Owain Jones Driving Instructor

Fantastic experience: Having been taught by a different instructor before, I can say the difference in how Owain approaches driving is night and day. Reminding you of the best practices throughout, then gradually easing off and reminding you if you are unsure. This in combination with his knowledge of test routes eg. Pointing out tricky to see road signs makes him exceptional, and was so important for me going in to the test not only to pass but also be a confident driver after

Fantastic experience: I passed first time with Owain five years ago. He’s an excellent driving instructor, very patient and calm, really puts you at ease and even makes learning to drive fun! Five years on and I still find myself thinking back to what he taught me, which I believe is the sign of a great teacher - when their lessons last a life time!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my lessons with Owain. He is very laid back and the lessons were always relaxed and enjoyable. I was very nervous about learning to drive but once I started lessons I found that I was looking forward to my driving lessons and that they were a welcome break from the busy stresses of work. I always felt like I was making good progress and he was very flexible and able to fit lessons around my job. I highly recommend Owain as a driving instructor.
