Phil Hirst Driving Instructor Training

Fantastic experience: I completed the Train the trainer course last week with Phil. Great course - a lot of content across the week and a lot to take away and work on. The course is delivered in a structure that keeps the work load manageable and I have left feeling ready to take on PDIs. Phil’s a great guy and made this a really enjoyable course I would recommend to any ADI looking to take the next steps in their career

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyable seminar with Phil Hirst , got some great insight to better plan my Part 3 session which is coming up soon , the whole atmosphere was amazing learning took place and was fun got to meet so many amazing people some which were PDIs and some Instructors! Fantastic experience: I have been a fully qualified ADI for just over 1 year in my journey so far i have worked with many trainers. I contacted Phil directly,booked a 4 days training course ( train the trainer course ). I have driven 5 1/2 hours to get to Phil for the training, all the effort to get here has all been worth it! I had a wonderful experience, honestly cant thank Phil and Helen enough for their kindness and professionalism. I had exactly what i came for and much more help and advice than expected. Phil has patiently taught me how to be a good PDI trainer. I will continue to practice on what iv learned and hopefully get up to Phil standards one day. having worked with many other trainers phil stands out like a light bulb in a dark room. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to get on with , down to earth and genuine person. The area is great too! Lots of bars and restaurants with great quality and good price. Me and my wife came here had a little mini holiday break in this beautiful area , with plenty to do and see.I will definitely recommend phil to anyone that is looking for support and guidance in all areas of this industry. Phil has my upmost respect and a true trainer!

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a week in Harrogate on a 'Train The Trainer' course which was run by Phil Hirst. From the first minute to the last I was very impressed with the enthusiasm, professionalism and quality of the training. Phil has spent years becoming a leader in his field and has produced training material that is way better than the other options available. From the very first moment I met Phil Hirst he made me feel at ease, he built up my confidence as I had a bad experience with a previous instructor. I totally lost my confidence and I thought that’s it for me, but after meeting Phil it all changed from the very first session, he gradually built my confidence, provided me with all the skills i needed to pass, a very professional and polite teacher always calm and well mannered. Even though English was my second language at the time it still did not stop phil to train me. He worked with me and adapted to my way of understanding. He always assured me I will pass, I have the ability to do it and always was there for me over the phone and text even when I was nervous at times he was always there for me. Not really knowing if I would get value for money, but I had no need to be concerned as I thought the course was excellent value for money it was so structured and enjoyable to . Fantastic experience: I have known Phil for a few years now and had always recognised how well he is respected within the instructor community. Fantastic experience: I first did a train the trainer course with Phil two years ago and found his training second to none. He has a calming, professional manner and a wealth of knowledge in the driver training industry.
