannot wait for next Spring to come around!!!

Fantastic experience: I booked a direct access course with Kent. Having only ridden once before over 25 years ago I had one experience. Right from booking the dates through to my mod 2 test my instructor was amazing. I had a number of ups and downs and he reaming supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. His experience and teaching ability brought me on leaps and bounds . I cannot recommend these enough. I have already recommend them to two friends. It was mentioned that they are looking to do advance riding lessons in the future . This is something I will definitely be signing up for. Thank you Kent motorcycles .

Fantastic experience: Booked an intense course for direct access having not been on a motorbike for 36 years (125cc back then). Have to say thoroughly enjoyed my course and had a laugh whilst doing it.. Instructors were brilliant and really patient, and certainly knew their stuff. Special, thanks for John and Alaistair who managed to get me through my mod one and mod two first time. Brand-new motorbikes to practice on along with all the gear if required. Thank you guys, won’t hesitate to recommend you.

Fantastic experience: Regarding Motorcycle Training, David and the team have been pretty much outstanding. After failing my MOD2 test last year, and not being able to retest until this year, due to personal circumstances, the Team accommodated me with great support and humour in finding slots to retake the test. I duly passed and am very grateful
